We waited 15 minutes past when the store was supposed to open. It never did and we left to go to a different cellphone provider

Literally the WORST service ever if youre in the Madison, WI area. No service on E. Wash by the mall. No service 30 minutes outside of Madison. Had to switch from Metro after only four months because I couldnt take it anymore. The worker in the store told me they are aware that the service is bad and theyre working on it. Pshhhh. DONT DO IT!
