Replaced my brakes in June and they started squeeling soon after. Went back in to fix them again right away and they started squeeling again within a week. For the price you pay you think they could do it right the first time, let alone the second time. I would not take any of my vehicles here again.

Had a tire issue coming into Madison. The Tires Plus staff on 14 outside of Middleton were extremely rude. I called this store on Commerce Drive and they were polite and very professional! Definitely recommend this store to anyone with tire needs!
Kevin is the best! Dan is the man and Freddie is a beast! Kevin has turned me into a permanent customer. They are always available when you need them, even on the same day and they’ll NEVER rip you off! In fact they try to help you save money! Kevin has yet to disappoint me, in fact, each new visit is better than the last! They treat you like family, and take care of your car as they would their own! Service was exceptional, quality is amazing. They are straight forward and honest. My favorite part is they will explain everything in depth, and if you don’t get it, they’re gonna patiently find a way to explain, and they’re not gonna let you leave without you fully understanding every detail about the process! Had an oil change appointment and although I confirmed it several times over the phone, they still somehow managed to schedule the appointment incorrectly. The guy helping me tried to blame it on the person who answered the call, even though I could totally tell it was him who helped me over the phone. Told me I would potentially have to make a new appointment. Also told me I was unable to get certain complimentary free services even though my tires are purchased from here. Seemed very unorganized overall. Only plus side was when I got my oil change, it didnt take very long.

THIS SHOP DESTROYED MY BRAND NEW CARS WHEELS! I went in for a simple tire swap to have new blizzaks put on my 3 month old toyota86 and when the car was returned to me it had lubricant, dirt, and grime plastered all over every rim. When I asked the mechanic about it he said he had very difficult time getting the low profile tires on and that is why they were so dirty which is extremely unprofessional. I had the shop clean off the wheels which revealed scores of scratches on the surface of the rims as well as DEEP grooves engraved in the lips of the wheel from the tire changer. There are even chips in each of the wheels as if the mechanic used a screw driver to pry the new tires on or the old ones off.They opened an insurance claim for me with their corporation and after 5 weeks of their claims specialists not responding to my calls and emails I realized the only way I am going to be reimbursed for the damages is through court.Your time and peace of mind is Invaluable, PLEASE CONSIDER USING A DIFFERENT AUTO SHOP!!!

Ive bought numerous tires for multiple vehicles I went in to get a quote came back out car wouldnt start. I asked for a jumper pack technician gave me one as soon as I almost walked to my car another technician questioned me what was I doing and cant use battery pack so I went in asked manager if they could do it for me by being in there lot he looked and talked to me angrily. Very disappointed on way I was treated especially being a returning customer stay away from this place they dont value customers or act professionally.

However, the current manager at Tires Plus, as well as an Auto Tech who did not understand the principle of respect, defaced me in in public. For that I am disheartened to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My husband brought our car in over a week ago, at 8:30am. We had 5 different things we needed done/looked at. They said we needed a part, which had to come from a different location. That part took 6 hours to get there; meanwhile, none of the other things that we wanted done were addressed during the wait. The part seems to not have an effect on any of the issues that we have. So we now are out over $200 for a part that fixed nothing and we are moving 12 hours away with nothing fixed on our car. And because of the wait, I was also late to work for the first time ever. Thanks for nothing.

Called this place today, last minute on a Sunday, and they were able to put air in my tires in just a couple minutes. I went straight there after calling and the entire ordeal (from calling to driving away with my tires in good shape) was over in maybe 10 minutes- most of that being my drive there. I’m so grateful because they were the only tire place open Sunday. They were really kind and total life savers because I’d been procrastinating putting air in my tires for so long because I didn’t know how but there was no judgment in their tone and they were nothing but helpful. The guy was nice enough to explain what he was doing as well. Great service!
Making appointments for service was fast, and their service was great! I got an oil change on my first visit and on my second visit I had them check my brakes, as I was having some problems with them. They thoroughly checked them and tested them and actually found nothing wrong. In other words, they didnt try to sell me service or parts that I didnt need! Honest business! I will definitely go back!

Today I went in for an alignment, I waited for an hour and a half just for a diagnostic test. I found out that I didnt need an alignment at all, I actually need new tires after just 18 months use. I had bought some of the best tires available at the time, so I asked why. The bands inside my tires are separated.Tires plus doesnt warranty my tires simply because they dont stock them. Im absolutely floored by lack of customer service and the rude staff. I will never shop tires plus again. Im absolutely done if this is how they treat paying customers. Go to discount tires, at least the staff is friendly.
They are fine. But Slow. Every routine service I book here takes longer than Ive experienced elsewhere. Straightforward things (change over snow/summer tires, replace a tire) always take 1.5 hours or more. Bring your laptop and get some work done.

I went to tires plus and asked if they would check my tires because my low tire symbol was lit on my dash. I did not buy my tires from them but they were more than willing to check them and add air if they needed it for no charge. After checking all my tires the low inflation light was still on. The nice man said he would trouble shoot how to turn off the light on my dash. Who knew that Lexus would have a sensor on the spare tire. The man that helped me did. So after spending much time with me and not letting me leave until the light was off on the dash, he did not charge me a cent. I could not thank him enough. And that was an example of excellent customer service. From the minute I called to ask if I could have my tires checked until I drove away. For all of that wonderful service and I didnt pay a thing. They are AMAZING.
This morning I arrived after 10am, more than an hour after opening, and the staff wasn’t prepared to assist anyone. Only one employee was in the store, who was not able to work the computer. Meaning nobody could check in, I couldn’t order service and no ETA was given as to when service may continue. I had gotten a flat tire and needed it repaired that day, while waiting for the staff to arrive in order to be helped, I was able to find another tire repair store who was able to fit me in for a same day service. I had never been to this location prior and it was less than ideal first impression on professionalism, I’m confident I will not be returning.
Got my tires put on today and what an amazing experience. The manager was very knowledgeable courteous and level of professionalism Ive not experienced at many shops nowadays. He wasnt in it trying to sheister anyone and I will definitely be going back.
Had car trouble on our drive from Sheboygan to Madison on Memorial Day (5/27) Ended up needing to replace 2 front tires and have them aligned. Price was misquoted by $100.. and while it was due to their honest mistake, the employee was a bit rude about it. There was a delay due to them not being able to find the tires (they had already removed them from the rack and placed them by our car..so were unable to find them on the rack). Yesterday (5/30), car starts making a terrible noise while we are driving on the highway. After exiting and checking it out, we discover the left side lug nuts are all loose. They each required at least two full turns with a lug wrench. On the right side, they did not budge when we tried to tighten them. During our experience, we saw two other examples of very poor customer service and rudeness. One comment from the employee was rude enough, he apologized and said he shouldnt have said it. While I understand that businesses open on a holiday might be busy, this chain has 4 locations in Madison and they were not all fully booked or we would not have been able to schedule our repair.
Decently priced, usually pretty quick with the services, you can leave your car and come back when its done. The waiting times are very hot and miss, but their financing is pretty legit. The website schedule doesnt work, they still call you to verify, so try calling instead.

They got us in even though they were booked! It was just a quick tire change as we were riding on a donut but the fact that they squeezed us in when they werent supposed to be open and they were booked means a lot! The price was high but understandable. I definitely reccomend this place!!
Great customer service even when their technology glitched. I made an appointment through the website, but their system later cancelled that appointment because my chosen location was already booked up for that time. The email cancelling the appointment was full of pictures and ads so, of course, my email program dumped it in spam. I showed up when I thought I had an appointment and Craig, regardless of the fact that they were booked and my appointment had been cancelled, got me the tires that I needed and had me out the door in an hour and a half!
Nice staff, always change my oil therethe whole oil change took about 3 hours because of some issues with Car Advise (not tires plus fault) . Other than that, all was goodThey have competitive prices.

Well supposedly they do not install tires that are not bought from them or that are more than eight years old which is understandable but they asked me if I wanted to keep the tires I brought in or for them to dispose of them. I bought those tires I would not just give them to you for free because Im sure will just turn around and either sell them or use them themselves. They nice at least.Forgot to refill my old tires so when I got home I had to fill them up to recommend (they were all 5 under)
Did my alignment.. not satisfied with the work. Car still pulls on side, Stirling still shakes. Alignment report doesnt says anything wrong with car.
Just wanna say thank you for the honest to goodness fairness and the time to help me out. They were patient with me and understanding to my needs. Spending enough time there to become aware that these guys are striving day to day just like anyone else. Costumer service is a tough gig and they treat you like a friend whonis over to visit. And take the time (when they arevstrapped for it) to explain and teach you what your issue is..iv never had a dull moment nor a seriously bad one. I decided to try it for myself, and I had a great experience exclamation point the staff was super friendly and honest, I thought I may need an alignment check, but they told me I didnt. The gentleman at the counter was looking through discounts I could get and he told me about a few coupons and a rebate I could get. Im very pleased with the service they were quick and accurate. I will be coming here from now on.
I called on a Saturday morning around 11. I spoke with Dan, and even though they were pretty booked, he was able to get me in for an oil change an hour later. He was very courteous, professional, and explained the other things they look for with routine maintenance afterward. Great experience.
Since 2013 Ive taken my escort zx2 to the commerce location. My last 2 visits have been disappointing and discouraging. They just seem to give excuses and do not diagnose they way they did in the past. I spent $1300 on the work and they had my car for a week. What they missed was the a.c. compressor noise I dont care about a.c. so I had them replace it with a dummy pulley or non working unit. Since the left hand did tell the right hand, I didnt found it about the a.c. till I picked up my car. The excuse was the office blaming the shop for the lack of communication. This caused me to leave the vehicle with them for ANOTHER WEEK! They could have told me sooner but did not due to the BAD communication between the shop and office. After that my air control stopped working so it was stuck on defrost. Also, I couldnt take the car back because I just gave them all I could afford and had no money left. I returned in the spring to switch from snow tires to my summer tires plus the lifetime alignment. I informed them of the defrost issue that started after the a.c. work they did in the fall but it was received with skepticism. So i paid for the work and they claim its not connected. The next issue was a noise in the left front they claim that they did not find anything wrong. I accepted that info and had someone drive the escort home. When I drove it the next day, the noise was still there. The noise can be heard when braking so I do not believe they drove the vehicle long enough or not at all to diagnose it. Im going to cancel my tires plus account and will take my major repairs to another shop. I still have the lifetime alignment but this will give me pause.
I found my car in my garage with a flat tire. Kurt gave me great service on a very busy Saturday. Since I had already removed the tire they were able to fix it quickly so I could replace it myself. Great help and communication.

One of my tires blew while running errands one evening. Though there were several car repair companies on the one-mile stretch of shopping, they were all about to close, and passed me from one to the other until I got to Tires Plus. Initially, they also said it was too close to closing, but when I explained that I couldnt get the car home and had no other ride, they said theyd stay late to get my tire fixed. Im very grateful for the help! And they charged me less for it than my regular mechanic.
Dont even waste your time. Bought 4 tires in Feb and had an alignment. Had to bring it back the next week because they had trouble with some parts on the rear of the car. Guess that should have been a red flag. Fast forward to last week. Brought my car in to a different place for (what I thought was) an unrelated issue. Turns out there was an issue with the rear cam bolts and washers being loose and the alignment was way off. Not only am I out $85 for an alignment that wasnt done right but they lost my trust.Calls to Tires Plus went nowhere. Was promised a call from the manager last Friday. Not surprising, Ive heard nothing. Take your car some where they actually know what theyre doing.

This place used to be great, but something obviously changed recently. I’ve been coming here for years and never had any issues. Today I made an appointment for 3pm and was told it would be 30-60 minutes. I arrived back at 4:45 to see the technician only just starting my oil change. When I asked the front desk they simply said “yeah we got backed up”. No apology. The technician was also the slowest human I’ve seen. He spent more time on his phone and vaping then actually doing anything. So, my 30 Minute oil change turned into 120 minutes. Stay away from this place......
COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Had a 1pm appointment for just 4 new tires. 2.5hrs later still not completed. Took them an hour to get my car in the garage. What should have taken 20 min. Will never ever return. There was also 5-6 other people there all waiting extremely long time too.

Ive been 2 displaced numerous times never had no issues until now nor have I ever write a review just this last winter I had replaced all four tires on my vehicle due to the fabulous deal that they gave me in through the instructions of the salesman had told me 2 save my two tires that just recently replaced that summer as spares well I damaged 1 of my tires just recently and try to set up an appointment to have one of my spare tires replace the damaged 1 when I showed up for my appointment the salesman at the counter look at me confused and couldnt find my reserved appointment and then notified me that they do not install used tires even though all my tires were purchased from this location and mind you that the salesman at the time had told me to save them four spheres just in case of road hazard despite all this when I was arranging my appointment the salesman the answer the phone never said anything about not being able to install be used tire that I had purchased there prior that summer I dont like being jerked around and I certainly dont like being lied to and these guys do clearly both now the last several times I brought my car in its always been a new person and Im not one for not giving people Second Chances the last time my car was in there I had it towed in called ahead of time and told them that I couldnt get it to start it just completely shut off as I was going down the road as I explained to him later that day someone had called me back when they received the vehicle to ask me what was wrong with it I can explain what had happened and they told me that they would have to hook up a computer to it that would charge me $100 to do so I told him whatever it takes to get it running I dont care just get it started turned out there was a timing belt issue so the engine diagnostic tool that they hook up to my car and charge me for didnt give them any clue of what was wrong with it nor did my truck have any type of code to it a distinctly remember this looking down at the dash when I was trying to start it on the side of the road well I ended up fixing it I went to go pay for the bill and as I was actually in the building the salesman had stopped me to say a little word of advice call ahead to make sure the place that you have your car towed to knows that your car is going there and when I turn back to him and I told him I did he replied oh you must have talked to the salesman he doesnt know anything anyway he replied I dont know why they would have someone like that working there maybe thats why their employees are like revolving doors around there and theres never the same person there ever
I had an oil change scheduled and confirmed for today at 11 AM. When I arrived, there was a post it note on the window saying that they were temporarily closed on Sundays. I received no notification about this and drove across town for nothing.

I usually dont leave reviews but I went there today last minute and they squeezed me into their busy schedule and they are currently understaffed. I knew my tire was losing air badly and needed a mend (10 psi over a week!), they took a look and recommended a new tires because it was on the verge of blowing. I had hoped that wasnt the case but they got a new one put on in an hour! Incredibly nice staff/manager who wouldnt let me drive in good conscience with the tire I had. Highly recommend and will definitely take my business there in the future. Thank you! Edit: Noticed someone complained they are closed Sundays, its because they are severely understaffed. The NEW manager told me they should have more mechanics starting soon and was incredibly nice. Hope this helps!

Really kind to me today when I got a nail in my tire. Didnt try to sell my anything extra, and replaced a bad lug with a new one for free since they were already patching the tire. I told them I was a first time car owner and they were very understanding of my panic when my tire wouldnt fill up beyond 20 PSI. They kept me updated on the progress and I was in and out with a fixed tire within an hour.
These guys get it done. I needed a winter tire change out to summer tires, and it wasnt, well we are busy can you come back later. It was, we can do that for you, please give me a couple minutes. Must have checked the workers schedule, checked work load in the shop, and said, give me 15 minutes, we will get you right in. Sure enough, right in and done. NO grease smudges, or finger prints. Seat covers, floor mats. I HIGHLY recommend using these professionals to service your vehicle.
I had a pretty horrible experience and wont be going back. Between the initial phone call and my first visit I got three different price quotes on two new tires. When I got there the first time they had ordered the wrong tires even though I had replaced my rear tires at this same location less than 12 months ago (and I asked them to look it up). They also refused to honor any coupons advertised by stating because I said so and it says on the website, which it didnt. Id avoid this place if you can.
Ive bought tires in the past. Great tires, but was at the store for 2.5 hours for a rotation!! Thats with an appt. Also, they told me I needed a new battery, which Im just leaving Farm Fleet and my battery is 100%.

Ive been going here for about 5 years. Friendly staff, have always done the work they said they would. I believe prices are competitive. When there are waits it seems to be because theyre doing so much business, which should say something positive about the place.
Have gotten my oil changes, tire rotations, and car services thru tires plus West side Madison for 5 years now and have consistently received great service, knowledgeable mechanic. Purchased new tires back in April and so far, working out great. Would recommend and will continue to go there for my car services.
Service was reasonably quick and decently priced. Everyone I spoke to here was friendly and helpful and didnt try to push any services that werent needed.

Dropped my car off at 11:50 for a scheduled 12:00 oil change. I came back at 12:45 to see my car up on the hoist. Shortly after, I watched the mechanic lower the cardown, only to raise it back up. Hed forgot to put the shield on the bottom of the car. He then tried to put it on backwards, unbelievable. It must have stressed him out, because then he was vaping. I tried to pay foir it while he was finishing, but the salesman (wearing sweat pants mind you), said he needed the slip from the mechanic first and went back into the office and leaned back in his chair and played on his phone. It was 1:21 when I walked out.
Had a schedule an appointment than waited 2.5 hours. It wasnt till the last 30 mins. the mechanics really even touched my car. The guy at the counter it was very pleasant, but he couldnt save the time I wasted or the free conventional oil change he gave me since my car takes synthetic, but what really got me was that there were several walk-ins that took priority over my car which made it a very long wait.
I had been coming here for a long time but the last few visits were terrible. When I went to the front desk, i had been told to wait until the front desk person was done helping out a customer and would call me up. When he was finished he just started typing and didnt call me up at all so I figured he was still working on something. Then a lady came and checked in and he got her all set up and I was a little annoyed seeing as he said he would call me up. After checking in and mentioning I had to leave my noon, I waited about an hour for my oil change only to have them tell me they ran out of the kind of oil they needed for my car even though they send a email a day before confirming that they have it ready and all set. I got no apologies or anything and after reaching out to them about this issue, I got no call back or any email regarding it.
I was a bit hesitant to come here based on the previous negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised.I came in to get four tires replaced. The price was comparable to other places I had seen online. The staff was friendly and had my car up within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment. The tires were on in 20 minutes, and had the alignment checked within another 15 minutes.Overall I had a good experience with absolutely nothing to complain about.

They arent honoring their tire warranty when my tires are less than a year old because they said I didnt get my tires rotated or alignment done enough... well I have service records that I did and they STILL wont cover the replacement tires. On 2 separate occasions it took over an hour for an oil change. I kept coming back because they are close to my work. MY MISTAKE. Stay away from these crooks theres like 10 better options within 2 miles .
Came in to see if they could switch some belts out for me since I cant do it in my apartment parking lot. They informed me that they cant use pre-purchased parts, which makes sense, but were able to help me out anyways. In the end Ill return the parts I bought and end up spending the same as if I would have had them use my parts. So I was happy with that and the service.Ill bring my vehicles back here for the small things I cant do on my own due to lack of space and tools.
We went and got our four tires replaced and truck re-aligned. When we left the shop, the truck felt good BUT had an odd sound. We didnt want to go back and tell them because the workers already looked annoyed and were rude with us at the time of check out. Today we went to go and talk to the about the odd sound and one of the workers starts yelling at my dad that its his fault. HOW RUDE!! Weve gotten our cars fixed here plenty of times but this will be our last visit.
I was a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, took all my cars there. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change a couple days in advance. When I got there, they disregarded my appointment and said they didn’t have me in their “system”. They were unable to get me in and we’re extremely rude about it. When I told them the name of the employee that I had spoken to, he denied that that employee was working even though I know for a fact I spoke with him. Extremely unprofessional. I stuck with them through the high turnover rate and management changes and was a lifelong customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I attempted to call first thing in the morning to schedule an oil change appointment, only to let the phone ring off the hook (twice) with no answer. I proceeded to go online to book an appointment where it had 2pm listed as an available time. Once I typed in all my information, instead of a confirmation I received a message saying I would either receive a call from tires plus to change the time if needed or an actual confirmation email. Three hours later I hadn’t received either so I again attempted a phone call where I was told that 2pm wasn’t possible, or any other time that day. Prior to this terrible customer service experience, tires plus was the only place both my husband and I went for oil changes...as well as new tires several times but we will be taking our future business elsewhere.

Took my car here to get fixed. they blew my engine, lost the key to the car and now is saying they can do anything for us. talked to multiple managers and corporate yet to no avail have we seen help. I think its pretty ridiculous that a place can do this to someone especially a corporate name place. horrible representation of how to run a business and inhumane to put people out of a vehicle for your mistakes and say ooh, cant help ya.you have lost generations of customers in this young couple. and we will forever spread the word about your horrible staff who did this and the brand that youre poorly representing. I hope whoever takes the time to read this you really consider going here before you get your car fixed. I wouldnt want anyone to be put out the same way.

I had a problem getting a tire off my car,they got it off and put the donut on for free. They also replaced my differential axcel at a great price.

1. They were first so busy that it took a day and a half before they could even get to my car.2. They didnt have the tire for my car.3. They are super bad at answering the phone4. I ended up paying out of pocket full price since they never called in for the claim I had that would have covered it .
