Had a horrible experience there. Never AgainThey forgot my furniture 3 different timesCame damaged and they kept forgetting piecesWhen I called to complain I got no remourse or sorryI will never recommend them.

Been waiting almost two months for a bed frame I ordered may 27th...when I check for a frame on Amazon it could be delivered faster. Not to mention no one here can give you a straight honest answer. When I first bought the frame they said it would be delivered with my mattress. My mattress came last Wednesday and is now just sitting here.... when I called and asked the guy said “two more weeks” then I call again and they blamed “covid” I reached out yesterday and now they are saying “it will be the end of the month” when I asked why they lied when I purchased the bed they said “the bed was In stock when I ordered it” my reply was well why didn’t you deliver it when it was in stock? To which they replied “because sometimes they have defects, and I’m 7th out of 11” wooow.... I’m so disappointed, I have a mattress I can’t even use.... and these people just give you the run around and it’s pretty obvious they will tell you anything just to make a sale. I’ll never go to another furniture row again!

I needed a new bed and decided to go into the Lakewood store to try a few out. When I was there, I met a fantastic salesperson, Steven Todd. I ordered a new bed that fit our needs to a T. Steven was not pushy but super informative. When it was time for my bed to be delivered, I never received a call about the delivery window. Turns out my delivery was delayed by one day but I was never notified. When I called and spoke to the store, they called Steven and let him know the issue. He called me back, and I advised him that I would not be open the following day. He then offered to deliver my bed for me at my home with is OWN truck that same day. Did I mention that it was also his day off? Now THAT is awesome service!! He literally brought me my new bed at my home on his day off. I would recommend buying a new bed here and specifically going to Steven Todd if you want a great experience. Great job!

I went in to look for some stools for my house. Everyone there was super helpful and amazing. Until it came to Travis. When he came to help he was obviously irritated which threw me off immediately. Throughout the course of the 30 minutes we were together he threw several passes at me which was unbelievable that some in charge was like this. When I finally decided I was ready to leave I saw him lean over his female coworker, who was obviously very uncomfortable, and had his hand on her back. I’ll never come here again. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

Try to buy local but this place is horrible. 5 week order turn into 15 weeks and counting.

Went in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Was greeted by, but not heckled by an employee. Great selection, good prices. In and out pretty quick.

Reviewed online the dining table and chairs I wanted to look at before buying. Freddy S. was our CSR. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Immediately took me to dining set I wanted. Was familiar with the product and provided all the information I needed. He was able to tell me what was in stock and delivery time as well as when the rest of the chairs would be available. The entire process from start to finish took about 30 minutes. Enjoyed the process.

Travis is the best salesperson to bounce ideas and help make the decision.

We found what we were looking for, we thought. About a month after our bed was put together by professional installers, we moved and found that one bolt was missing, one didnt have any washers on it so it dug into the wood, and several of the bolt heads were stripped. Disassembly was a chore, and several bolts can not be used to reassemble the bed.

Salesman was polite, but most of the display furniture was in terrible shape. Even the New items looked to be of poor craftsmanship; Missing hardware, Gaps in the wood and spotty stain and finish. If you are going to charge thousands of dollars, the floor models should reflect quality.

Was here working and the staff was so friendly and the store is beautifully set up.

Price and customer service was excellent, but they only had two of the three items I bought, in stock. I could either drive from Lakewood to Broadway to pick it up myself, or wait 4 days to have it shipped to the store. Four days, from Broadway to Kipling!!! Also, they have bedframes in stock, but not headboards. I had to go to their alternate store, 1/2 mile away, just to purchase a headboard.

We had a great experience! Associate was very knowledgeable and gave honest feedback. We will definitely return for our next set of furniture.

Bought a bunk bed for the kids here. Got an email saying it was ready to be picked up in the time specified. When I got there to pick it up parts were damaged that were not part of my order. They did not have what we ordered at any of the nearby stores, but they were able to get the missing pieces within a couple of days. They did offer a small amount off of the total cost.

Found just what we were looking for! Great selection & prices, too.

Our first and only experience has been terrible. My husband and I chose a childrens twin bed guaranteed to arrive within a particular time frame. Our order was delayed not once, but three times and more than two months. We were never even given the courtesy of being informed of the changes; we had to call each time to find out.To top it off, the company failed to offer any way to help make up for the fact of the inconvenience. When asked about something being done, a change to a new bed for the equivalent cost or free delivery, etc, they sounded surprised that we would even request it.Very disappointed.

There are very few companies that back their products nowa days. Customer service here is the absolute best. Our sales persons name was Russ, highly recommended!

We have gotten 2 Temperpedic beds from this store. The sales people are knowledgeabble and not pushy. We had a problem with our dog peeing on the bed and it went through the protective cover. The manager gave us a bottle of enzimes and a new cover after we had the bed 5 years.
