Placed an order on 21-Jun. Received the order on 21-Aug. Slow order fulfillment. Very nice on the phone. Completely unresponsive to email even though they guided me to use email to provide them additional information. The received product appears to be good quality.

Great people to work with for our youth football program!

I was looking for volleyball shoes for my daughter who wears a size 11. We checked at the local big box location and they were out of her size in Madison and Janesville. Ultimately, after hours of searching, I resigned to the idea of ordering them online. I knew this could potentially be an issue, since she had not been able to try them on anywhere. As a last resort, I did a google search for womens volleyball shoes in Madison and Badger Sporting Goods came up in the search. I called and spoke with Ben. He was extremely polite, helpful and funny. He had a few options for me and offered to hold them until we could make it in later that day. My daughter was excited to discover that the exact pair we were going to order online, was one he had held for us. Better yet, they were priced $60 cheaper on clearance! Thank you for a great experience!
