I would like to say that this is my first time ever purchasing a audio video system. I was very skeptical at first because two companies that visited my home seemed OK. But when I started to ask questions about prices, the best way to go, I got the feeling they were just trying to sell us a system. And I also felt that they thought I could not afford such a system because I was African American. However, when I first ran into Mozaic and met Michael, he did a fantastic job of of explaining different kinds of systems. He showed me different systems and projects he and his team worked on. I was just struck by his attention to detail when I began to ask questions. I was skeptical about projector systems, but after he explained to me why there was such a difference in how a picture looks on a TV and a projector that helped me make a decision. I was also struct by how knowledgeable Mike was of this equipment and all that went into getting a system. Michael went as far as to show me what good sound sounds like. He asked me to sit in front of some speakers and what I heard was simply amazing. After my first meeting with Mozaic and Michael, i was sold to go with this company to do my new audio video room with my theme of Star Trek. The process of getting the parts took a long time because of COVID, but it was worth the wait. As the process started, Michael made good suggestions to me and his team were very friendly and responsive to all of my questions being that this is my first time ever purchasing projector system with movie quality sound. Mozaic went as far as to give me the room that I would love. He worked with my budget and suggested improvements where he could. Watching this process take place and the attention Mozaic put into installing my system was amazing. The team members no matter what they were doing, they always checked with me on things like is it OK to do this here or there. I am truly amazed at me new system and love the sound. Mozaic even comes out to make sure things are good to go even after the project is done. This is a company that truly put customer service on a level I have not seen in decades. The installers truly love their work and making sure everything sounded the way it was suppose to sound. I would recommended this company to anyone willing to make an investment in their man-cave to make it right. Going from a high def TV to a projector takes some adjustment and getting real movie theatre sound in your man cave is the best thing. Ive attached before and after photos of my mancave. I’ve been continually impressed with Mozaic. They’ve run cat6 and fiber at my home, installed PoE cameras and fixed in-ceiling speaker wiring. As an engineer myself, I appreciate working with a technology provider that offers insightful advice and solutions, and Mozaic has done so consistently.

I was extremely happy working Mozaic to help me install my dream home theater. I am fairly knowledgeable about home theater and I had a good idea about what I wanted. Michael provided valuable recommendations without me feeling like he was pushing me to buy what he thought was best or just what he sold. Other companies I met with made me feel like I would be a fool to not go with their recommendations but not Mozaic.I was originally concerned that pricing wouldn’t be competitive going with a custom installer but that was not the case. Mozaic’s prices on equipment were as good as places online so I never felt like I was overpaying.The install crew did a great job and were super easy to deal with. I felt like their goal was to make me happy with the install and not just get the job done and get out of there. They did everything possible to make the install look neat and professional including coming up with a solution to work around an issue on the wall where the projector screen was installed. Wow, Wow did I say Wow.In the world of Home Automation, the average consumer has no chance. The number of companies out there will confuse you and you will simply give up. No follow-up, no follow-through. Then there is the Best-of-the-Best in class, Mozaic Audio Video Integration.My project was a high-end luxury Town Home that was new construction. I wanted the best automated shades installed by seasoned professionals. I interviewed three companies, No Contest. Mozaic won hands down.They ordered, confirmed installation, showed up on time, cleaned up after them selves and keep me involved during the entire process. They worked seamlessly with my other home automation company. I am one picky guy. I called Mozaic regarding damage from a lightning strike, specifically concerning some Savant equipment that had been damaged. It was immediately clear that Mozaic is very knowledgeable regarding these systems and they were very quickly able to figure out the next steps I needed to take. The entire process from designing the correct system to meet our needs, to receiving an excellent quote, and finally the installation and thorough explanation of operating the system was completed in an exceptionally professional manner. Upon our initial meeting, Michael Johnson, presented himself to be very professional and knowledgeable. I did not get the Car Salesman that tried to upgrade and sell things that we did not need. Mr. Johnson listened to what our needs were and educated us on the types of systems that would provide us with the capabilities that we desired keeping everything nice and simple which was our main goal. The installers came and did an excellent job of installing the system ensuring that everything was put together neatly and operated exactly the way we envisioned. The installation took a few days which is what we were told and the installers made sure to keep the area cleaned up everyday as well as keeping us informed on their progress. Upon completing the installation we were also given thorough instructions on operating the system. They took the time to answer any questions that we had and never made it seem as though any questions that we had were dumb questions. Everyone that we worked with at Mozaic was very polite and respectful. We have several more jobs that we need completed in our organization and I look forward to working with Mozaic again. I work for the Government and our project was a conference room audio/video upgrade. Since, I work for the Government, I am required to get at least three quotes from different vendors and select the vendor that will provide the best value for Government dollars spent. I actually got four quotes from different vendors and Mozaic was the best in every aspect without a doubt in responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, value, and trustworthiness.

Had an outdoor TV installed by these guys. Can’t even begin to describe how pleased we were with the entire process.Very professional operation from start to finish. Michael came out and went over the install with us, listened to our concerns and addressed them all.The installers were very professional, courteous and pride themselves in attention to detail. Constant measuring and leveling to ensure a very clean install.Had a glare issue a day or two after the install. Called Micheal and it was addressed immediately. Had to do with the mount and the angle and at no additional cost to us, he sent out a crew and the problem is fixed. The Mozaic experience has been fantastic! This team is extremely knowledgeable, as well as patient with those of us that cant seem to make up our mind. Upon completion of install and fine tuning of the system, I was given a complete tour of my system and all of my questions answered. I was worried about my new all-in-one remote, but this one does the trick. I can do everything I need from one single remote and dont have to worry about pulling out my other five remotes when I want to play something from a different device. My wife and daughter have found the system much easier to use than before as well (which is a significant help when Im not around to show them). The Mozaic team continues to follow up and ensure we have not had any issues, that we dont have any additional questions, that it has met our needs and that we are completely happy with our system.An added bonus was that the install took less time than initially quoted and Mozaic stood by their word that if it took less than anticipated, the labor cost would be less. These guys are awesome! They were quick and efficient and took as little of my time as possible. Working in a physical therapy clinic can offer its own challenges and as a result of the great work they did our therapy gym has never looked better. They were gracious enough to work around our schedule so that patients were not in the clinic while they were installing the TVs and other equipment needed. The work they did for me was impeccable and i will be calling them back for all my AV needs.

There is no one like them in them in the north Alabama area. They know exactly what they are doing and what to recommended for your application and budget. They took all the guess work out for me when designing a system for my new home. They shared what they would recommend, which were things I didnt have the experience to consider. Mozaic did an awesome job with my home remodel project. They created a plan from our house plans with Sonos, networking, speakers and lighting and came back during the construction for wiring which was very professionally done as they created multiple options for the speakers by snaking the wiring between the joists. When they came back to install the speakers, it was absolutely flawless installation as they were flush, matched the paint and also werent too large to stick out. The wiring in the central control room was very organized and used very little space the final product sounded awesome and I can control it with my phone or iPad and I have had no issues working they left. They also executed a flawless installation of several TVs and I would and have used Mozaic again and again. I wish all of the contractors were as organized and professional as Mozaic!

Mozaic installed all of our A/V, security, and network structured wiring during construction. When our house was complete, they designed and installed all of the equipment in our movie room and in-ceiling audio. All of the guys at Mozaic are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We couldnt be happier with the end result. Our system had a few hiccups as a result of using components that were new to market. That said, Mozaic did a fantastic job of working those out for us. I recently contact Michael (the owner) about wanting some sort of sound bar setup in my home. Based on my research, I thought I already knew exactly what I wanted. After a few minutes on the phone with Michael, I quickly realized that he had a much greater breadth of knowledge regarding different brands of sound bar and the varying technologies and driver types that they use. After my conversation with him, and being informed of some pros and cons for some different sound bars, I ended up making a selection that was very different from my initial choice. I had initially wanted Brand X which is sort of the inventor of the simulated surround sound-bar genre as we know it today and is an all-in-one solution (powered sound bar with included wireless sub). What I ended up with was a higher quality passive sound bar (requiring external amplification) that doesnt use gimmicks to simulate surround, but instead delivers 3 channels of true audio (FL, CTR, FR).Two key things that I should point out: 1.) I had a cap on what I was willing to spend, and 2) I needed this thing in my hands very quickly. Even though Michaels advice steered me in a different direction than I had originally intended, he stayed within my parameter of max price AND was able to rush order the sound bar so that I would get it within the timeline I needed.Beyond my interaction with Michael, I also used Mozaic AV to install the sound bar since it would involve running 3 channels of speaker wire through the wall and into a side cabinet, setting up my receiver and subwoofer, and then tuning the whole system to sound its best. The installation professionals from Mozaic were on time for the install and completed the whole thing in much less time than I had anticipated. They were very thorough (but still fast!) with their work, taking time to do everything neatly and then to make sure that all receiver sound settings and subwoofer placement were optimal.I HIGHLY recommend Mozaic AV for any and all AV needs, whether its a $1000 sound bar or a $100,000 full home automation and AV solution.

I have used Mozaic for several AV projects and they have always done an outstanding job. I used them when I installed my media room and the video and sound is amazing. I also used them to install my new UHD set in our family room as well as two new sets outside and installation of the sound system. Again, we could not be happier with the results.
