As a realtor, I had seen Granbrazil’s work in homes I had shown and listed in the past. I knew when I was getting new countertops that this is the company I was going to use. For a price comparable to large home improvement stores, you get a customized look and quality product. You can stop by the store anytime and view the slabs. They were helpful all along the way, promptly and courteously answering my questions. I am in LOVE with my new platinum quartzite countertops! When my new oven arrived a few days after my countertops were installed and it didn’t fit, they promptly came back out and trimmed the countertop so it would fit.

I say journey because i had so many requests, questions, and educational needs throughout the buying process and they handled all of them so well! Misty and others helped with all of my needs and we ended up buying a quartz countertop that we love. Selection was astounding and it took me a while to decide but they were very patient while informative. They held to their end of the deal on every time quote i was given whether it be a callback or an install date. I had to change my appointment numerous times due to personal reasons and they never complained, just offered what was possible, and I appreciate that. Awesome experience dealing with these guys. We drove down from Indy on a very cold and windy day in December. Misty was very helpful as we walked around looking at slabs. She didnt rush us at all despite the freezing temps and howling wind. We even got a tour of the cutting barn (it helped us warm up too!) The guys came up and measured and in a quick seven days they came back and installed our beautiful countertop and sink. We love it! Highly recommend these guys.
