I brought in a 1978 dodge tradesman van for carburetor issues. Their mechanic, Eddie, got my van up and running in a reasonable time, AND the price was so reasonable I had to repeat it back to them to make sure it was right. I would highly recommend this business especially if you’re having a hard time finding reliable mechanics who work on classic cars!

My vehicle was damaged after being parked on the street during construction in my neighborhood. It was better to pay out of pocket than to make a claim. I did a Google search and found Classic Automotive, Inc. I read the reviews that were kinda spectacular (almost to good to be true) and took my car in for an estimate. After seeing the estimated price we thought we wouldnt be able to find a better fair price. We took our van in on Monday and it was complete on Thursday as promised! Looking brand new and they even took the liberty to vacuum my mommy-mobile! We will definitely be back for our repair needs! They were professional, reliable and trustworthy! Thank you guys for your honesty and fair pricing.

John and his team are my go-tos for anything that is wrong with either of my rigs. They find the best deal on parts, come up with clever options to save me money, and are top-rate professionals. 1st impressions mean alot, 1 Manager blocking handicap space that I needed, 2nd an estimated started an estimate and then person who blocked handicap spot made him stop, 3rd trip better, walked around and went over what I would like corrected, but took several emails and more then weeks to get an estimate, once I received estimate, first thing I noticed was cost, price listed as just estimate and will say, more then 2200$ on average then 5 other estimates I received.

These guys are great! They worked on my car last week, but by the time I arrived to pick it up the office personnel had left. I got my car and he said I could pay on Monday. When I stopped by to pay, Eddie found that the lock on the drivers side door didnt work with the key. I had already paid, but he lubed (which fixed) the lock for no charge!

I stumbled upon Classic Automotive accidentally while looking for Earls. They ended up replacing my bumper and doing some minor body work. Car looks good as new, the price was reasonable, and they finished the work in 2 days or less. John, the ops manager/owner, looked at the car personally and was very helpful. Its always great to see owners that are hands-on. Great communication with the front office as well. Ill definitely be back!

I was referred to this shop by another small business I trust. My car was in a hit and run that did enough damage to need body work and a paint job. The employees were nice, polite, and took good care of me. My only complaint is that I had to call for follow-up in the two weeks they had my car. The COVID cleaning was detailed and impressive. My car looks brand new. If I need body work again, I will come back.

Really great place to bring your car. Staff were incredibly friendly. I know where Im taking my cars from now onEdit Nov 2, 2020Had a mishap with my car and had to have it towed to a different shop that was closer. They did the repairs that we needed but they also told me other work that needed to be done ASAP for about $1,000. Didnt entirely trust them so I brought my car to Classic Automotive instead. Classic told me the work that actually needed to be done and it was only $150. Essentially they saved me $850. Couldnt recommend these guys more. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks Classic Automotive!

Earl’s was recommended by a neighbor/friend. We have since had two visits. The first was an insurance auto body repair/paint. Flawless work. The second was a sunroof replacement, which is actually super hard to find anyone outside a dealership to work on. The parts were pretty expensive so Earl’s checked for and found used parts in very good condition, saving us a bunch of money. (Of course checking with us first). That was really going the extra mile!! Once the work was done you would never know anything had been wrong. I’m so pleased with the work, and especially the service. Earl and John are both super nice and honest businessmen. I would recommend them to anyone, even my best friend. 😉

The people running this auto body shop are all the most honest and helpful guys that I have ever had to deal with after an accident. They got our cars done quicker than we expected and they looked great. Theyre a good ole Manassas business so if you need an auto body shop you should call Classic Auto first.

I had my car looked at by these fine folks after it was recovered from being stolen a week earlier. Sadly it was totaled, but my insurance worked well with the staff here and made the loss so much easier to deal with. If I ever needed any body work, Id love to come back. Very professional and as a woman, I never felt like they talked down to me or tried to pull a fast one over on me. Rare for this area. A real hidden gem.Okay, second trip - different car. Still great and professional. John has my highest recommendation for body work and just being really nice to deal with after someone ruined my day by running into the back of my new vehicle. Nice job 👍👍👍👍👍. Its changed names, and is now Classic Automotive. Still a hidden gem worth finding! Its just off the runway at the Manassas Airport.

I am a total, 100% fan of Earls Auto Body and of Earl, the owner of the company. I have a late model RV and I needed some custom paint and re-finishing work done on front part of the roof. When I picked up the vehicle after the work was done, I was SO HAPPY! I think Earls Auto Body returned the vehicle in better shape, paint and finish-wise, than when I bought it new! The paint was perfectly matched and the finish was so flawless you couldnt tell what had been done -- the true test. To add, Earl met his estimated delivery date to me despite the fact that he had to move his operations to a new facility mid-way through the process. What pleased me too was the customer service. Earls Auto Body has a small front office but all were 100% responsive and provided excellent status during the entire time the work was underway. I plan to take my vehicles to Earls Auto Body should I need any work done in the future and recommend this organization highly for RV work in particular.

My son backed into my car. It left white streaks where the paint was removed. During the estimate they used some kind of chemical which blended in the surrounding paint to make it look new again. But that was not all. They went around the entire car and took care of many other areas like that too. They charged nothing. It was their pleasure to do it and that is the kind of people you will meet there. My sons car was repaired perfectly and for a very reasonable price. We wont take our car anywhere else. This team is a real treasure!

We just bought a used car. The hood and bumper were not lined up well by the shop used by someone prior to our purchase. Earls (John in particular who did the work) made ever effort to give us an estimate and performed the work right away. Their efforts were outstanding and much below what we thought we would pay. These people are all exceptionally cordial and professional. So happy we were referred to Earls by our mechanic.

Everyone I interacted with at Earls Auto body are top notch, super stellar, professionals. My jeep was in an unfortunate accident and all their hard work left my jeep looking like it had just rolled off the assembly line. The lady at the front desk (I cant remember her name) is wonderful and always super quick to find answers for your questions.I believe John and Trevor are the guys that worked on my jeep and they are the best. I couldnt be more appreciative of them.I elected to do some of the work myself so they left a piece off so it would be easier for me to do it and bagged up all the little pieces and labeled exactly where they went.Pricing was super reasonable and they broke down the bill for me when I picked up.11/10 kind of shop.

Summary: If I could give Earls Auto Body 6 stars I would. I cant say enough good things about Earl (the owner), John (the manager) and their team - honest, friendly people - and the work they did (excellent quality, completed on time and for a great price). What one shop estimated as ~$4600+ to fix, Earl fixed for $1932. I highly recommend Earls Auto Body to anyone needing their services.Long version: Three weeks ago while out-of-town, I was rear-ended in my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The contact point was at the drivers side corner of the rear bumper: the bumper was cracked beyond repair, the rear body corner was indented several inches, the tail light was askew and there was some deformation of the quarter panel. The car itself was drivable, but it needed to be fixed. The next day the other drivers insurance (State Farm) admitted fault and mentioned that they had an adjuster at the Caliber Collision shop at 7700 Progress Ct. I had previously had a good experience with their sister shop (there are 2 Caliber Collision shops a few hundred yards apart), so I took my car to Caliber to be fixed.Caliber generated an estimate ($3792) by Friday at noon, but it took until the FOLLOWING THURSDAY for State Farm to have all documentation. Since State Farm valued my car at $6080 and the repair cost was under the threshold for totaling the car ($4560 - 75% of the vehicle value, not 100%), I expected my car to get fixed. However, when it was time for State Farm to make the total loss determination, Caliber added a $800 supplemental charge ostensibly to cover any additional damage that might not be seen until they began work. In my mind, it was an excessively conservative number arbitrarily chosen to bump the cost above the 75% threshold to total the car.I was given 2 options - total the car (get ~$6300 and sign the title over to State Farm) or keep the car (get ~$4400 and fix it myself). Caliber told me at this point they do not fix totaled cars and wouldnt even give me an opinion as to whether $4592 would be enough to fix the car. Furthermore, the once drivable car was now disassembled, so Id need to have it towed, at my expense, to another shop just to get an estimate so that I could make an informed decision!I took the estimate and photos of the disassembled car to Earls Auto Body for their advice. Even though it was past closing time, I was met by John Lanham, the manager. He studied the estimate thoroughly multiple times, comparing the line items with photos of the car. John realized that the gap between the quarter panel and trunk lid was the result of the quarter panel being deformed downward by the impact, rather than the trunk lid being deformed upward. That realization made it very probable that trunk lid didnt need to be replaced (a savings of at least $600). He then showed them to Earl, who did the same. They both reached the same conclusion. They didnt see anything that was missed that would require the supplement, were optimistic they could fix the car for the value of the original estimate ($3792) and suspected even that was high. They certainly thought it was worthwhile towing the car to their shop.Earl called a tow truck and inspected the car when it arrived to verify their earlier conclusions were correct - staying more than 2 hours after closing time to do so. I called the next day to ask about how long it would take to fix. He thought they could get to it by Tuesday and finish it by Friday ... which he did. In total, my car was at Earls for less time than it was at Caliber and Earls did the work! Of course, the best part was the work was outstanding and the price was about half the original estimate - not even counting the supplemental! While I hope to never need Earls Auto Bodys services again, there is no doubt where Ill be taking my car if I do.
