Helpful, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The only full supermarket left on S. Park St. It has a small town feel as friends and neighbors run into each other. A great alternative to the warehouse sized stores. Because it is convenient and right-sized we do almost all of our grocery shopping and beer purchases there.

Cops is one of my favorite places to go to for groceries. They are fast and efficient The employees are very fair. They also very friendly, helpful and caring. Their groceries are very affordable. They have a wide variety of groceries. They always meet my needs when I shop there.

This particular location is a smaller venue which I find perfect for my needs. Items are easier to find and obtain. Prices are reasonable excluding certain exceptions (condiments and herbs). Reminds me of a larger corner market, which is perfect for a single person who prioritizes wasted time and energy (Time is Money). 4 out of 5 stars because its now a Pick n Save and not a Copps.

The staff is very friendly. A deli that has such a variety. The meat department has beautifully cut meats and their display is absolutely beautiful. Great sales and location.

This is a great mid-sized neighborhood grocer. I have been going there for years and consistently encounter friendly and helpful staff. They have their organic and health food items mixed in with the standard items so you can do an easy side by side comparison. It is clean and well maintained.

Feels a bit run down and generally dirty. Tiniest Copps ever, service was fine but the selection sucks. Produce department was fine though.

Easy shopping area. Compact and has lots of alcohol variety.

Lots of great vegan convenience food! Just Egg vegan egg substitute was in my basket tonight as well as almond milk pudding! Hurrah!!

Store was not the cleanest. I would not have bought anything from bakery, deli, etc., due to the environment. I was overcharged on an item. When I brought my receipt to the manager, he agreed that I was owed a refund. He took my receipt and I didnt see him again. After waiting 17 minutes, I left. Will only shop here, as a last resort.

Good grocery store. Nothing special as far as product selection, but the service was outstanding. I had trouble finding something obscure (travel size shampoo) and the employees took the time to bring me around the store till we found what I was looking for.

This is a pick n save now. They could stand to have a few of their employees have their attitudes checked but the store overall is fine.

Ugh...seems like more and more changes keep happening. Dont go here for wild rice or flavored SanPellegrino.

More expensive than other coops and less selection. Would not choose to shop here for large grocery trips but good for convenience and quick items you need if in the area or lives nearby.

This post is for delivery trucks[53feet trailer] real tight space, almost imposible to pull out...i did it, and will never again come here for delivery. Guys from the store are really helpfull, they know it is tight.

R ecently remodeled, this is now a Pic and Save. The store now has a newer and fresher look. Dont plan to use the ubiswx bathroom, as it is disgusting. Also, every time one visits the be store, much of the merchandise has been moved around. Other than that, it is similar to the old copps.

Its actually the worst store in Madison. It really should close down, worst service and they dont have nearly as much products as any other Pickans Save.

Not the best fresh selection, and other Copps in the area have a better overall selection.

Small store, but good for a quick trip.

1. Always a bit dirty... generally unappealing for a grocery store.2. Not sure why they really dont care about expiration dates!!!3. No rhyme or reason of where items belong... i.e. of course butter is not by the dairy items, its by the vegetables.4. Any item that is on sale, is therefore something they do not have in stock.

The employees at this location are usually pretty courteous and friendly.

I just spoke to two stores (called the wrong one first) and both phone ladies (katie was one) were very patient, kind and helpful... and all the clerks and baggers are too...Kudos!
