Horrible experience. Advertise same day service but after 3 trips/days across town I still dont my phone fixed. They either dont have the parts in stock, company wide meeting or sorry we didnt get to it even though I was told it would be done. I needed the phone fixed before heading out for vacation and they left me hanging. The counter person was not someone that should be interacting with customers.
I needed my phone charging port cleaned out. They were able to clean it quickly and it chargers a lot better. Best part was it was free. Thanks!
Friendly staff and fair pricing. I was called to be notified that my device was ready for pick up but when I came to pick it up there was something they had to do with it, so I ended up waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. I would recommend this place.My favorite part was that if they found that my phone was not working after the screen replacement that they would be able to reverse the repair and not charge me.

I contacted this location close to closing time.The customer service representative continued to answer my questions well beyond normal business hours. I felt this showed their commitment to Superior customer service. I drove approximately 80 miles to this location about a week later to have my phone repaired. I dropped my phone off and was contacted In less than a half an hour by the manager with pleasant news that I did not need the expensive repair I was anticipating. They fixed what was necessary ONLY. VERY ETHICAL . Cant praise them enough. Will look forward to and trust working with them in the future if needs arise.
IPhone 8 went black after being dropped, still responsive and even kept playing spotify over car bluetooth on its own. They said screen replacement over the phone, scheduled me at my best convenience later in the day, and the price was $10 more in person than the phone estimate before tax. Not a big deal, and I’m happy to pay for good service. Was done in an hour flat just like they said it would. No complaints. I’ve also personally heard that they can fix water damage - unheard of! Round of applause👏Update: Their screen seems to be less sensitive to touch feedback than my original screen. Its kind of annoying having to press the same thing several times to get it to work, and this makes typing annoying too. The swipe type helps a little, but it loses its track sometimes. Camera button ignores me sometimes. Could be worse I guess. Minus 1 star because $110 is $110 at the end of the day.
Tried to charge me $30 for 2 minute quick flash boot on my motorola phone and then told me they couldnt guarantee it would work out. Hahaha

I couldnt believe how great these people are I was having trouble with my Samsung A51 from U.S. cellular, I spoke customer support numerous times from U.S. cellular and I continued to get dropped cellular service, dropped calls and apps that wouldnt work. Talked to Samsung customer support and was told I had to send my phone to them and it might take a week to 10 days. One of the Samsung reps asked if I had taken my phone to a walk in repair shop, recommended ubreakifix. They had my phone for about 15 minutes told me that I had a motherboard problem and they could get me a replacement in a couple Of days. 3 days later they called and said they had my new phone. I was treated like a person customer service was great they explained what was wrong with my phone in terms I could understand. 5 STARS EASILY.THANK YOU!

Brought my Google Pixel 3 in today to them because of water damage - it wasnt charging anymore. They were up front about what possible costs might be and were able to do a water treatment cleaning on my phone within a couple of hours. They were able to get my phone charging again and decreased the cost because it took less work than they thought it would. I really appreciate their forthrightness and efficiency! Highly recommend.
Great fast fix.. but expensive
UbreakIfix is the worst service Ive ever used in my life. I gave them my phone for a battery repair, which ended up taking them an entire month, even though I was told it had been completed and to come to the store twice prior. When I asked to take the phone back so I could use another repair service, I was told my warranty would then expire. So my phone was practically held hostage. To top it off, when I finally got my phone back, they forgot to put the sim card back in, so its just a tablet. Cant even get out of the call-on-hold to speak to corporate. Worst service ever.

UBreakiFix were so helpful with our phone when it broke. They were unable to fix it (not through lack of trying!) so didnt charge us for the time they must have spent. I especially appreciated how helpful they were on the phone in trying to help us fix it and then figuring out what to do next when we brought it in. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had 2 great experiences with UBreakIFix- my husband cracked his screen and A friend of his recommended this place. They fixed it quickly- great quality at a good price. I broke my charger port so I scheduled an appointment online which was SUPER EASY and a good idea when you have 2 toddlers. They’re fast and efficient on top of great service. Took my iPhone 8 in to investigate a charging port issue and they discovered it was just partially full of lint. I failed to realized the loose port issue was simply the charger not being fully seated into the device. They provided a quick and courteous service so would totally recommend them again.
Dropped my laptop and my webcam no longer looked right. Had it repaired here for free in literally under 5 minutes (Best Buy quoted me 2 weeks and at least $100). Corey just popped my camera mechanism/screen back into place and sent me on my way. The people here are so awesome and have always taken good care of my devices really quickly and for very reasonable prices! I looooove this place, they are awesome at what they do.

When i first went to best buy geek squad, they said they could not remove it and the whole unit has to be replaced which would cost $299. To be honest, i am disappointed. As far as the repair goes..on point and timely. What i am frustrated about is that we bought the liquid protection on advise of employees and was told to register online and we did. But when our screen was damaged again and we tried to use warranty we had no help. The third party company couldnt find our information and was not going to honor warranty, even though we can see the purchase date at ubreakifix..couldnt get ubreakifix to do anything about it and it didnt seem like they cared..If you are a company and offer a service or warranty you should help your customers redeem it if necessary or dont offer or sell the product. As a buisness owner myself i dont leave my customers without making sure they are thoroughly satisfied during and after sale of products and services.

Called them and they told my they had my screen in stock and they told me to come in to get it fix and when I arrived, They told me that the the screen they had in inventory is already reserved and couldnt fix my phone.. waste of my time and gas to drive there.

I had to go to them because they were the only servicer for my phone insurance (Samsung Care+). The day I needed my phone fixed, Corey explained a computer was down and if it didnt come back up I wouldnt be able to get my phone back that day. Obviously, I opted to wait, but when I went in to get my phone fixed 3 days later the part was defective. Of course they didnt know that and they only had one in stock. Either way it was one bad experience after another. To be fair, I know it wasnt a techs fault I took a half day off work and drove across town twice, but he had no compassion, no other options to present and told me I had to just deal with it myself.
I recommend this service if you want to keep your phone in the warranty. I have a Samsung 20+. I dropped it after owning it 3 weeks, and the screen was not working well. This is a Samsung authorized dealer, so no voiding my warranty on the phone. They were professional, helpful, and efficient.

They shattered my screen when removing the back cover, the camera doesnt focus, the screen has a hazey, green line on the left side, and the rear camera wasnt even placed fully into the phone. $150 for this? Absolutely ridiculous, and I will never return to them.

Poor quality replacement screens, they want you to buy a monthly membership so they can replace them over and over.Iphone XR. I had my iphone screen replaced a few months ago. The replacement screens here are far more fragile and had to go back two times for replacements since. Now my third screen is loose makes a popping noise when I apply a little pressure. Go to Graphite and get your iPhone fixed properly. Its worth it.
Came in a few days ago with phones guts visible and self-facing camera going blind. Left about 5 minutes later with everything right again!!!I have worked with this location several times for my iPhone and Mac laptop. Always prompt and courteous service, and a friendly explanation of whats going on. Fair pricing; always explained / agreed before proceeding, and I feel like I definitely get what I pay for.

I filed a claim through Asurion and they were assigned to fix my screen. I paid a $29 deductible and he came to my work to fix it. He arrived on time, was courteous, and fixed my screen good as new in twenty minutes. Cant recommend them enough.

I had them order me a screen. I showed up as my screen showed up via usps. The guy took my phone and fixed it. Do I thought. He comes back to me and says its not the right screen. So they put the old screen on. That was worse than before. I said I need a screen with no cracks in it when I leave here. So they found an old phone they are using for parts and fixed it temporary till my next new screen shows up. Im not a happy customer.
I called US Cellular about repairing a shattered screen on an iPhone 5s. They do not do repairs but sent me a link to uBreakiFix. I spoke with Levy and stated they indeed had a replacement screen. When I plugged my phone in, it said moisture detected, unplug charger to prevent damage. So i brought the phone in. The man at the desk cleaned it up and got it working again. And....no charge!!!I was so happy to have my phone working again. What great service!

The repair took about 45 mins and theres a really nice bakery next door if you want a coffee while you wait. The repair to fix my shattered screen AND broken LCD was ~$180.Apple would have charged me $300! and it wouldve taken hours or days if they needed to ship it out. Totally worth it.5 STARS. Stopped in after making an appointment via my wireless provider’s insurance program to repair the cracked screen on my iPhone Xs . Showed up a few minutes after opening, which was only 20 min after I confirmed the appointment via the insurance program and was immediately met with a polite and professional young man who quickly figured out who I was and why I was there. Despite being preemptively told that the repair would take at least an hour from the insurance company, the technician Jaron, stated he could complete the fix in 20 minutes after confirming they had the part in stock. I returned to my car to get a few personal items for my 18mo old who was with me and before I could even get settled in with a Disney movie to occupy our time, Jaron emerged from the back stating he was finished. The repair took maybe 10 minutes, tops. I then asked if he recommended any additional products that may help prevent future screen issues. He took the time to give me his honest opinion on several of the available products, all the while tolerating and playfully interacting with my toddler - hands down, it was one of THE BEST customer service experiences I have ever had in a wireless communication store. After I chose one of the products he recommended, he personally and expertly installed it on my phone all the while continuing to entertain my son. All in all, it was such a pleasant start to an otherwise long day of errands.If you need something fixed on your cell phone, go here. You won’t be disappointed, especially if Jaron is the one doing the repairs.

Thought I needed to replace the charging port on my iPhone, which they told me would only take 45 minutes if necessary, but all it needed was a little cleaning—had some pocket lint preventing a good connection.It only took them 2 or 3 minutes and they didnt even charge me. Im definitely coming back.

Note - If your Samsung Phone is still under warranty (12 months) then this is the place to go! They are an official Samsung Service center - fixed my S9 in under 2 hours and I didnt have to pay a cent or fill in a bunch of paperwork. Super fast and professional service. Nice guys too...
I broke my galaxy 6 edges screen and needed it fixed. The workers were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone that has a broken phone. I was hoping that my screen would have come in the mail a couple days sooner, but not a problem. Very helpful.
I called the store a few days ago and asked how this process works. Zach I believed is who answered my questions and instructed me to schedule an appointment online as to help with the time frame of about an hour to get me in and out. Yesterday, I did just that. I went online and scheduled an appointment. For starters, the only appointment time available was “evening” so I clicked and reserved that time. I received an email shortly after that stating I would receive a call when my parts were ready for my service. I received that email appx 2:17 pm yesterday afternoon. Around 3:30 I called the store just to confirm my “evening” appointment and spoke with a man named Mike. He saw my scheduled appointment and said they were not busy so come on in. I explained to Mike I lived about an hour away and would be there around 5 pm. No problem he said, we will get you in and done in about 30 min. So I jumped in the car, made my drive, around 45 min one way. I arrived at the store around 5:02 pm walked in, I was greeted by an employee, didn’t get the name and started going over what was wrong with my phone. What I needed was a new screen. After a few moments of checking in, he asked how I would like to be notified when my phone was done. Should we call you? I said no, I was told it would only take 30 min. He then informed me that it would be finished later the following day. What? I told him I had an appointment and spoke with someone on the phone, that I was driving almost an hour to get here for a scheduled appointment, wth? He then says we are really busy and that’s the time frame we are looking at. I left the store immediately so as to not lose my cool. I will never attempt to come back nor ever mention any type of positive review of your facilities!
