Awesome people, great selection, good prices with lay a way and they dont bug you

Ive come by here looking for music equipment a couple times since they have guitars right there in the name of the place. The prices are ok, the guitars arent maintained well, and the employees ignore me and chat with their friends. I thought about buying a couple times but Id rather go to a different store and pay a few bucks more for the same thing to support a better business.

I was greeted by a terrific gentleman named Chris that was able to go above and beyond. He displayed quite a selection of firearms, as well as provided helpful insight. Found myself browsing longer than I expected. Prices on most items seem reasonable, and with some deals! Clean shop, warm atmosphere. I will definitely be back and doing some future business.

Only reason they got one star is because you have to leave something to put a review. Probably the unfriendliest place Ive ever been in my life. There were two workers in there. An old man and an old lady. Neither of them spoke to me the whole time I was there. I asked to see a gun and the man didnt even speak when he gave it to me. I wont be back just for this reason.

You guys might consider specifying on your website that your Madison location does not, in fact, buy diamonds. I looked up your website specifically for this reason, as I didn’t want to waste my time if you did not purchase diamonds because the item I brought in was... you guessed it.. diamonds. When I got there I was made aware that only your Florence store purchases them, even though there is no mention of this on your website. It’s just misleading and also annoying to have wasted the last hour driving to and from for absolutely no reason at all.

I brought in a $500 guitar amp, they wouldnt let me borrow even as little as $50 because one button, the reverb, didnt work. Thats pretty sorry, especially for a pawn shop (pawn shops are known for used gear, obviously). Im not saying take everything that comes in, but you have to be slightly lenient on your policy to make money.

I only goto this place bc of packman and there great selection of weapons Ive spent nearly 13k at gun gold and guitar and I will always stay a customer I didnt realize ppl would put mad veiws but ik this place is great in my book.

Bad customer service. They have no clue what on their own shells and they have no clue where nothing is that. And they are very racist

Good Selection, have some rare guns that other shops dont carry and you never know what trade ins will be on the used shelf from week to week, I’ve scored several Mil Surps here for great deals, prices are the best around on new guns and ammo. If they don’t have it in stock they will order it for you. Also have the cheapest FFL transfer fee around and don’t mind you transferring in guns. They get all of my business these days and Ethan is an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Great people that have been helpful every time I have been there. I have purchased guns, magazines for guns, parts to build guns and had them receive parts for me with their FFL. I have brought other people in to purchase guns, recommended them for ceracoating.
