I knew I would not have to worry about anything.I liked especially that everything is done with great care and of best quality.When renovating an old house there are decisions to be made, in the planning phase or during construction. Rob was very helpful with advice and explaining the options. I know that any advice he would offer me serve the only purpose to find the optimal solution and to make me satisfied. He was very helpful.The remodeled kitchen is just perfect. Design and functionare perfectly matched and the project was perfectly executed.There is literally nothing I can think of that I would do differently.I am 100% satisfied. And the tiling is just spotless.Two thumbs up on all counts!

Our project involved tearing down a major wall to open up our first floor. It was quite complicated and finicky work since our house was built in the 1890s. Rob did an unbelievable job. Every new corner, the drywall mudding, the placement of outlets was just perfect. His attention to detail is incredible.Rob was also very considerate of COVID precautions and was able to keep a verrryyyy dirty job tidy throughout the entire project. He finished way ahead of schedule, kept us updated with each step of the process, and handled all of the details.If you have a project that you need done perfectly, Rob is the person youll want to reach out to.

We are thrilled with the work that Rob and Dina did for our house! When we purchased this house, we knew we would have to redo the kitchen and contacted a number of different contractors for estimates and ideas. Our kitchen is small and Rob and Dina were the only ones to offer us a solution that would improve our kitchen layout and functionality, including desperately needed cabinet space, instead of trapping us in the same old setup or forcing us to using our dining room for more kitchen space. Weve now used the finished kitchen for a couple of weeks and not only is the end result beautiful, its incredibly functional and a pleasure to cook in. Rob also improved our half-bathroom and replaced several exterior and interior doors, including our front door and adjacent windows. We love the updated look of the outside of our house and have received several compliments from neighbors. Reliable Renovations really impressed us with their communication skills, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and affordability. We hope to work with Rob and Dina again soon on other house projects.

After a quote for a kitchen remodel (including removal of a partial wall) was crazy high from a competitor, we contacted Rob and could not have been happier that we did. He is a dream contractor. Incredible communication, meticulous attention to detail and at the end of each day he left it cleaner that we did!!I could not recommend him and reliable renovations more!

We wanted to make our old kitchen bigger and more open to the family room, so we contacted reliable renovation. They completely changed the layout and got all the new cabinets installed. Design, materials and installation all have very high quality, my husband and I really love our new kitchen, cannot be happier than this. Ive worked with Rob & Dina on several small fix-up projects in the past and recently on a full bathroom remodeling. They were super responsive and great at helping me through all the details of design, material selection, and pricing. Quality workmanship overall -- everything installed beautifully and working wonderfully. Their subcontractors did good work too. When we had some scheduling challenges with one of the subcontractors, Rob & Dina were very effective at resolving it quickly.

Rob was wonderful to work with on our total bathroom remodel. We had big ideas and he was great at helping us make our dream a beautiful reality. He is smart, detail oriented, reliable, timely, and a true craftsman. He is really skilled and knows his products. In any big remodel, the person who does the work spends a lot of time in your house, and Rob was fun to have around and get to know, while still being a very quiet, neat and unobtrusive presence . He always let us know when he was coming and what was happening. The other professionals who worked on the project ( plumber, electrician) were also very skilled and pleasant. Rob was very eco conscious about materials and working environment while in the house. He worked well with our architect. Rob is an amazing problem solver who never gives up!We are totally pleased with our new, wonderful bath.

Rob’s work is beautiful, he is a true craftsman. He is also highly professional and has great attention to the details that make the project look exactly how you want. We first contacted Rob because of all of the different service options he offers. My husband is very handy and we have done most of the remodeling projects in our home ourselves, but now that we have a baby our priorities changed, and thats where Rob came in! We wanted someone to do the demo, framing, HVAC, electrical, windows, and drywall for our basement remodel and then we would do the paint, flooring, and trim work.Rob is impeccably clean, very concerned about a safe work environment, a perfectionist (in a good way), and laid out the plans in a simple, no frills way. All around a great experience. We would recommend him in a heart and will definitely use him again in the future.
