Great company, great products, and great service! Josh, the sale manager, went to great lengths to help us in choosing good material and design, coordinating the installation, and even replacing the kitchen sink plumbing by himself. The owner is very engaging, from allowing cutting the final price to calling the installation team making second trip to finish some re-designing. Much of their work was done when we were out of town. I am very satisfied with the work and greatly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and expertise.

Excellent product and outstanding variety. Its a 2 star review since the under mount sink they installed collapsed and broke my plumbing just 6 months after installation (under normal operation). They were very responsive and fixed the sink the next business day but refused to pay for the plumbing damage.

This company is great at completing 90% of the job and to get them to come back to finish is nearly impossible. Have to threaten them with lawsuit/BBB calls. STAY AWAY or remember you read this when you have issues. I worked there for a year as sales but it should have been as a complaint representative.

Hiring Summit was a great pain-free experience. Jenny was very nice and professional about being available to help us find a granite countertop that met our style and budget. The installation process, despite a hiccup with the measurements of one piece, was awesome overall: the 2 installers worked very diligently, precisely, and professionally. What I liked most was how transparent they were, as they were happy to answer any questions so I understood what kitchen areas they did and did not have to affect, and they gave their own advice from past experience on customizations. Some hiccups are inevitable sometimes, but it was easy to get in contact with Jenny to schedule a time for them to make a correction. Overall, pretty happy with the job well done.

I have been working on a countertop choice and installation for several months. In fact I have worked with Mr Jensen who left the review above and he was fantastic. He was timely and responsive. His customer service skills were superb as he went above and beyond to help me make my decision. My project was delayed a bit, so by the time I had made a commitment, Bob no longer worked for the company. Im sad to say that his review seems accurate thus far in my opinion. My family has encouraged me to go to the better business bureau to report the poor craftsmanship of their work recently completed on my kitchen. I have not, but rather sent photos and an email explaining in detail several of the flaws and problems I have encountered from sloppy craftsmanship, miscuts, and underwhelming quality of installation. My countertop overhang is unacceptably different around my cabinets depending on where you measure, its not parallel to the cabinet, and when installed on top of posts, the posts were rocked to one side and not straightened out leaving me with almost an inch difference between the top and bottom. This made it look like a V against my island cabinet. The counter on one side of my stove was shimmed, but not the other side so they arent the same height. They completely BUTCHERED my beautiful and brand new cabinet to make their countertop fit because it was miscut. I was told this would be fixed during the second installation appointment ;all of the above minus the butchered cabinet), and it wasnt addressed. I will see how my email is handled, but so far, Im pretty disappointed. The owner (Jenny) is a joke. She said that because I already had a promotional discount, she couldn’t discount more. BEWARE! promotional discounts = discount craftsmanship! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any company this woman owns (unless lack of professionalism and problem solving isn’t an issue for you).

These guys gave a quote for 144 sq ft of granite to a customer of ours..I told the customer it seemed way high on sq footage...So I measured it and also sent it to a granite fabricator friend in Milwaukee..We both came up with 110 sq ft..They had measured it .at 125 sq ft then added 15% on top of an already fraudulent number which got it to 144 sq ft..Thats an extra 34 sq ft of granite that they quoted..At $50 a sq ft is $1700 plus tax my customer almost got ripped off for..What a scam
