I needed to get my eyes checked. I was able to walk in and get checked by the optometrist and picked out some new frames all within 30min. Paid for the new lenses and prescription sun glasses and two weeks later had my new lenses and sunglasses in hand. Always great service and everyone that works there is truly a professional. Highly recommend this store for its professional staff and great customer service.

Pearle Vision - A 10 Star Rating!I loved everything about my visit to Pearle Vision today. I originally had an appointment with another provider but the office cancelled the appointment at the last minute. It was imperative that I get in to get my eyes checked this week because of the way my employers vision insurance and flexible spending account works. I was happy to learn Pearl Vision is a InNetwork Provider. I was even happier when I saw that I could quickly book an appointment w/Pearle Vision while on the insurance companys website (one click). Luckily they had a same day appointment.I was on time for my appointment and I didnt have to wait. The office was clean and I was greeted warmly. They waited patiently for me while I completed the new patient paperwork. The actual exam/testing time was 15 - 20 minutes.I usually hate when its time to select frames for my glasses but this time was different. I forget the guys name who helped me. (Ill add it later.) He really knew what he was doing and I didnt feel as if he was pressuring me to spend more than I wanted. I gave him my price range and he honored it.Again this was my first time here and they won me over as a loyal customer. Check them out!

My husband and I have purchased numerous glasses from Pearle Vision over the years and have always been very pleased. They are great at picking frames that fit our faces and work for us. Theyre the best.

We have been going here for several years. We love the service and the staff is excellent. They have a variety of frames to choose from (high end and ones that are very affordable) I would definitely recommend them as a place to get your eyes examined and or purchase frames from.

The receptionist was horrible. Im a single parent and I needed to get exams and glasses for myself and 4 of my children. Thats 5 of us. Their policy now due to covid is 5 max, which is understandable but she suggested that 2 of my children wait outside while the other 2 got exams because customers might want to come in also, seriously. Im the customer! She also said that due to there being 5 of us she couldnt just close up for us. Again, am I not a customer? I would be purchasing 5 pair of glasses, smh. Ill never bring my business there and most definitely will not recommend friends or family.

What a wonderful experience. I havent had my eyes check in 10 years. Needless to say, I dont LOVE eye exams. It was so quick and easy. No excuses for me anymore. My eyes are not nearly as bad as I had feared. John was excellent at showing me my options for glasses. He really helped me select what was best for ME. Thank you for a good eye experience.

Dr. Appel has been my Dr. for years and he is very careful with my vision. These glasses are not cheap, but I wear them anytime I am trying to move about because my vision is so bad, so I want them to be attractive and durable. They work hard to get the best vision and I am confident I have the best ! Very trustworthy people I have known for many years!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this Pearle Vision location. The customer service exceeded my expectations and I felt I needed to convey my satisfaction to the community it serves. The optometrist was professional in asking me the questions I expected to be asked to ensure I have the correct and most comfortable prescription for eye glasses. Then I was able to experience true retail customer service with a professional named John that answered all my questions with regards to the frames I chose, the types of add-on features that would be appropriate for my lifestyle and working environment. John even let me know what the insurance would pay for and my out of pocket expenses would be. There were no surprises, no hard pressure sales, just honest and fair pricing for the quality and experience received. I highly recommend to the community to visit this eye care location the next time you need an exam and new eye glasses or contacts.

I had a great experience at this Pearle Vision. The staff were all very friendly and respectful, and Dr. Mark was fantastic. I was helped immediately and my appointment was managed in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in the Madison area.

Mr. Neill is extremely knowledgeable about frames and what looks good on different shaped-faces. He isn’t satisfied until you find your perfect pair of new glasses.

I went in for glasses and contacts, these guys were one of the few places open on weekends. The low reviews worried me a bit, but I didnt really notice anything wrong with the place. The staff was polite and willing to explain what insurance covered.

We have gone to Pearl Vision for almost two years now. My daughter was having headaches and her glasses were not strong enough. We made an appointment, confirmed and came in. Appointment went fine and she needed stronger lenses. As we were checking out, the girl told us that will be $75. I replied, we have eye med. She said, well we have not been approved for eyemed for the last two days. The doctor didnt renew his credentials in time. I told her, they should have told us before we were seen because we would have rescheduled. Her reply was I wasnt here and didnt know. Needless to say, we had to pay $75 to get our daughters new prescription so we could go somewhere else and get her glasses. I did call the office manager when I got home and explained to her what happened and she said she would speak to the doctor about it and call me back. That wont happen. They just lost our business forever!!! Very poor way to conduct business.

DO NOT Work with Pearle Vision. They are dishonest, incompetent and extremely rude. Pearle vision ripped off my money, by not using my eye insurance (I had to pay about $1000 more than i needed to pay, only because they did not use my insurance). Furthermore, the pair of progressive lenses did not work with me, because they measured the position incorrectly and they did not let me return the glasses. When i visited again the store to return the glasses, they threatened me to called the police. The owner called me a difficult woman and kicked me out of the store. It was the worst shopping experiences i had in my life !!

Never ever come to this place no more, I regret that i got my presciption glasses done here, i came pick up my glasses and tried it on. It not even help me see better, but make it worst, i told the lady working there how uncomfortable and dizziness plus uncleared when i have it on, she kind like very rude, i been payed alot for it, all i want is, make it right! I have no idea why she have to be rude, i think she the only one lady working there, I don’t know what her name is, i payed over $400 for my glasses including the eye exam, i been working very hard for my money, i was so upset myself that I didn’t google to read previews before i came. I am a poor man who working very hard to save money for my glasses, i hope next 2 week i came back pick up and hope it work right. I do not recommended anyone to this place, pls do not come here.

My wife and I got my eyes checked here for a new prescription for glasses. Not only did the optometrist rush through the tests, but had incredibly dirty lenses in the phoropter so I couldnt tell the difference with anything. Turns out for both me and my wife, our prescriptions were incorrect and had to be redone because of this. I wont be coming here again.

Not too long ago my entire family would go here. All five of us. Service has gone downhill dramatically over the past two years.Its now been 23 days since my daughters eye exam and I was just told for the second time that the glasses will be in next Friday. There was a shipping delay.Well as luck would have it, this morning my son informed me he was out of contacts. I booked his eye exam at Target. None of us will ever go to this Pearle again.P.S. I would have given 0 stars, but the Yahoo app doesnt post unless at least one star is chosen.

My husband and two children went to Pearle Vision with the intent of securing an optometrist for all of our vision needs as we are new to Madison. Everyone got an eye exam which was fine, however, my son needed contacts so we made an appointment to get the contacts fitted. They would not accommodate an appointment for after school as they say they are understaffed which I could understand so we had to pull my son out of school. My son could not get the contacts in so we made another appointment and had to pull him out of school early again but he could not get the contacts in once again (he is 11 and first time contact user). I called to schedule another appointment and spoke with a young lady that made an appointment for 4pm on a Tues as I explained we could not pull him out of school again. When my husband brought my son to Pearle Vision, the lady looked at my husband and stated that he had no appointment and they could not see him. There was absolutely no other customers in the office, there were three staff members literally standing around and they are open until 6pm She did not offer to reschedule and let my husband walk out of the facility as if he had inconvenienced her. I would never recommend anyone go to this office as they do not try to work with you, they have poor customer service and their glasses are way too expensive.

Friendly staff, great selection of glasses.

Worst experience, terrible customer service, over priced. Staff were unpleasant, unprofessional and uninformative. Unfortunately I am stuck with them until I get my contacts in as they will not give you the prescription (paid $130.00 for exam) till then so you cannot go elsewhere.

Great place to go.

Guess it is true...bad reviews can stop a new customer from choosing this store as a place to do business.
