Left my debit card here & called back to make sure the store still had it. I don’t live in the area so I had to travel to come back and get it. 2 days later when I’m able to come back, it is no longer there. So either a worker snatched it or they threw it away knowing I was coming back to get it. They had no idea where to even look for it and I had to ask for them to check the safe. You’d think they would have a better system for when something like this happens. Seriously disappointed as I could have already ordered a new debit card by now.

Ive gone in twice with large, multi-person tobacco orders (which can be very time-consuming to process), and the staff here has been courteous and beyond helpful both times. Highly recommend this location!

100% of the time there is no paper to print a receipt at the pump. I purposely go to a different location or to a different gas station all together, even though this location is closest to my home. If I pay at the pump, I would like to be able to print my receipt and then continue on my way, instead of needing to go into the gas station to retrieve it.

11/30/19 overcharged for cigarettes went this morning and Pall Mall carton was 42 and change and tonight 11:15pm price was 48 happens often at both locations if I go back in morning it would be back at lower price. Very dishonest practicing

Love Mapco but this Location is terrible. The store is always dirty and they are incredibly slow.The Mapco across the street is New and they actually get you out the door as quick as possible..

E85 a cross the street same Mapco is 1.69 as well as price of mapco near kroger is 1.69 at this mapco E85 is 2.04 when I went in and asked why the price difference especially since the mapcos are across from each other? I asked were they owned by the same person the attendant responded yes. When I asked her why E85 is always a difference price here and such a big difference she responded thats what the owners told her to do. Seems dishonest to me and I will get my gas elsewhere.

This is the worst location in North Alabama!! Today the line was backed up to the restroom with one register open as the store employees sat outside smoking! Extremely unprofessional!
