We replaced our kitchen and bathroom counters, sinks and faucets. Kat was awesome to work with. She made helpful suggestions, offered samples, was respectful of our budget, communicated with workmen in all phases of our project and coordinated schedules with our plumber. She smoothly took care of any hiccups! Brian was precise in his measurements and his leadership in installation is excellent. I highly recommend working with Kat and Kitchen Ideas.

I usually don’t take the time to write a review, but my experience here was especially poor. We’re about to start construction of our new home, which is why we’ve been checking places like this out in search of general ideas. We were “greeted” and told they are by appointment only at this time - not listed on their site or sign outside. We offered to call and come back a different time, no problem. The man then continued to talk, basically telling us we were wasting our time, wouldn’t be able to afford what he had to offer, etc. for what felt like 20 minutes. We just wanted to get out of the place after he started down this road, but he continued to make rude, offensive assumptions. Once he finally ended his speech, he went to the back to whisper about us with his colleague.Don’t waste your time here.

BUYER BEWARE! Brian, who said hes a designer, WASTED our time, not once, not twice but THREE times! We kept giving him chances but no more! Find a place that actually has people who WANT to help! We are completely redoing a kitchen, no small job, and will be looking for actual professionals to make our dream kitchen!

Going on three years digging my remodeled kitchen by Rick at the Kitchen Ideas Center. All of Ricks design ideas came together to make one great cooks room.

We were directed to Kitchen Ideas Center by our contractor, Christensen Construction for what turned out to be, for all intents and purposes, a kitchen add-on. Our needs from KIC included all cabinetry, countertops, and sink. From the very start Chuck, from KIC, was knowledgeable, attentive, and direct. He visited us in our old space to see our style and how we functioned in our kitchen, giving him a sense of our space, and for us to get his initial feedback. We were immediately very comfortable with Chuck in what proved to be a four month relationship. We needed a fair amount of guidance to learn of current kitchen functions - as our old one had only 30 of counter space and was stuck in the avocado green era. However, he did not push product that was inappropriate for our circumstance: we live in a 100 year old house, we had a specific budget, and an aesthetic we were pretty sure about. We had the sense that he was in good communication with our contractor about budget and timelines and we didnt have to deal with KIC regarding those things making our focus with KIC very clear. Of course there were little hiccups along the way: a specified countertop that was no longer available, a sink that was delayed on a dock somewhere, a cabinet piece that came in broken - but in ALL instances, Chuck and our contractor were quick to help us get to the next step in resolving these issues ... and in some cases, even improving on the original.... Of course the hiccups did add some time to the project but nothing that bent us out of shape. So now were done and loving our new space - it functions very well for us and integrates very well with the rest of the home - Thanks
