IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS, I WOULD!!!!! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE NEW STORE MANAGER MRS LEA RAMIREZ. SHE SHOWED THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS IN HER STORE LAST WEEK AND ENDED UP BUYING A TV AT A GREAT DEAL!I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS MANASSAS RENT A CENTER TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.10 STARS!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service and even worse management.They damaged our product while loading it on the truck and it took a month and threats of legal action to have it resolved. Now they are charging us for service I opted out of....twice! Horrible store!

First time dealing with company:Rented/bought a lift chair from them, great people to deal with.Second time renting to own:EXCELLENT Customer service. Great people to deal with. Renting to own a refrigerator that I transported a few hours away from Manassas. Had an issue with it not running. The manager worked with me to get it resolved and went out of the way to make sure all things were right. Stands behind his word. The delivery and swap out was smooth and the delivery crew were friendly and professional. Reflects well on the company they work for. Great Job, Thank You.

I’m a disabled vet served my country for many years just to come home and get treated with the upmost disrespect. I certainly hope their service is recognized and treated accordingly. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The manager and owner could careless about their customers so I can understand their action.

If I could give no stars I would, worst customer service ever. They delivered washer and dryer, didn’t correctly install washer, flooded my main floor and basement storage room and they admitted it was done incorrectly. After speaking with manager several times and even getting BBB involved they never responded to any of them. They promised to repair damages and then never did anything or even come out to see the damages. However they had no problem reaching out for payment of washer and dryer. The owner never contacted me as I was promised several times they are not properly registered to operate as a Rent-a-center franchise, so when something does happen and you call the RAC headquarters they don’t help you at all, so this is just a horrible company all around. They prey on people who are down and out and need some short term help. After exhausting all my avenues and getting no where I asked them to pick up washer and dryer and just parted ways with them. Horrible customer service, horrible management and horrible owner.

Horrible customer service the store manager is rude and yells every time I speak to her on the phone they also call people on my DNC (do not call) list everyday more then once a day which is ridiculous the mattress they gave me is in horrible condition and was supposed to be “brand new “ if I could give this company no -10 stars I would don’t buy from this place
