I’ve been coming here for a few months and they’ve always been decently polite. But as soon as I’m diagnosed with a disorder that requires a controlled substance to treat it, they are immediately rude to me, refuse to work with me or accept GoodRx, and lie straight to my face. I am switching pharmacies as soon as I can.
We have a flight today to return home abroad after getting our vaccines. We need a negative pcr test within 72 hours of boarding, so we came to this CVS because it says 1-2 days. We returned after two days, but the pharmacists said results would only be available after 2-4 days. I told them the website says differently — which they denied, despite this being the truth. All together, they were extremely unhelpful and indifferent. I do not recommend this location, and feel deceived by inaccurate information that is couched by a distant “disclaimer.” Dishonest marketing.
You sent me an email that said I had to be in a vehicle to get covid tested. A bike is a vehicle. I biked 4 miles to get tested and you turned me away. Be more specific in your emails and don’t waste sick people’s time during a PANDEMIC. Absolutely ridiculous I’ll be contacting corporate.
If you need a COVID-19 test - stay away from this Minute Clinic.I had a drive-through COVID- 19 test, I never stepped out of my car, but this clinic billed me for an appointment with a nurse practitioner, who works in Milwaukee. I never saw this person. It is a fraud.
Friendly staff.
I love the CVS coupons. It’s why I often shop at CVS. Super frustrating when the coupon machine doesn’t work, like at this location. Long line up front, so I went to the pharmacy where there were no customers and 2 people behind the counter. When I said that I’d like to pay there, the pharmacist said “It would be a wait back there too.” Really?! No customers? She could have said she’d be right with me, and it would have taken the same amount of time.
It is very difficult for a CVS to distinguish itself in the customer service realm, but every time I visit this CVS, it does just that. From the poor pharmacist that I witnessed deal with an irrationally irate customer, to the friendly cashiers that have gone the extra mile to give me a hand, I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism and outstanding customer service displayed here every time I go here.
Decent CVS. Clean. Always seem to have what I need in stock. Not as busy as going to Walgreens, so shop in peace. Extra Bucks are a good perk.
Pharmacy people are great. Becca helped me today, very nice person who genuinely cared. Glad this is my pharmacy!
I’ve been coming to this cvs for 3 or 4 years, they have a high turnover rate in staff. These new pharmacists and pharmaceutical technicians are dishonest. They fabricate stories so they can make decisions affecting your health care. I am so going to a different pharmacy. I wish Mallats was still in business. It was a family run store drug store, where they actually cared about their customers. 5 - 10 dollar coupons matters not when it comes to your health care. It’s pharmacists like this, the ones who are dishonest, I believe are directly responsible for the opioid crisis in this country.
Very nice staff and clean environment!
