Totally unacceptable behavior at this location! I called to schedule service and was told to bring vehicle. Tow truck brought my vehicle and Tamara claimed they had no technicians available for two days and that she had not spoken with me even though I spoke to her an hour before. Then she started screaming at me in a room full of people. I’m stranded at the dealership waiting for another tow truck. Would not recommend!

I purchase a used 2016 truck from this company 3 months ago. The salesman was great, however I had to take the truck back to the service department for a ticking in the motor. Tamara told me she was gonna get it looked at the next day. It took over a week for them to even look at it. After calling several times, Tamara told me it needed $4700.00 worth of repairs and it would be my responsibility to pay for it.She told me they were not gonna cover it. I wasn’t a happy customer.Something fishy happening, a motor just don’t break after 3 months of me driving highway miles.I ended up picking the vehicle up and taking it somewhere else to get repaired.ME and MY FAMILY WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM MAC HAIK AGAIn.And I SURELY WILL NOT EVER DEAL WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Almost two hours for an oil change with only one vehicle ahead of me. Should really consider changing the name express lane because its definitely not that. Ill be changing it myself or going elsewhere from here on. Definitely not worth the wait.

****ATTEMPTED ONLINE PURCHASE**** When purchasing a vehicle online its nerve racking and it does not help to complicate the situation with unclear expectations. I have purchased numerous vehicles for myself and my business. Some experiences are super easy, up front, fast and accommodating. NOT HERE! All I did was try to communicate my expectations up front, cosmetic condition, mechanical condition and included optional equipment. And this was just to much for this dealer or at least the used car Manager Darryl. After being told how great of a communicator he was (not really), how much knowledge he possessed (very prideful) and how he had been in the car business for 30+ years (although I appreciate tenure its 2020 and cars are sold everyday online).Basically Mr Daryl could have sold a car instead he let his pride, MOUTH, and overall lack of respect for a potential customer ruin my experience. My opinion, maybe in person they are great but when asking for them to go the extra mile for an online customer, which is kind of standard considering the salesman is the customers eyes and ears when not in person, IT IS JUST TO MUCH TO ASK! Online buyers look elsewhere.**** Update to 1 STAR*****As you can see the dealer responded? Why I am not sure after I reached back out and gave them the opportunity for redemption and spoke with the General Manager he assured me someone would be in contact with me, what about my deposit ($1,000) they took and NEVER REFUNDED. He could have cared less about my experience. Fast forward to 3 weeks later I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to receive a refund. UNBELIEVABLE, this has been the worst experience from start to finish.

I have worked in sales since I was 20 and Mac Haik of Madison exemplified everything you should do. Redd went above and beyond expectations. He not only drove to their Jackson location to pick up my car but stayed two hours after the dealership closed to help me get what I wanted. They can keep doing what theyre doing because its the right recipe and its got a customer for life!

I am highly upset with this dealership and DO NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from them. I bought a used truck and they were supposed to fix the things wrong with it, well they did not hold up their end of the deal. So not only do I have an expensive truck note, I have to fork out money to figure out what is causing the issues and more money to get it fixed. I wont EVER purchase from that dealership again and if I can help it, neither will any of my friends and family.

I found a truck that I wanted to buy here, and went to look at it, but it was gone. One of the salesmen were very helpful and told me that they had let a gentleman use it that wanted to potentially buy it. He said that he wasn’t sure if it was actually being purchased or not, and that he would get back to me. He told me that if the guy did buy it, that they have a well connected network and could find me what I was looking for. A few days went buy and I was never contacted back. You’d think that if you were trying to spend 40 grand that someone would get back in touch with you.

1 review2 days agoDealing with this service department has been a joke. 7/22/19 I brought my car in because the air was not cooling and the AC system was making a whistling noise. $147.05 later, I was told that it was completely out of freon, but there was no leak. I did not proceed with refilling it on freon because as I told your service department, it makes no sense that its empty, but theres no leak. 4/09/20 I bring the car back to the service center for the SAME exact issue because at this point, its hot and I have 3 kids to drive around. Per Travis, the price for the freon has gone down so it wasnt going to cost as much. $228.24 later, the air blows cold and the whistling sound is gone. Per Stuart, there was still no leak to be found, but there was a dye put in it and would show the leak if I had to bring it back in. 5/18/20 I bring the car back in again. One of the first things that I told the service center was that the air starting making the same noise that it has been. Shortly after this, the car started shuddering and the check engine light came on. My invoice receipt states Customer states check engine light is on. $548.43 later, I have a new coil pack and the air was blowing very cold. Again I stated that it was making the whistling noise. Per Stuart, we have you all fixed up. 5/22/20 I call and talk to Travis because at this point, I am livid. The car is still whistling and starting to not blow as cool again. He states that he wants to make it right and to bring it on in. I drop it off. I get a call from Stuart today to let me know that it is my air condenser that needs to be replaced. $829 plus tax. Of course, I am not happy about this, and I let Stuart know. He says theyll eat the $124 and drop it to $704 plus tax. I told him to leave the car as is and that I would just pick it up. I have spent a total of $923.72 for the SAME issue that has yet to be fixed. I originally paid the diagnostic fee to find out the issue with my AC system. Apparently that didnt cover the service department looking at the entire system, just said its empty and theres no leak. This dealership has been nothing but a headache to deal with. This issue should have been found from the very beginning and fixed. At this point, I will take the car elsewhere to be fixed. However, the fact that I had to come in 4 times now due to the service department not thoroughly doing their job is completely unacceptable. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else to go.Upon picking my car up yesterday, we were told that they could not find my keys. The service department closes at 6 although the time before we were told it closed at 8. 15 minutes later of running around they finally find my keys to my car. My car was left unlocked in the parking lot. While it is my fault that I left my pistol under the seat of my car when I dropped it off, I still do not understand why it was removed from under the passenger seat and placed in plain sight on top of the passenger seat. I will say that Travis called back and left me a voicemail stating theyd fix my car for $550 plus tax. I didnt even bother to call them back.

Mike Barrett is a wonderful guy. He doesn’t give you the high pressure sales pitch. He is honest, calm and is there to answer your questions and stick with you through the whole buying process. He is responsive to texts and calls, and substantively responds to each question. The dealership staff, including Louis, the finance manager, is relaxed and does not pressure you. The sales manager wasn’t willing to deal on the price, but the vehicle was well-priced up front. The dealership was clean, almost sparse. I got the impression that it doesn’t get many customers, but it could have just been a slow period. Anyone interested in a GM or Chrysler vehicle should give this dealership (each are adjacent) a look to see if they can make you a deal. Find Mike Barrett, he won’t BS or pressure you.

I would never ever recommend this dealership for repairs. We took our Jeep in for repairs- it was still under warranty. We took it in on 2 separate occasions for the same issue, in which the staff said nothing was wrong. The minute our Jeep was out of warranty, they all of a sudden found almost $3000 worth of issues that were wrong with it. Do not trust them.

My salesman Michael Barrett had nothing but patients with me for two months. His customer service is outstanding. Fixed 2 recalls and put air in all four tires of my Ram truck and had me in and out of the service department in less than 45 minutes. The overall experience was stress free thanks to Michael Barrett. The disappointment was during the actual financial segment of the transition. As a Veteran, I am comfortable using Navy Federal and I expressed this desire several times, but was ignored. Then I was blasted with an astronomical interest rate inspire of having a credit score between 800-900. I honestly felt that deserved a better explanation of the current interest rates and why my choice was not an option. So in the end, I knew that Michael had worked to service me, soI finalized the deal, but with trepidation.

Buying a car can be time consuming at best sometimes. At Mac Haik the entire staff were more considerate of our time. This was going to be my wifes new car. I was able to take the cars she was looking at to her work. She made a decision, j. Sartin discussed the terms. She spent less than 30 minutes in the office. The car prepped and ready to roll. ZERO STARS. If I was able to leave a review without stars, they wouldn’t even receive one!Normally when car shopping, your credit report is ran once and lien holders decide on if they want to finance you or not. This place though, Kyle ran mine and my spouse’s credit reports 7 times each to the point where both of our scores are significantly lower. This was certainly never authorized. It takes years for your credit to recover from too many inquiries. Mine and my spouse’s potential business, plus the business of everyone we know, will surely go elsewhere.

Madison location are nothing more than a bunch of crooks. They quoted me 521.00 dollars for an engine splash shield. They charged me 125.00 just to tie wrap the broken splash shield. The Jackson location quoted me a 125.00 for an engine splash shield. Stay away from Mac Haik Madison Travis and Stewart the service manager will rob you.

I came in still having leaks from a previous transmission service at the Jackson dealership, which I doubted from day one was every done. We havent had a leak since they reserviced the vehicle.

Had a bad experience, cash in hand wouldnt sell me the car I came for, because they were holding it for someone that had not left a deposit. Over heard sales staff talking about it after blowing 2 hours of my day waiting on their deal to go through. Wont be back to this location but will continue to use their Flowood location, I have bought 11 cars from them and never an issue. I can say that the Madison location is beautiful and clean. They also have a very large unorganized inventory that you may have to walk a mile to look at a particular model. Their used car inventory is spread between front and back of store, so got a good workout in while looking at inventory. So 2 stars guys.

I just buy a dodge caravan van from them less than month, and buy 3 years warranty cost $3000 against any failure, my wife put diesel in the gas tank by mistake and drive it for 10 minutes intel the van stop.I tow it to them, the check on it after 4 days, they said it need fuel pump, spark plugs and clean the fuel system, which it will cost me $2000, and the warranty will not cover anything, I said okay, after 3 days I call to see when the van is ready, they said the van need new engine.

By far the worst experience iv ever had. I dropped my Jeep of for 6 days to get a side view mirror installed (just the glass) was told it was ready. When I showed up the glass hadn’t been installed. They charged me for the glass as well as installation. I went back to get the glass when they called, told me it would be no more than 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, they didn’t have time to instal the glass. I would rather drive to Jackson then waste my time here.

On 12/21/2017, my brand new vehicle had a factory defect that when you turn the signal the windshield wipers turned on. Then on 03/08/2018 my 3 month old 2018 Ram caught on fire on my way home...On 03/08/2018 I notified the dealership and Tammy at MacHaik Madison told me to have it towed to MacHaik Madison. Tammy also said that MacHaik Madison would contact Chrysler on it, three days later I called FCR (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) to get an update and Chrysler informed me they have not been contacted be MacHaik. I proceeded to file a warranty claim through FCR, and FCR would not repair the vehicle or replace vehicle. Then my insurance company(USAA) became involved, hired a fire inspector, the inspector proved cause of fire to be a faulty ignition box. USAA totaled the vehicle, and now MacHaik Madison is refusing to release the vehicle(salvage) because USAA wont pay the rediculas fees MacHaik Madison is charging for storage, teardown, and a rental they furnished (bill to machaik stated on bill). For a new dealership trying to make a name this is just sad. Wish I could give 0 starsPhotos are from the vehicle fire BUYER BEWAREDo not do buisness with these people or FCRFCR has put a (fire exclusion) in thier warranty and will not stand behind ANY vehicles they sell, my friends brand new jeep rubicon caught fire also....same story with his...RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM FCR AND MACHAIK MADISON...10X better service at Machaik FloowoodTo the day of this post I’m still fighting this🙄
