Ive dealt with them twice now and each time Oscar and his crew do a great job with bodywork and maintenance. They are the best around with pricing and they will go out of their way to help you out and make sure your vehicle looks like new again and runs great. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for great pricing, great work and excellent customer service. I really cant say enough good things about them. Honest, friendly andwand work with you to save money.

Oscar - the owner of the body shop is a great guy. His prices are very reasonable. The staff is very professional and nice. Jennifer is very engaging and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to any looking to get work done to their vehicle.

Poor service, very poor quality of work, not professional, very lies. did a very terrible body work and my car. Tell me he was going to buy a new bumper and didnt buy it. Never finish the car on-time. Service is very cheap but doesnt worth it because you are going to go to a different body shop which is going to cost you more. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. DONT USE THIS SHOP PLEASE. Very shady shop.

One of the most unprofessional situations I’ve ever had to deal with. On the day of my estimate I was told my car would be done at a certain time but the day I dropped off my car I was told it wouldn’t be ready till 4 hours past what we originally agreed on and the office help Jennifer was Super rude and denied the fact that we agreed on the time that we did and pretty much told me I was lying. I ended up not being able to get my vehicle till the next day and when I arrived the paint job was horrendous! You can very easily see where they tried to blend it, there is already scratches, there is particles of sand or something under the paint, and there is obvious spots where it doesn’t seem to have and clear coat.Needless to say don’t waste your time or money and definitely don’t by any means speak with Jennifer!

I would recommend this auto spot to my family and friends, the mechanics/staff/owner are very professional.... Oscar (the owner) doesnt inflat his prices like most auto spots!! My 2000 Nissan Maxima had a problem passing emissions because of a sensor issue dealing with that model car, (2000 thru 2003) this is the only auto spot to actually fix the problem.... I have been going to Oskekla for years now. It started out when my 1998 4Runner needed repairs and the dealership wanted $1600 to repair it; got a second opinion from Oscar and he was able to fix the problem for $480! Oscar also took time out of a rainy Saturday morning during Thanksgiving weekend to test drive a used car with me in Dumfries... how awesome is that?! I ended up not getting the car because Oscar found problems that the salesman didnt mention. Now, for all repairs/maintenance/oil change, I go to Oskekla. Jennifer, the receptionist, is also very helpful. I dropped off my car to have the fuel pump replaced and I asked her to keep me informed of when my car would be ready. She texted me daily to tell me if my car will be finished as scheduled. Thank you Oscar and team!

I was trying to replace the rotors and break shoes for my car on Friday and it was difficult. So the next day I decided to take it to this shop since they have proper equipment. I knew the shop for replacing my vw routan window motor. So I went there for the work and I was satisfied with the customer service. Very nice lady at front desk... And got my work done.

Oscar is a humble and honest person. I would definitely recommend people for their engine installation. Go to him as he does what he promises.

I made a thousand calls to fix my rear bumper 🚗, I never found a place to go better than this place. Oscar was really helpful, working hard over the week end to fix my car rear bumper perfectly without leaving my car with him. He did paint the bumper then I came back within the same day so he install it for me within less than half an hour. Price wise also he was so reasonable and he found ways to save my money .

Reasonably priced and a stupid quick turnaround. In and out with my repairs in a day. I wont go anywhere else for my vehicle repairs anymore.

Took my car for oil change and gave my car back with leaking fluid anf finally two days later the engine stopped working. Will never recommend anyone for any kind of vehicle work.

I had body work done on my car from Oskars shop, heres some tips for you1. double check your parts, i lost 3 of my Original. They thought it was trash?2.Double check the connections of all your parts, I have to take out my bumper to connect them again.3.Their manager: Jennifer is probably why i have to leave this review.make sure to double check every question you ask her, make everything in writing if possible.4.WRITE EVERY JOB NEEDED DOWN ON PAPER, FULL DESCRIPTIONS!Finally, i would let this go since people make mistake, its okay to throw away parts, its okay you delay, its okay if you miscommunicate, its okay i can not start the car..BUT IT IS NOT OKAY when You accuse me of lying, and pressurize me as soon as you got the money and saying youre helping me ., or denying the things you agreed to. When i questioned why my part was not installed correctly, you blamed the tow truck driver and you said i lied it was fine when you installed it. hehe, you didnt even bother to take the broken piece out first, how would you possible install it correctly?? I have to take video so I CAN PROVE WHOS LYING..dont even begin to question Jennifer, she will make your life stressful.also my headlight wasnt even broken on the passenger side, i had to re-do most of the job to uninstall>>connecting things back>CORRECTLY!! Together? whats the point?

Patched a major problem with minor fixes. I went back three times for the same problem which they were never able to fix. They put WATER in my coolant reservoir and failed to diagnose a problem with my head gasket which may cost me my car. They have too many cars in their lot that they are trying to churn out to their customers; I feel as though their emphasis is on quantity of business over quality. Oscar, the owner, is a nice man. But I cant give my business to a place that doesnt take care of something as expensive as my car.

Not recommended! Don’t waste your time and money here.
