Bought a new I-phone 12 mini. Worked with Theresa, who was about the best tech person Ive ever experienced. She had terrific skills sets and knew what she was doing. On top of that, she was warm, professional and really made this experience a great one. Shes a real gem with customers! Swapping my old phone info to the new one went well, thanks to her expertise.

Ben us a life saver! Polite, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND Cute! He fix my cell phone in 5 minutes when it took others 3 hours and they couldnt fix it. He is a genius.

The place was ok but I waited a long time before someone notice. But they took care of me. The lady I think her name was Theresa was nice. But when I went in there the second time they didnt acknowledge me until 20 minutes later so I left and went to another location.

NOT VERIZON! A reseller. Not the great service I’ve gotten from Verizon in the past.Went in two weeks ago to switch phones and lower my monthly bill.I told them I barely use any data, but via talking and chicken scratch on a piece of paper, they told me my new bill would be around $90.As it turns out, they actually put my two phones on unlimited data plans and my bill increased to over $120.

I would highly recommend this store reconsider the employment of Benjamin. He made what should have been a very simple process, very difficult with a strong side of condescension. He talked to our party like we were children. I appreciate the difficulty of working in customer service but he made it a very frustrating process on the customer end. Weve had great experiences with other representatives but I would avoid him if youre choosing this store.

Bad experience with a sales person named Ben that was training a new person. There was a complete lack of knowledge or an unwilliness to navigate different options to get what i requested. It appears that they do not need you to return to the store with the devices in hand to start a new line and/or to upgrade to a new device. On my way out of the doors, I called Verizon and was able to set up a new line and upgrade to a new device in a few minutes, was able to pick up the new device and sim from the east location without issue. The phones were setup at home in few minutes.My follow up call to Ben regarding his reluctance to offer different options to reduce travel and inconvenience resulted in him making a statement as follows, i prefer to help my customers face to face and helps customers the way he thinks they should be helped. Disregarding the customers best interests.I have been to this location previously and had positive interactions with other sales people,.

I would highly recommend using this location as they have sales representatives that have the time to talk you through your plan and the purchase of a new phone. In particular, I worked closely with Scott Tomaszewski who couldnt have been more patient and knowledgeable. He went through our entire phone plan and found ways for us to upgrade while saving money. Also, he was very up to date with existing phones and offered several alternatives to the phone I was looking for with no added pressure. He even responded to texts (on his off day!!) to set up a time to discuss more. I would recommend looking for Scott if you are looking to do anything with your phone or plan.

I randomly stopped at this location after a nightmare experience with reaching out to Verizon directly. SAM CARLING provided an invaluable experience for me. I purchased the new iphone 12 for my son for Christmas and as a bonus for my son, thanks to Sam, was able to get him an apple watch as well as he detailed all of the promotional options available to me. It didnt end there - he also fixed my plan that was changed by Verizon directly and in the end saved me money each month! Needless to say, SAM CARLING went above and beyond! He was professional, knowledgeable and definitely had MY best interest in mind. During my time there I also saw other associates working and was very impressed with all of them. This is the only location for me moving forward. I cannot recommend the outstanding service they provide enough!!!

I came into this location with some questions and worked with Selena and had a great experience working with her. She made me feel welcome, took the time to ask me questions about what I needed and not just what phone to buy, and had a good attitude. Very professional and knowledgeable and had nice conversations as well. Will definitely come back to this location again.

Scott T. Is the best, he took time to help me find the right phone for me based on my usage and likes. Scott is truly a people person, friendly, polite, and down to earth with a sense of humor.Felecia is my legal name so he got a chance to say “ bye Felicia” we both laughed and it seemed like we have know each other for a while. I’m thankful that he helped me.

Purchased new Samsung 21 5G from Misha today. Great experience, he explained the phone and transferred everything.I would definitely recommend Misha and this store for any needs you may have. 5 plus stars.

Misha was VERY helpful. Extremely knowledgeable, got us a better deal on blocking spam calls, installed REAL screen protectors (we got the phones at Costco and apparently they didnt know what they were talking about when it came to screen protectors). Sold us a couple of Active II watches (love them!). Aaaand.... your store has gender neutral restrooms. Overall, a GREAT experience. I highly recommend this store!

A few weeks ago I came into the store because I was having problems converting contacts, pictures, etc to my new iPhone. I had not purchased the phone at this Verizon location, however Scott Tomaszewski went out of his way to help me set up my phone (first time iPhone user) and transfer all necessary items to my new iPhone. I recently stopped into this new Verizon location and was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service Id received. Normally, I would go to the Verizon closest to me however, with the current pandemic that location is temporarily closed. When I walked into the Seybold location, I was kindly greeted and taken care of by Ryan. Hats off to Ryan for having helped me upgrade my iPhone and purchase a handful of fun new gadgets. In addition, Ryan was able to help me swap out my old plan for a new one and upgrade my old Verizon MiFi. Ryan was understanding, polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He did everything with the customers best interest in-mind and had an awesome attitude. When I go back Ill make sure to request Ryan again for all of my future services. Thank you again Ryan for all you do! You are a valuable employee to this Verizon location. :)

Such a great place to get a phone plan. The employees are all so patient and dedicated to their job. I traded in my iPhone 7 in for an iPhone 11 Pro and Cayla that was helping me with transferring all my photos over and there is a lot, she is so helpful about it and amazing and I love her! Go to the store and you won’t regret it!

We love Verizons service and Seth was a great representative who was very patient and kind but one of the employees (we think it may have been the manager) was refusing to wear a mask and very loudly ranting about COVID conspiracy theories. If this was indeed the manager it seemed really unprofessional and immature to ignore company policy (there were clear mask signs posted on the doors) and to go one step further and loudly espouse conspiratorial/pseudo-scientific claims that contradicted company policy.

I have to change my review. Sales people are very pushing to buy a phone that you dont like especially the LGs, I learned my lesson after 3 weeks, the LGs are not even close to the Galaxy or Iphone in any aspects.

Our sales rep Selena was very knowledgeable and polite. Very helpful with setting up our new phones, and answered all of our questions easily. Would recommend anyone to her for all of their phone needs.

Very good service at this location. Good family plans, especially if you bring your own phones from your current phone carrier. They can check if your phone can port over to Verizon.

My experience here was great!!! Kristi helped me and my family exchange our old phones for new ones. She was very knowledgeable and had answers for all of our questions. I went into the Location off Gammon Rd and talked to Jake about what options are available when it comes to iPhones. I currently have an iPhone 6 and I wanted something that is a little newer. Jake took the time to understand what was important to me and gave me options as to what I could do. Needless to say i am super excited with my new phone and all the promotions that i was able to take advantage of that day! I saved so much money and he lowered my bill. I came here after having trouble cancelling a phone line through the corporate Verizon call center. Elliot, the man I spoke with, was very helpful and went out of his way to help me navigate what would have otherwise been a tedious process. Also, one of their employees complimented my socks on the way out :)

My old phone died, and I was in need of an upgrade. Benjamin and Cayla were super informative and helped me pick an amazing phone. They also were quick and efficient which was great because my six month old was with me!

I was helped right away by our Verizon dealer Justin at the Green bay location of Mason. He provided great support and was knowledgeable about the Samsung products we selected. He was able to assist us in selecting our phones of personal preference. He called when the phones came in and set up a time when we could meet to complete setup or our devices. He did not take very long, we were in and out.

Was helped by Rachel. I received the best help I have ever received. She was wonderful. If I ever need any help I will personally ask for her. So helpful and friendly.

Went in looking at 2 different phones to update too and Selena Clough was very helpful in my decision to go with the LGV60. As a not particularly knowledgeable 70+yr old, I stopped by the new Verizon store on Gammon near the Beltline w some ??s re my phone. Got some fantastic help from Misha (w helpful kibitzing by Ryan) showing me what smartphones can do now/neat stuff! No sales push! Just a demo of what they do.Ended up getting one for pocket/daily use PLUS a cool tablet for easier reading/writing. Highly recommend these folks!

Elliot found me an unlimited plan that didnt raise my bill and found a perfect replacement for my old phone without making me spend more than I was comfortable with.
