I just visited this location for the first time since I moved to Alabama and Ive gotta say, it was one of the MOST enjoyable shopping experiences Ive ever had. Everyone in the store was smiling and greeted you with a warm Good Morning. The man in the Blazer whom U believe was management was very chipper and spoke like hed known me for years. Plus the young lady in the floral department was just absolutely wonderful!! I wish Id have gotten her name just so I could recognize her personally. Even the folks in the background I didnt speak with were HAPPY. I could hear them smiling and laughing having conversations. All the way to the people I walked past in the parking lot. EVERYONE was happy. Its so rare these days to experience these types of things and Ill never go to another Kroger but this one. No matter how far out of my way it ever becomes. Outstanding!

An employee named Jasmine Keefer helped me alot and was really nice to me with greetings and everything else. She really is the example of happy and friendly that every store employee throughout America should follow.

My first time getting a pickup order and the guy puts a 28 case of water on top of the eggs... literally on top of the eggs... GENIUS!!!!

I’m not sure what’s going on but I haven’t had problems being able to get anything from here until lately. They stay out of a lot of stuff plus they sell spoiled sushi. I got a salmon dragon roll the other day and it was spoiled the salmon wasn’t even pink anymore. That’s disgusting you all are giving people food poisoning.

The many times that I have been in this store while working as an Instacart shopper, the store has never been fully stocked and only ever has one register open for people that can not or do not checkout through self checkout like myself. This prompted me to do an application for this one because what I do now is barely making ends meet. The hiring manager at this Kroger is very rude. She will not sit and listen to what you have to say and will rush you off the phone and hang up in your face. I have been desperately trying to find a job during this pandemic to work around my daughters daycare scheduling. I felt like this job was a great fit for me because of the FEW workers that they do have. Even with the store being behind on ALOT these few workers still keep smiles on their faces. I do not understand how managers can complain about needing morepeople to work for them when the folks that are applying and trying to work there are declined simply because they have slight requests in their scheduling. All I wanted was to be off by a certain time to get my daughter from daycare. I was told that this could not happen because I do not have “seniority” and I was proceeded to be hung up on. I do not understand how but they will work around a college students scheduling. Whoever this “manager” is needs to desperately learn people skills. Being that this is my fifth time applying to Kroger and getting the same nasty attitudes from these “hiring managers”. I will never apply for Kroger again.

I really like this Kroger. I dont go to this one much, only when I am over that way. Everytime I have been though it is always so clean and well stocked. The people are very friendly too. Great prices, sales, and my Kroger Plus coupons helps save me a lot of money. Highly recommend.

How do you guys have 4.4 stars? Grocery department always has half empty shelves and theres always only 1 to two registers open.Second time here and had to wait 15 minutes in line again! Missing 7 items I came here for. This store is pathetic

Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase any icecream products from this Kroger. Every single time I have purchased icecream, it has either been extremely old, freezer burnt or the product is completely unedible. The last time that I bought a box of icecream bars, it seemed like someone left it out in the warm air to completely melt, and then re-froze it. I threw away the entire box as they were all like that. I can honestly say every single icecream purchase (about 6), I could not eat the icecream and ended up throwing it all away. You think I would have learned, but now I refuse to buy much from there anymore. Very disappointing.

Great produce and large selection of ready to eat foods

Its a new super Kroger with more than the old store on Hughs road. However I like the old store better. It had a local neighborhood feel. I new the people in the store and they were always friendly and helpful. The new store is a Walmart feeling store. Its huge, lots of stuff, yet very impersonal. I knew everyone in the meat depth at the old store and they knew their stuff, would custom cut anything they had. In the new store the new employees have little if any knowledge of the products. I miss that neighborhood feel when I knew the employees.Update:This is the 8th time in approximately the last two months that the meat counter is closed early. I have decided to add a photo of the empty meat counter every time I find it this way.And moldy produce!

Going down hill quickly on the grocery pickup. Bad fruit, meat and vegetables in my last two orders.

I straight up stole someones cart on accident in the produce section on 2/7/2021 around 4pm. If you are reading this, I am profusely sorry (and a bit amused). I think it might have been a blond lady that was struggling with opening a bag for apples but I am not sure. I didnt realize it until I got to the checkout and about 3 quarters of the way into scanning I started pulling items out of my cart that I didnt put in. I am lucky that there was no wallet or purse in that cart or it could have gotten ugly. This Kroger is kept clean and the staff are always very friendly. I apologize to the store staff as well if it caused issues to you later.

12:40pm..4⭐ ONLY bc I didnt check the bathroom. Clean, quiet, not overly crowded, cashier was polite and helpful in the self checkout as well as the line (2 separate transactions, forgetful ME 😊🙃). Plenty of options and well stocked.

Had an order I received a notification about saying I had items unavailable and when I went to review and approve my substituted items nothing was substituted. When I called to ask about this I was told the store is not giving substitutions and this was the managers decision. So due to the fact I would not have the ingredients I needed to make dinner I canceled the whole order. The person Joel I talked to when I cancelled said sounded good to him. So sounded good that the store would love over a hundred dollars for the order? Hmm. Very poor customer service all the way around! My husband called to talk to the manager and received no direct answer. Recommend to order the expensive items of what you want have a better chance of getting it. Because what we have gathered is they won’t sub because they don’t want to lose money. If you go store obviously you will probably get what you want and need. But they feel screw the mobile customer!!

Its a Kroger, so if youve been to one you already know what to expect. Great for picking up something here or there, but not the best for all your grocery needs. I prefer Aldi because of price and then get what I cant find there, here.

I have shopped here for several years but the new location has declined. The outside and inside of the entrance, near carts is always dirty and often not equipped with sanitation items. Secondly, the shelves seen more bare than stocked. Dissatisfied and disappointed. I may have to shop at another store.

I have been doing grocery pickup for months. They are constantly leaving things out of my order and I dont realize it until days later when I reach for it in the pantry. I then look on my order and I see I purchased it and I dont have it. I have now started checking my order and I call to let them know I didnt get it. Their response is they have no proof I didnt get the box of pasta or the water so they will not replace it. I will no longer be doing my grocery shopping here. I am shocked they would behave this way over $8. I would think if I was a thief or scam artist I would have picked expensive items not kroger water and a box of banza pasta!! Check your orders very well.

Love shopping at Kroger. Food is always Fresh, each roll is always labeled making it easy to find items. Workers are always friendly

Cheapest gas prices in town

I appreciated that all employees had masks on, and everyone was trying to keep 6 feet apart. What I didnt like was that they were not wiping down carts, nor did they offer cleaning supplies to wipe your own cart. I think they may have been over the 50% capacity because it was PACKED.

Great place for fresh veggies which was my focus for this visit.

We visited the store today around 7:15 to pick up a few steaks for dinner. We waited about 3 minutes back at the meat counter while the employee bagged some shrimp and spoke to a manager. The manager walked away and then the employee looked up and said very rudely said we’re closing for the night and I’m the only one working and I’m closing early so I can’t help you. And wouldn’t sell us any steaks there wasn’t a big selection in the case and no tenderloins which we were after so I went up to customer service to ask if there was someone else who could serve us steaks since the guy working the counter couldn’t be to. We walked back to the counter to find two “closed” signs written on wax paper taped to the counter so I went back to inform the woman at customer service (forgot her name but had long dark black hair) that the employee had closed his department. She said she had sent a manager back to get the employee to help us. After a few minute your manager London started walking over and I approached him asking for assistance to get two steaks. (At this point we had been waiting almost 20 minutes) and he said “that’s why I’m back here” and walked up to the counter told the boy working the desk he needed to serve the customers pulled down his self made closed signs and disappeared into the back. No apology or sorry for your wait or anything. Then the kid with the bad attitude gets us two fillets and hands them over. He was not wearing a name tag but he is the rudest employee I’ve encountered in a long time.We typically shop at Publix for our produce and Kroger for everything else because I’ve never been a fan of your produce selection but we have always preferred your meat quality. This is the last time I will ever purchase from your store. There is no excuse for that employees bahavior or the lack of action taken by the manager. Almost 25 minutes between waiting in line at customer service and waiting at the meat department to buy two filets. You have lost our business.

I was going to get some Pringles. They wernt on the potato chip isle. I asked someone. They sent me to the cookie isle. The cookie isle only had individual snack sized cans. I asked someone else. They sent me to the peanut isle. I finally found the Pringles.

Ordered pick up & the produce they picked was not what I would have chosen. They forgot 3 items on my order & would not refund my money. Only put it on credit for next time I ordered. I wouldnt recommend it

I LOVE my neighborhood Kroger!!! They have the freshest produce and seafood everyday. The aisles are always stocked with everything I need. It says a lot when the staff recognizes you and welcomes you back each time. My kids love the complimentary bananas. It helps our trips go a bit smoother. The app/valued customer program is definitively where its at. On average I save at least $5 per visit. Today I saved $20!!! The fuel points are an added bonus. Im a Kroger customer for life.

No one working in receiving during open receiving hours to help vendors. Brought a whole truckload of product had to unload then load backup and drive away. Super unprofessional.

Its been a long time since Ive gone to a Kroger and it was a pleasant surprise. The store was well lit, shelves were stock full and man is that store huge. Its a long walk from one end to another. If there was a store closer to me Id shop there all the time.

Very nice store. Ive always liked Kroger and often go to a different location but happened to be in this area and needed a few things so I went in. Very glad I did. Great selection and very open, upscale feel. This may be my new favorite grocery store!

I use Click list to get my groceries. They refuse to give me a receipt for my purchase despite me asking repeatedly. I completed their survey and no response. They do not substitute items and just mark as not available. Its hard for me to believe they cannot substitute pizza!. Its been frustrating to say the least.

I’m a loyal Kroger customer for at least 20 years. I feel Kroger’s customer service is no longer as good as before. It happened this Saturday evening. I waited for a customer service staff to serve a customer for a long time. I understood it would not be quick. I politely asked if she can have someone help me, she sounded furious and asked me to wait. I came forward to the checkout counter and explained I need a service because I had a daughter in the car. I finally had someone to help. The lady who helped me was in customer service area for a long time. She accused me of “yelling” at her, although I only raised my voice a little. This is why I only give Kroger 1 star.

Its been many years since I shopped at a Kroger. It was where we shopped for groceries when I was a kid, and the first place I got a paycheck from. Im not sure what I expected. My worst fear was for it to be like Kmart, a place that didnt upgrade itself to keep up with the times, and looking like it was falling apart. I had high hopes as I approached this obviously newer store that things would be different. Sure enough, they were.The store was modern looking and clean. They had a good selection of products. It was fairly busy, but unlike most Walmarts I go to they actually had a majority of their registers up and running, so there was a minimal wait time. The people working there were helpful too. I certainly plan on going back in the near future.

This Kroger is AWESOME!!! We call it The Super Kroger. I use to have to go to 4 stores to get everything for my family, until this Kroger opened, not everything we need is in one shop!!! Prices are great. Workers are helpful. Love the location. If you havent been, you should go!

Clean friendly establishment wonderful people. Love people that greet and have conversations with you. Not being nasty or snooty. And they Have deli meets I love being from york Pennsylvania. I’ll say more when I experience more.

Semi new store. I like the fresh produce and quick (self-checkout) wait times. In addition, I like the fact that this Kroger has a gas station. Makes it easier to get groceries and gas at the same time, making my to-do list a lot shorter. The cashiers could be a little more friendly however, Im glad Kroger opening a store at this location. Good produce, excellent cheese department, and great wine section. I love that they have Boars Head products at the deli. Im not a fan of the store set up. I feel that its all over the place and not really customer friendly. Also, a half of the staff isnt customer friendly. Thats the big issue. Other than that, I like this Kroger. It doesnt hurt that its in walking distance from my house.

I love kroger but today i picked up some crab legs supposedly seasoned with lemon pepper wasnt... I am not a fan of spicy food and it just so happen to have something spicy. People have to be careful of doing something like that because it always could be worse.

Gorgeous new store. Employees always friendly. Rarely have to wait to check out. Priced are good, especially if you use electronic coupons. Be sure to get a Kroger card to pay the reduced prices.

Longer lines then expected. Only 2 baggers for 4 lines. 5 for 5 not given until taken back to the store. Would have given less if it was not for the good layout, good prices, friendly staff. Hope I can give a better review next time.

In my personal opinion this Kroger stinks big time. I could use a more colorful vocabulary but will not. Half the time when I need something they don’t have it. Nothing against all teenagers but some of ones that work here are pointless. If I acted like they did when I was their age I would have been fired immediately. The deli is the worse. They have only one person and if your lucky they may have two working but are slower then turtles helping you. You could probably finish a magazine by the time they do. The produce section could be more wider cause when there are a lot of people it’s a nightmare if you are a claustrophobic. The store itself is nice and what not but the management is horribly built. I was so excited that it was super close to me that I could just walk there but being disappointed so many times I will just drive to the one on 72.

Love shopping Kroger but they dont carry some of the brand items I buy on a weekly basis. Such as my dog food and my hair supplies. Still will have to shop Walmart, which Im really trying to get away from.

Always loved Kroger and their app is easy to use and so convenient for coupons and reward points. Biggest downfall is not having the option to upload paper coupons distributed by the store and via mail into the application for easy access. Additionally, the monthly $10 off coupons mailed out should just be digitally loaded to your card automatically each month.

I use to come here all the time to do my shopping and I use to love it. It was very disappointing that they no longer serve the circular pizzas. Instead they have prepared pizza by the slice. My family would eat before or after we did our shopping and at times come to Kroger just to get the little pizzas. They were much more fresh tasted better and you had more options. This was a huge mistake and this is what kept my family really coming here. Imagine if they got rid of Starbucks how would regular customers feel. The pizza thats already prepared is not fresh, its dried out and nothing like it use to taste. I will not be back unless this changes its a waste of $3.00 on a prepared piece of pizza. What a huge mistake. Wish I could have posted a picture.

Conveniently located right off Wall Triana, gas station always clean with very bright lights, coffee shop in the grocery store. Store is always clean, with ENOUGH employees to assist you. Their fresh seafood department is extremely helpful and I love the flavored steaming for shrimp. The store seems to always be stocked and Ive never been turned down for a rain check request

This store is huge. Its really almost too big. If you forget something on one side of the store, its a long way back.It is nice to have the home good section in the middle of the store. Here you can find dishes, glasses, small appliances and other kitchen items.I love the specialty cheese aisle, I just wish it was near the regular cheese aisle. Usually I forget one or the other because they are separated by half the store.ClickList is great if you dont want to go in the store. Its super easy to select your items, schedule a pickup, and get your groceries super quick. This particular location is very crowded in the evenings and on the weekends, so this service is important especially when you have small kids.

The best grocery store Ive ever been to. Good parking, beautiful store, fresh produce, plenty of choices. And most importantly reasonable priced.

I used clicklist to order and pick up groceries. Online it said the earliest pickup was between 8 and 9 p.m., but when I called at 6:30 the order was already prepared. I pulled up and parked in one of the designated locations, called the phone number on the sign and Jennifer promptly brought out my groceries. She explained any substitutions they had to make, and loaded the groceries. Great experience and Jennifer did a great job.

This is a great location, clean and great customer service! Tammy, Zac and alot of other employees are very pleasant, always smiling and always make it a great experience!

I do the click list for convenience and it is really helpful to save me time. If they are out of stock, they automatically find you a substitution if you want one. The produce they pick is always perfect. The store itself is incredibly clean and easy to maneuver. I love their wine selection.

Brand new location. Its a great store and well laid out. The kids like the smaller shopping carts so they can help also. Prices are a little higher than Walmart, but the store is much nicer. Great Deli and Bakery. There is also a Kroger Gas Station here.

This is a really good example of what Kroger has to offer. This place isnt going to blow your mind, but its very clean and organized. They have cool regional foods and drinks, such as big red and big blue, plus Asian and Mexican groceries/treats. Take a tour of the store.

Well organized except for dairy products. Those seem to be scattered. Friendly service, clean, good organic options, and like that you can earn gas points.

The overall experience for me at Kroger is really good. The staff are polite and helpful and the store usually has the items I need that either Sprouts doesnt have and or Walmart doesnt have. The quality to me is definitely better and you can get just as good deals as publix with more variety. Store hours are incorrect. Google maps shows 24hrs but they actually are not open until 6 am and close at midnight.

I like this Krogers because the workers are usually pleasant and willing to help you. It is clean. They have a Starbucks inside as well as a sushi counter where they can make it for you as you order if you like. The deli and bakery look great with tons of selections for you.

Since no one from this store seemed to care about this serious situation...I will be taking this matter further up with corporate. I called the pharmacy on Saturday to get one of my medications transferred since it would be cheaper there. I went to pick up my medication on yesterday the young lady that helped me was very nice(no issues their). When I arrived home I looked at my medication. To my shock I was given the wrong medicine. It was nothing that I could do at that time. I called this morning at 9:01 & spoke with the pharmacist working. I started the conversation off with I know people are human and we make mistakes. I then informed her that they had given me the wrong medication. Her next response was so do you take that medicine! Im looking through my phone at her like are you stupid truthfully speaking. I replied no never have I. Then she want on.......My issue with this whole situation is I had to prompt her for any apology! Then on top of that for her to say if you have your receipt we can refund your money! First do you even have that option to say to me! First time & last time using this pharmacy. People have to do better that like of concern on your part sealed the deal. It was like it was a regular day in the neighborhood. I already have a chronic illness that I deal with on a regular bases & to be put in jeopardy by your mistake not sexy at all. How can I trust/ know that it wont happen again!

The cashier was very nice. She greeted my mom and with a hello and a smile. The young man who bagged also greeted us with a smile.

This Kroger is a joke. They bag can goods with produce. All the employees typically are chatting amongst themselves, or texting. Ive been to this Kroger many times, and there are no carts. My patience is running slim with this particular grocery store.

This is a really nice store, wide aisles, awsome selections, from large wine section, bread selections, pharmacy section. I enjoyed shopping there.

Shelves are never stocked, always out of stuff we need, never see stock people out stocking shelves, never see a manager out on the floor to see if employees are doing their job, you have to bag your own groceries. Had this problem the last few times we have shopped at Kroger. Maybe the last time Kroger get our money. We will start shopping elsewhere

Great store has everything. It has always been great its open even when it is snowing.

Nice clean beautiful store. Only wish the guy that was running the 4 self check-out lanes 30mins before closing knew more about what to do. It took him forever to figure out how to run my check. He did not seem very confident in knowing how to do his job. He also wasnt very personable.

From the position of employee: I have solid work ethic and pride. I cannot work under some of the managers and trainers. I was terminated to cover up that I wasnt trained properly - I made my department manager look bad while unknowingly being assessed by her boss. As a customer: the new store would have been perfect had they gotten rid of the long term and physically unattractive employees. All of the discounts in the world wont bring me back. The store will eventually be as nasty as the old one, in every way. Lastly, since I have had negative experiences as an employee and as a customer, I expect to be treated like a human while in the store as a customer. Trust me, if I am in any of the Nashville District Krogers, it is not because I want to be. My only expectation: professionalism over personal interests. Be an outfit worth working for and shopping at.

Great store. I love the food court, but find it odd that today they didnt have the check out open for me to check out. So I had to get my food walk to the frount of the store to check out then walk back to eat.

Very nice new location. The store is much more spacious and modern than the previous location and is a pleasure to shop in.Biggest disadvantage is that its located on a road which is not built to properly channel the kind of traffic store like this will have moving forward.
