COVID safety measures were in place. I was temp checked & questioned re symptoms in the lobby, & all staff were masked. Also I was advised to keep safely distant from the check in desk. I was the only one in the waiting room so no problem there. The only drawback: the chair one sits in for the eye exam is NOT ergonomic by any stretch of the imagination!!! PLEASE get better, more comfortable exam chairs - preferably with better butt room & low back support instead of straight-backed. Thank you!!!

The eye doctor and staffs are very nice. Will go again.

Have been a patient here for over 10 years, they are second to none in all aspects. Dr. Cropp is amazing. Staff are all great.

Please check the charges before you do an eye checkup. These are the most expensive eye check up specialist in the city.Refraction test cost $70 (Costco would have charged $5) Unfortunately not covered by my vision plan.Eye Test a whopping $310 (Costco would have charged $55). I did not find any difference in the line of treatment. Please be wise before you decide to use the facility. Again not sure what my vision eyemed plan would cover.
