Terrible. Called them to pick up my car that broke down on highway 66, was told they would be there within the hour to pick it up. Never showed up. I called multiple times to get updates only to be told hold a sec and never got any update. When a driver finally called to tell me he was on his way to pick it up it was the next day at 9pm! It took them 28 hours to attempt to pick up my car! By the time they went, my car was already picked up by the state police and impounded. Called manassas towing to see what they would to help since they failed to do the job properly and the owner said he would call the other company. When I went to get my car out the other company told they never got a call to work anything out. I had to pay $600 in fees because manassas towing couldnt do their job properly. Avoid at all costs.

Poor towing. Charged me $595 for not even 90 minutes of towing. Driver was hungover. Driver driving off the road texting and saying he only had 30 minutes of sleep. Driver made a stop at the store. Driver told me you drive. So I drove the truck with my truck on the back just so I can make it home safe. I called the office. And the person I called hanged the phone up on me. Not even a sorry. He said “I made it home didn’t I”. I have videos and pictures of me driving. And that’s me in the picture. I shouldn’t of be doing someone else’s job. I would not use this towing company. And there is the driver in the passenger seat.

Quick to response and gave a fair quote.

They picked my car up from Dumfries and quoted me about $125 to take it less than 10 miles down the street. When the car got to the destination they wanted to charge me $950 instead of the initial $125 that was quoted to me. If I would’ve read there reviews before hand then I would’ve known this.. when the vehicle was dropped off, the van didn’t have a license plate and the 3 people that were in the van were drunk.

They called us after a previous tow company could not perform a technical recovery of a heavy duty vehicle 200ft off the roadway in a very muddy field. The recovery required multiple repositions of the tow truck and different uses of chains and straps, all of which they had available on site. They took care so no damage occurred to the vehicle from trees and fence posts. Thank you Av and Jesus! We highly recommend Manassas Towing.

Edit: They referred me to a friend of theirs to help with an additional issue I had. Their friend ended up taking my money and running and provided no services. I called them and they said they would talk to him. He still will not take my calls or return my money.Manassas Towing was really easy to work with. I had a boat that needed to be towed from Manassas to Alexandria. With little notice they came back with a great price and were able to deliver the boat that evening. The trailer was old and the hitch was frozen shut. They spent 20 minutes working on it and were able to free it up, attach the boat and get under way. They let me know when they arrived at the drop off location and were able to put the boat right where I needed. After they left, they realized they still had two bottles of boat oil still in the truck so they turned around and delivered them to my door with a smile. I would definitely recommend them for any towing job. Thank you, Manassas Towing!

Horrible service. RIDICULOUS PRICES! needed towed from Manassas to Woodbridge, 15 miles, and they want $950. We called to tell them thats ridiculous and that we have been towed from MD to VA for cheaper and then they just hung up. Now the drivers wont even answer and they wont let the car down. Straight crooks. DO NOT USE THEM

I have had to call this company multiple times out of any other company they have been very respectful. Brady has been very helpful and took great care of my car. My car unexpectedly broke down on a Sunday afternoon. Manassas Towing was able to pick up my car in an hour after I called and towed it to my local car repair shop. Their first question was, do you need a ride? Which I felt was super nice. I met the driver at the repair shop. He was very nice and very professional. I definitely recommend this company and if I ever need a tow, they will be the first one I call.

Brady was great! He got there quickly and was amazing even though it was raining. Great price and will use them in the future!Update: They actually towed the car to the wrong dealership. Luckily it is a sister dealership to the one it shouldve been at so we dont need to get it towed again. But a lot of extra hassle for my company to deal with.

The engine went out in My Hyundai Elantra and I had to get it towed 3 separate times!!! Brady was the driver for all 3 calls. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me a price break on my 3rd tow, and I was able to pay with cashapp so I didnt have to leave work to meet him. 100% recommend Manassas towing as long as Brady is the driver.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! THESE ARE CON-MEN. PLEASE look at the invoice I have attached. My car broke down in June, so I called them to tow it to my mechanic. First, they didnt get to the car until 3AM. Second, they said the mechanics lot was full (it wasnt) so they had to take it back to their tow yard (which adds another fee). THEN, when I called them the next day to bring it to the mechanic (literally a 1.1 mile drive), they said they would do it that day. I called the mechanic later, he said there was no car. Next day, still no car, so I call them and they say theyll tow it today. Later that day STILL NO CAR! They were keeping my car hostage in their tow yard (aka junk yard, see pic - thats my red car in their luxury junk yard). After 3 days, they claim that they didnt tow it because I had yet to pay (despite there being no way TO pay it and this is the first time they mention any payment). So I literally have to meet them AT THE TOW YARD (no office) and 3 sketchy guys pull up in a sedan and tell me that the payment of $970.00 is due to get my car released! The invoice they show me is totally fraudulent. There was NO ACCIDENT, NO CLEANUP, AND NO LOOSE PARTS (despite being charged for all of those & I have dash cam footage to prove all of this). They said they were being nice and only charging me for one day at the tow yard, which is literally the smallest fee there is, and it wasnt even my choice since I wanted it towed straight to the mechanic in the first place. Overall, they are FRADULENT, LAZY CROOKS WHO DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY!!! USE SOMEONE/ANYONE ELSE!!!

Brady was the coolest, most down to earth dude I’ve ever met. Helped me out in a tight spot and would recommend them to anyone. Fast response time, freindly service and great communication skills.

Worst towing company ever. Charged 750$ for a 1.5 mile towing because the car was in an “accident”. Car could drive fine in neutral they don’t tell their price before hand and add random fees. Never go to them!

I had to get my car towed because parts were stolen, so it should have been a pretty bad day. however riding in the tow truck with Brandon gave me enough faith in humanity to carry on. the Korean place in Centerville is cheaper but this was a reasonably priced tow ($150). Brandon came fast and was communicative (I was in a weird part of the lot so it took some work to find me, which he put in). the 1 star ratings come as a genuine surprise to me.

They never showed up. 45 minutes after they were suppose to pick up my car I attempted to call them back, no response. I called several times. I then called Hortons and they were very quick to respond. Extremely extremely shady this Manassas Towing company is. Stay clear.

Literally came and helped us out quickly. Car broke down at around 11pm, we called another towing company around that time only for them to show up and for us to be told that they couldn’t take our car. Around 2 am we called these guys. Told them where we left the car, and they brought it to our home in about an hour and a half. Truly do appreciate what their help!

Towed my car out of my spot in front of my townhouse ON ITS DRIVE WHEELS in the middle of the night because the tabs were a couple of weeks over. No sticker, lots of damage to the vehicle, and to add insult to injury my cabin reeked of cigarettes and my glove box had bee rifled through. After all of this they said theres no way to prove it so it doesnt matter, and that I need to speak to my HoA. Predatory and criminal, they prowl for cars to charge a 160$ minimum fee.

Driver was a good guy. Owner is a cheap Indian man who charges too much. He only had one driver working on the busiest day of the week so it took 2 hrs to get a tow. I wont use them again. He needs to learn how a great business should operate.

Scam, never ask for their services, worst experience ever.They towed my car for 32miles for $400, the amount was never mentioned up front. Do not request their service, they deserve to be taken to court. RIP-OFF, much better options out there. So upsetting.

I was in a very tough situation and my car broke down in I-95 they got there less then 30 minutes. I was very surprise I rate them a 5 star driver was very helpful and I had a panicking since I was in the middle of the high way. Chris got to me in just in time. Very friendly people and very accommodating! My daughter locked her keys in her car with cell phone and computer inside. We called Manassas Towing and they were eager to help and arrived at the car within 15 minutes. *DO NOT USE THEM JUST GO ELSEWHERE* Employees nice but if you have any issues the owner is going to block you and will not be of any assistance in the damages they caused. My truck broke down and in the process of towing they broke my fuel tank and those things happen, but Charlie (owner) took two weeks and over 5 calls and 3 different delivery dates to finally tell me he had never bought the piece or had any intentions of doing so. Upon telling him I was taking it to the shop he managed to be more helpful and found one same day. Currently I am still with out a car because I had not been ready to fix that area yet and other parts broke that they did not cover. Just use someone else.

Great service very reasonable price to get my vehicle towed from centerville to manassas, service was quick, easy, fast, dependable I will definitely be using Manassas Towing services next time I have a towing issue.

Horrible service. They were scheduled through our insurance company to pick us up between 7:45 and 8:11pm. At 8:30p we began to call to inquire about your whereabouts. After multiple attempts of all calls going to voicemail, our numbers were all blocked. We never heard back and had to call another towing company.

They got my car to where it was supposed to go.The driver was running late so I was not present at pickup.Unfortunately they charged me $475 to tow my car approximately 45 miles.I asked for a breakdown of charges$125 hook up fee$5 a mileThat equals $350I was charged $125 for taxes and special equipment fee.I again was not present at drop off since it was going to a shop. Not sure what special equipment was used as the place receiving the car said it was towed in standard.I would recommend getting a second quote before using these guys.

They damaged my car today! Driver wanted 145 to take my car 8 miles.Calls me after reaching destination and tells me he let someone release the emergency brake while it was tilted on the bed of the truck, unsecured. Car rolled off and hit the garage and bent the door and dented the fender.I called to talk to owner and got the same driver instead. Who said the owner would call me. Haven’t heard from anyone since. Called police for leaving scene of an accident. Called insurance company.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I wish I could do a negative star for this company!!!! My son’s car broke down in middle of road. Called this company and almost 3 hours later a truck shows up. They were charging $90 to tow car not even a half a mile down the road and wouldn’t take any money off since we have been waiting as long as we did!!!! Owner was rude when I spoke to him on phone and argued we were not waiting as long as we were even thou police were there with us!!! Terriable company!!!

My daughters 2017 Jeep Cherokee wouldnt go in gear at Carobbos Italian restaurant in Centerville Virginia. Roadside Assistance was ninety minutes out sa we called for a tow .Chris Durbin answered from his truck and quoted a responsible price to tow it to the dealer . Chris was there with in 15 minutes and filled out all the paperwork for the dealership .No problem . Chris was in contact the entire time .Well done Manassas Towing .Thank you.

I wish this allowed us to give negative stars because I would give 5 negative stars. Was told they could pick up in about 45 mins. I called 1hr and 15 mins later, no answer, texted 5 mins later, text was read but no response. Called again a couple more times, crickets. It is now 3.5 hrs later still a no show and no responses to my calls or texts. A good samiritan with a trailer saved the day.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Disrespectful people. My car was also damaged by them and when I asked for the insurance company they gave me a couple of fake phone numbers.. then I had to call the owner and he became very nervous over the phone.... he was stumbling over his words... and kept talking in circles.. So that right there tells you something. Anyways, I pray for these people because the business they are running is a bad one. If you have to continuously lie your definitely in the wrong business.

These guys were great. My mother had gotten locked out of her car while mailing a package and one of the guys happened to be right there. I guess he was not on the job because he did not have the right equipment to get in. However, he called in his boss and while he was waiting for his boss to get there with the right equipment, this guy tried every trick he knew to get into the car. After 45 minutes of trying and this guy letting my mom use his phone, the tow truck showed up and they got in. The guys did all this and didnt even ask for anything, we tipped them what we could but it was not enough for how nice they were.We are keeping there contact info for future incidents, because the were so honest and Im sure they would give us a fair price.Unfortunately AAA has not awarded these guys a contract. Those are highly coveted in the towing world. AAA would be wise to get these guys added to there fleet.

Do not get your car towed from here. Got my car towed about 30miles and got charged around $500. Doesn’t make sense.

After having a truck towed, this company left all of the truck doors open, engine running, and blinkers on.

Said hed be here in an hour, I waited a little over 2 hours. Told me $85 the week before and charged me $95 instead. Didnt lower price after what I was originally told. Didnt have the ability to give me receipt at the time.

It took them a while to get to me (I was in Kent Island, MD) but they were the only one in the area that would tow my boat and trailer. Thank you AV!

I can not believe a homeowners association would do business with them. They are rude, disorganized, unprofessional and a scam. Not to mention, non complaint with state’s laws. An HoA that deals with them is not one we should trust.
