Virginia Auto Body does great work. They were able to fix my passenger door that got severely dented by replacing the exterior shell and transferring over the window, lock, interior, etc. to the new shell. It looks brand new and the work was done by the day they said it would be. Highly recommend.

My 2004 Honda S2000 was pretty beat up when I took it in. Quite a few dents and the front end was damaged, the plastic parts were busted due to my not paying attention to parking spot barriers. Scrapes and scratches everywhere. When I picked it up from VAB it was like brand new. Beautiful! The paint was flawless and looked just like factory original. Unbelievable!

This auto body shop is awesome! My first visit was years ago, to repair my car after an accident. When Mr. Kim delivered my car, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! Im a bit of a car fanatic and have sent my car to Virginia Auto Body on 2 different occasions for my own vehicle and sent my dad there when he needed work done. In each case they really impressed. I was particularly pleased with their ability to perfectly match paint that is hard to get right - metallic blue (Subarus world rally blue) and metallic white (Audis glacier white). Highly recommended, just need to be a little patient because theyre in demand as shops that do good work tend to be.

I have trusted the work needed on my vehicles to Charles at VAB for many years now. I was originally referred to him by a good friend who is a very well respected gentleman that has lived in that area almost all of his life and knows everybody who is anybody in OT Manassas. Charles has even done work on other vehicles for my friends and family with good results time after time.I have included a photo of my 2 Acura’s that Charles at VAB has kept running strong and looking good for me and my family. The RL in the front was hit by an uninsured driver. T-boned right in the middle of the rear door. Luckily no one was hurt, but finding out soon afterwards that I not only had wrecked car to deal with (which obviously wasnt my fault) I was more than likely going to be paying to fix it with my hard earned dollars right out of my own pocket. Charles made the process of doing so as painless and reasonably cost effective as possible. My RL now looks better than it ever has during my time as its owner. When I got it back several of my neighbors commented on good it really looks. One of them just bought a brand new bimmer and he said my RL looks just as nice as his 2018 5 series.If you want excellent results from a very seasoned body shop in NoVa, then see Charles at VAB. Dont let the look or location of this body shop deter you from seeking their assistance with your auto repair needs. These folks are 100% professional and friendly; theyre extremely easy to work with. They are transparent in their communication and always keep you in the loop. My vehicle needed substantial repairs after an accident, and they made it as good as new. A couple things that stood out to me with regard to their service: During the estimate, Eric was nice enough to point out an unrelated issue with my tire that I didnt know before he told me. When I picked up my car after repair, Charles pointed out that they put air in that tire for me free of charge. The technicians even cleaned my car beautifully inside and out. The work done was first rate. The one lesson that I learned was to go to them first, dont let the dealer let them know what was wrong. The dealer said that one part needed to be replaced, it actually needed three parts. VAB Inc. worked with me and although it took an extra couple of trips to them, they did not charge for the additional labor. I am very happy with the results and will use them again, if (and I hope I dont need to :-))I need more body work done.

I want to say good price high quality work. I say it always pays to shop around they were about 15 to 20% percent cheaper than other body shops estimates. Also made my car look like new again.

I have had several cars repaired and painted at Virginia Auto Body, I have been in the automotive service business in Manassas since 1987 and would not use any other body shop. I have seen many cars repaired and painted at Virginia Auto Body and can not say that I was ever disappointed in the work they do. They work with all insurance company estimates and I myself have had them paint 4 of my own cars at different times and am always happy with the work

Its stressful to be involved in an accident and it really helps to have people who handle the details and do what they say they will do.

They were very helpful when I was in a car accident. They walked me through the process of dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit my car and they did a great job repairing my car. Worst place to trust, They are not backed by the BBB and for a good reason,I feel dooped, inconvenienced and most of all disappointed my car body damage was not properly repaired as discussed. After pointing out that it was not fully repaired, the owner told me to call and schedule a time to get it taken care of...Yeah, right... He was condescending, loud, combative, and dared to call me a liar--arguing my car sustained substantial damage since it was quoted-ha. Clearly that was not at all true, and yet he continued to loudly argue otherwise. Give me a break.Work that was done--mediocre at best. Huge regret.This guy is a liar. His response is untrue. Should have scheduled finishing the repair rather than waste my time with excuses. Why would any one want to hear it?Inspect work prior to paying this place! Document everything. Do that wherever you go, just save yourself hassle and shop around. This place is horrible. Just look at the office. Think theyll take care of your car? No.

Good Experience on my Porsche Cayenne. I had my porsche in to fix bumper damage, new wheels, and new brakes. Work was done within timeframe stated. Repair to my rear bumper was perfect. Brakes work now, and the the wheels look great. Cost of repair and work were as expected.

Very good at what they do

Brought them my 1988 Nissan 300ZX & they did a terrible job. I was quoted two weeks. One week for parts & one week to put them on. Little did I know it took these guys a little over 2 months! No updates or follow ups unless it was bad news. Shortly after this I got a rude call from Charles asking to change my review. I told him I can bring him another car, if he does better Ill change my review. I brought Charles my 2005 Audi A4, I had to wait two in a half weeks for a quote that was estimated for two weeks tops. When the job really took a little over a month. On top of the terrible job they did on my audi I also had to pay for the airbag light to be turned off because it wasnt in the quote. My Audi was towed in because of an accident, they didnt do any transmission fluid checks or anything so after a day of getting it back I had a transmission leak I had to pay for as well. Ive spent over $10k at this place so I have a bit of experience, I also sell cars for a living so I know what Im talking about & these guys cannot put cars back together for anything. Document everything! STAY AWAY

I called this body shop about a custom conversion for my show car which has won many shows 1st and 2nd place and he said he could do it giving me attitude and everything else told me i didnt know what i was talking about putting me down about the car left and right said it made no sense to put parts that are made from a different vehicle on my vehicle saying the price was outrageous with no concern that his shop would be making this money just no respect for me at all what happened to THE CUSTOMER IS ALLWAYS RIGHT!!!
