Tried to park at my local national unclaimed freight furniture and mattress outlet but these two huge trucks were taking up all the spots. There were two large signs saying customer parking only. They were taking their lunch break somewhere else

My wife and I decided to remodel our Master and upstairs bathrooms when we retired. Our contractor mentioned HJO as a source for cabinets for the bathrooms. We met with the sales rep who was very helpful and we placed our order from the Merrillat Classic line. After a painfully long time (Covid, supply chain, staffing etc) our cabinets finally arrived. When the boxes were opened we discovered several flaws, damages and some poor craftmanship. We contacted the HJO Territory Mgr and she came to out home on Friday 3/4 to inspect our claims and agreed with our assessment of the issues and said HJO will make it right. She placed an emergency order for Merrillat to address the issues. I called HJO for an update on Wednesday 4/6/22 and was told by their Customer Service team the cabinet and other damaged parts may not be delivered until late May of this year!While HJO is not responsible for the poor quality and damaged cabinets made by Merrillat, they ARE responsible for the poor service after the sale. I would never recommend a Merrillat cabinet and I suggest you think long and hard before doing business with H. J. Oldencamp!!Buyer Beware

Needs s negative number. Their delivery truck just passed me on the freeway going 10 mph over posted speed limit for trucks in Ionia county, Michigan. Glad to see the disregard for human life takes a back seat to granite.
