I bought my car at Russ Darrow Mazda & have been in for service a few times since - and each time theyve been totally fair, price-wise and have great expertise. Pablo took car of us last time and was a real pro.

Welcome to Russ Darow Mazda! Where, if you dont drive a 2014 car or newer, we dont want to waste our time talking with you!!If you do drive a newer car, dont worry! Pablo (Service Manager) and Jeff Matthews (General Manager) will make sure to take good care of you. They wont call you to update you on your vehicles service - they cant waste their time doing that. Instead, when they do call, they will let you know that they added on services and items without even notifying you! Isnt that great?! Dont worry though...they will at least treat you better than they do to those disgusting, pathetic people who drive an older car. Cant believe those people can think that this esteemed dealership would waste their time with you and your garbage car....at least that is what it will feel like if you go to Russ Darrow Mazda.Take the time to drive to Gordie Boucher in Janesville where they at least treat you with respect, dignity, and treat you like a paying customer and not an inconvenience.Cant believe people still give this place business. STOP!

Bought my first car here. Went with a used CX-5. Car was in great shape and I love the car as well. Prices are competitive for service and such. Worked with Kyle, he’s a great guy and very to talk to. Very satisfied with my purchase and the service I receive every time I stop in.

An amazing experience. I’m not the best with cars, and Danny was extremely supportive with everything. He gave me a great deal on an oil change and did not upsell at all. Simple, professional, great advice at a good price. Pablo is also a wonderful person. Thanks Russ Darrow Mazda!

New to the area so called them up to book a service appointment. Was offered free tire rotation for my first visit, only, the tires werent actually rotated. If I hadnt sharpied what tire was what, I wouldve never caught that. Felt a bit scammed from that experience..

This is a really strange place. Wanted to test drive a CX-5. Was routed through 3 different people before we spoke with someone who first was quite insistent that we take a tour of the dealership before we talk specifics. We refused and wound up driving the car, but the sales person who came with us said he was doing so to make sure we didnt go crazy and go off roading with it. Not sure how we could since the car was going to run out of gas in 12 short miles. He explained that this was so no one drove off with the cars. We took one short ride and left. Like I said, a very strange place.

Almost 30 minute drive to take my car in for service because they are the only Madison area Mazda location. They didnt adequately diagnose the problem with the car and only addressed the symptom without adequate testing to see if problem was cured. The problem reappeared within a few miles of leaving their service center. Called to report the issue with a commitment of a return call to schedule time to fix the problem. A week later and have yet to hear from them.

Friendly staff. Brian Hunter might make you laugh. Somehow they always seem to accidentally wash my car when I bring it in for service, which quite frankly has just been oil changes the past 40,000 miles. Disappointed that Mazda isnt making a speed 6, but thats not Russ Darrows fault.
