Office Depot is Office Depot but Heather from printing services at this location is amazing. She is so helpful and kind. It is amazing how she multi tasks and stays cool and collected while dealing with multiple customers and processing requests for printing, shipping, etc. That being said, Office Depot, get your staff some support. Everytime I have worked with Heather there has been a line. She does so much and should get some extra hands when it is busy. I got some art printed for my house and it all turned out nice. I also shipped a package which was convenient but you are probably best going to a stand alone courier if thats all you need to do.

The staff here is really great, especially in the copying department. HOWEVER, in the SELF-COPYING section things are a mess. Almost every other time I come there to copy, scan, or do other work on their copies, theres a mechanical problem, with one or both self-copiers. Im now going to Staples, which is much further away, but I have no choice. Come on Office Depot, junk these old machine and get something that works. Its hurting your otherwise great reputation.

The office chair selection is very good. We brought a chair for my son’s study table from here. It is of good quality and working well since 3 years. Affordable price of about 100$. The laptop bag collection is also good. There are discounts regularly. The diaries are good. There is a price range so everyone can pick up what they need. Back to school supplies are well organized and stocked. There are school bags, lunch bags, binders, notebooks, all stationary. There is a printing service too at the store. Billing is quick. The location is convenient.

If you have a business and need blueprints etc go anywhere else you will be better off.

The staff at the E Washington St. Office Depot print & copy are so helpful, generous, kind, quick and knowledgeable. I use them all the time and for various types of jobs. I am so grateful there are places with employees that are so wonderful!

I don’t know if all the reviews for Office Depot are faked or what but everything here is overpriced it seems.I came here looking for decent brands of compressed air and a 10oz can of air is nearly $9, and they only carry in stock the Office Depot brand, which means I’m not buying it.So yeah the only good thing is that they’re open at 8am on weekdays but besides that there’s nothing here I can’t buy elsewhere for cheaper, and the one thing you’d think they’d have like compressed air they only carry their brand now like Walmart does, so I will not support that.

In contrast to reviewer Denny, I found the office chair selection to be poor. All of those office chairs, and not a single one could recline to a significant degree. Only one “gaming” chair, overpriced, couldn’t recline. I’ve had a neck injury and I need to periodically rest my neck during a workday, they didn’t have a single chair that could accommodate me.They also had baskets for $11 that I saw that same day at Target for $8

Always have what I need when I’m in a pinch; everyone is very happy and will help you find what you need. We have a supply company, but sometimes it can take a day or two to get supplies, here I can get it same day. Keep up the good work!

Went to print something from my email that needed to be signed and then have it emailed back to me so I could forward it. Erik was helping me at the time and he is a newer employee and still learning the ropes so no problem there as he was kind and apologetic for making me wait while he got help to figure things out. Then Heather came over and showed him what to do and since I had waited so long they told me its on the house. Very friendly staff. Thanks office Depot keep up the good work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad customer service. If youre going here for census fingerprinting, dont waste your time. Go somewhere else. They tell you because youre not a paying customer, they can waste your time.

I bought a big case of paper, which I had a hard time getting in the cart, so I knew getting it in the car was going to be impossible for me. Thankfully, Office Depot had one of their employees help me. I really appreciated this!

Went in to return a shredder just now and was met by the assistant manager, Cameron. Not only was he short with me but I could tell he couldnt give a rats ass about what I was saying as he just dropped the store card before me back turned. Minutes before, Id overhead another employee tell a customer that he was sorry that the customer had to shop there. After my interaction with Cameron, I can see now why that young man made that statement. Find a better assistant manager!!!

Average. BUT, I love that they have blank applications for various things (employment, loans, etc). Cant wait to use for my Life Skills Classes! #teacherlife

Went in to buy an office chair. The staff was friendly and offered help on the sales floor. We didnt really need it so we declined. They were super cool about and didnt push,which can be common at places like this.

It is all about who is behind the counter and what they know as far as copy centers.Ask for India at the Copy Center. She knows how to print out pretty much anything we brought (resizing it and all).

TERRIBLE prices!Paid almost $15.00 for shipping labels, went to Wal-Mart and they were $4.50 for the same exact product. Returned product back to office depot.

I really wanted to buy a desk but for whatever reason the employees really didnt want to sell it to me. After asking for help they argued with each other on who would do it. A rude older gentleman finally gave in and went to look to see if it was in stock. Some time passed and I saw him haggling prices of a floor mat with other people so I left.

Staff was very helpful while I was there to pick out an office chair, answering questions several times, plus wrangling the large box into my car! The store is well-organized and -stocked.

It clearly says here that you open at 9 on Sundays. Here I am in your parking lot, and you door says you open at 10. Maybe you could fix that

Lady at the copy and print center was super friendly.

This copy center was the most unorganized place I have ever seen. Placed an order online, they couldnt find it. Finally found it, after asking them to search the order number. Due to the delay I asked them print one thing from the order and asked to cancel the remainder of the order. Was told this would be done only to get home and be charged for the entire order a day later.
