Wide variety of hard to find tasty ice cream treats. Friendly service. Limited English but sufficient. My poor Spanish was appreciated. Look forward to returning this way.

Very nice customer service! This was my first time visiting and the girl behind the counter gave me some samples of her favorite flavors. I ended up choosing the last one - blue cookie monster! It was delicious in a waffle cone. Definitely worth the visit to this little hidden gem!!

Was excited at first but it was very unorganized and was a total rip off. The lady had us pay first, and then decided to tell us after the transaction that they did not have what we wanted. No refunds, just offered us different products that we didn’t want. Left unhappy. Also didn’t let us pay with card. The ice cream that I ended up with was not worth my money, nor was it at all was I was going in for. She could’ve at least gave us a heads up before I paid so I didn’t feel so unsatisfied. Won’t be coming back. Very unhappy.

Anytime that I am transported to another part of the world while still at home it’s a great experience. From the moment I walked through the door I was reminded of an ice cream shop I visited in Juchitan in Oaxaca. The flavors, the prices, you should not miss this fantastic experience.

My daughter and I stopped here after my dentist appt near by. I had been there once before for ice cream, but I wanted to come back to try the Mangonada and get my daughter one of their delicious looking fruit bar. The mangonada was delicious, if you like unique treats give it a try.

The flavors are amazing! Try the goats milk toffee, SOOO good! I haven’t visited the one on Odana yet, but look forward to it!

We were completely thrilled to find this place. They make their own ice cream and are very generous with their scoops. Its tucked away in a little strip mall bordering on a residential neighborhood that you would never find if you werent looking for it. The people were so nice and accommodating. They have an abundance of special flavors and are happy to give you a sample. I just cant say enough good about our visit today.

The service is always excellent! Ive been there 3 times, now. The same young woman ends up helping us, every time. She is very nice. Ive tried the Cheese, Pistachio, and Oreo ice cream flavors. All of those flavors were delicious! What I liked most about the Oreo flavor is that it was creamier than what I have tasted, before. Next, I want to try the Guava flavor! I will continue to go back there to try more flavors!

The flavors of ice cream, sherbet, and sorbet here cannot be matched if you have a sweet tooth that needs attention. My sons love the bubble gum and cheesecake offerings. Make a stop here as you start the summer!

Cant get enough of this fantastic ice cream!

They had excellent service and products in the past. I went to get an ice cream last weekend and to my surprise found that they were working in very unsanitary conditions. No gloves or masks were worn, they were grabbing the other customers credit cards and cash and then, without washing their hands, went back to the station to serve others. Its sad to see it being handled like this in the middle of a pandemic.

The popsicles are awesome here! I just wish they were labeled since they it seems like nobody can tell you for sure if that brown one is chocolate or tamarind. If you dont have any food allergies you should probably go for it, they are all pretty tasty. (BTW - that brown one was actually coffee)

I ordered an Horchata for the first time here. Best Ive had yet! Tasted exactly like freshly squeezed arroz con leche!😋My kiddos love the icecream also! Will be back soon to try other flavors!

There are two places you just go for ice cream in Madison: out if courtesy to the fine folks at La Michoacana, I wont mention the other one here, but Ill say that they are both amazingly good, and yet notably different in the textures, flavors and service. If youve never come here, youre missing out.

Anna was awesome!! Took a three girls and she let them try a bunch of tests before they picked their favs. This is their new fav.. super clean and wonderful place. Highly recommend!!

Horrible service. They dont give you what you ask them for they dont tell you if they have all the ingredients that go with it they just give you whatever. Employees are sassy.

Kids love the popsicles. We dont speak Spanish so was nice to have someone who spoke English behind the counter this time to answer questions

I come here often, but today was the first time that I had ever received such bad service. The short chubby lady behind the counter seemed to not be paying attention to what I had ordered, when she made the wrong order she immidantly rolled her eyes at me, and raised her voice when she told me the total, when I asked for my receipt she said I thought u didnt need it whether I needed it or not thats something that should always be asked to the customer. Bad attitude, not happy about this service.
