I contacted RMS automotive about a transmission issue i had with one of my vehicles. After getting the run around and obscene prices on labor and cost for parts from other shops in the area, Junior was able to find an affordable transmission and even offered me a discount for additional parts that were needed. In the end, I am a happy customer! My family has found its new mechanic! And he is local!

I first called this place when I was locked out of my car recently and the guy who made it out to me was fast and was telling me about all the other services they offered so I decided to reach out again when I was looking into finally fixing up my old corolla. I have a few friends in the industry so I got many different estimates locally but decided to go with RMS because their prices made the most sense and they have low hourly labor rates. I was also extremely surprised by how fast they estimated the services can be done. I cant wait to finish this project, but Im definitely bringing my other car here for all of its future routine maintenance issues as well. My new spot!

The ONLY place were bringing both of our vehicles to from here on out. Im so used to having to research my issues for a long time before taking my car in for any work because it seems most local shops overcharge and take advantage of the situation, but I chose to give RMS a try and the service was outstanding! They even walked me through options that would save me money instead of automatically choosing the expensive option for me, and made sure I understood the severity of what my car needed so I know what to prioritize first. I am on a tight budget so this helped SO much!!! I trust this establishment and will definitely be a loyal customer.
