Tons of pumps so you don’t have to wait for one. I have a handicapped placard and wish they would add 1-2 more spot dedicated to that, there’s like 1 on the side which ends up being further than some other spots maybe add 1 more to that side and 1 on the other. They sometimes don’t have this candy I like so I go to Mobil. But if there’s a choice I’ll go to Kwik trip because it’s cleaner and friendlier. I will say it’s a larger store and there’s been a couple occasions where I ask an associate for help and end up wondering the store with them because their not sure where it is either but definitely prefer Kwik Trip over other local gs.

This is a nicely remodeled gas station. They had fresh hot food out when I came in during lunch time. And everything was clean and well organized. I like this better than when it was a pdq. They worked hard to make it a more customer friendly place. Ladies working this afternoon were very polite!

Just put in over $65 at the pump, went in and withdrew $60 from the ATM. When I asked for change for a $20 bill I was told Id have to spend it to break it. I miss PDQ.

Great. However I wish they circled the type of breakfast sandwich you get with a marker like the other store do because all the wrappers have the different sandwich types on them and they get put in the wrong spots, so if they could circle which one it is so there is no confusion that would be great.

Stop here almost every week to get milk and my pods. black lady that works there knows exactly what i want when i go in, i can almost call her a friend at this point, dont know her name but whatever she getting paid is not enough for how she treats me and other people, awesome person who gives 110%. great place with great customer service, asaide from the occasional pan handler outside this is a perfect kwik trip. great job guys, see you soon. thanks for everything.

The staff here are always really friendly in spite of customers who are really not so nice towards them. Food is exceptionally good for a convenience store! They follow covid guidelines and is really clean store as well.

This morning I waited outside qwik trip on northport theyre clock was 6 min off. So I missed my bus and never got my coffee either she does this all the time. The short white lady with black curly hair. She real snobby she knew the clock was off. It was 6min after 5am and never opened it yet. So this happenes alot Im about to not shop there no more. About 5 cars pulled off during that time

Dirty as hell, maskless people spitting left and right who were allowed entry 5/30.

KT has done a great job! This store is clean, all product is fully stocked and their crew has excellent customer service skills. One thing: I have to go to a competitors store to get my favorite Cucumber Lime Gatorade bcz you dont carry it😐

My local kwik trip. Staff is always nice and friendly. Their chocolate milk is the best and you can get great fuel discounts and coupons with the mobile app and rewards card.

My daughter who is 7 got really bad food poison from eating the chicken strips. She went all night non-stop throwing up. She ended up being super weak and ill. My fault though for buying from a place like this. Be careful!

Update: lost a star because they are always changing their gas price. Its significantly higher than most other places near by. Their sister store, tobacco outlet on County M, used to be always one to three cents higher,and now its always cheaper.Otherwise, its great since the change to Kwik Trip. Friendly staff. Sometimes if you buy 1 in a deal like, buy 2 for a discount youll still get charged for 2. I wish their all their pumps worked. Everytime Im there 2 are always out of order.

Very disappointed in their lack of enforcement of mask policies, and they removed the social distancing guides from the floor.

The Kwik Trip on Northport Dr has made a huge change in the store and surrounding area! It used to be trashy and dirty as a PDQ and very nasty service people..but KT has cleaned it up, and doesnt allow the neighborhood kids to run wild in the store, which is important to me! I wasnt sure if the store could make it because of the bad area it is in but I am very impressed and very convenient for an area that doesnt have a store close by. Kudos to the employees at this location and KT!

WORST SERVICES!!!We need it an valid ID in order to proof age. I showed my Puerto Rico drivers license. They denied the purchase saying PR is not part of USA. I tried to have both cashiers to use the scanner to reed the bar code but instead the ladie started to use bad language on us. They called Madison Police to kick us out of the establishment.The police told us to leave before getting arrested.I believe you are discriminating!Racist!

I made a complaint about an employee at the Northport Dr store about a year back and didnt return to the store in am until last week. The same employee was there and was quite rude again. I also was in there later in the day and the employee Kristy was complaining about not having enough help in the store because of all the people in the neighborhood that use EBT. I will not be returning to this store.

Twice had panhandlers accost me for money at the pump. Its Really Sad, b/c I like PDQs a lot.

Dont buy food here. They dont know how to cook it even for $13 an hour!
