I ordered my furniture here locally instead of a couple online websites due to reviews on issues others had. The store called right on time a little over 2 weeks after furniture was ordered. They helped us load it up. There was no damage to our furniture after assembly, it was all perfect and exactly what we wanted! Coffee table, 2 end tables, recliner, and recliner table. Super easy to watch husband assemble 😎

LeAnne helped us with our purchase today and was able to sell us a floor model because we couldn’t wait the delivery time. We needed something quickly. She was a pleasure to work with! We had been to 3 other stores this day and she was the only one that greeted us when we walked in! We will definitely come back in the future if we need other things! I was looking for a twin mattress. $125? I was kinda nervous as to how it felt. It was so comfortable!! The sales lady was amazing! She gave us space, let us look around for as long as we wanted to. I got my mattress, my mom ordered this beautiful chair. I will most definitely be back!

After buying a couch from TNT almost 2 years ago, we went back last month to purchase a bedroom suite for our daughter. I practically had to beg for help in the store. I asked one employee about two different bedroom suites. Instead of walking back with me to answer my questions she goes into leigh Annes office and asks her and that was it. No one was interested at ALL to help me. I was told if I gave a 5 star review I would receive a free pillow.The movers left the boxes upside down and side ways. After carrying everything upstairs to set it up, we discovered EVERY piece was damaged.We emailed pictures and TNT said they would order replacements, but got very rude with my husband. Leigh Anne told him since we didnt pay $75 for the delivery fee they would not bring the damaged pieces down or even set up the new furniture.After waiting 19 days for delivery, moving all the furniture upstairs, partially setting it up (because obviously we had to stop once seeing it was all broken) they cant even remove the furniture THEY broke and set up the replacements to ensure nothing is damaged?! I have never seen a business that only does the bare minimum like this place.My husband had to threaten to dispute the charge on his credit card and only then were we able to have the furniture set up.

Worst ever. I ordered a piece of furniture in December. They continued to push my order back saying it won’t be delivered until May giving me any excuse that sounded good. At what point do you protect the integrity of your business and refund the customers money but instead tell them there will be NO refund. I contacted my bank who is handling this credit to my account.

Furniture shopping can be exhausting and overwhelming. Leigh Anne and Kristina were wonderful throughout the entire process and made as many phone calls as it took to answer our questions. 5 stars for their terrific customer service and prices!

I ordered and paid for patio furniture on 4/3/2021. I was given a delivery date and was told they would contact us when it arrived. A week past the delivery date and no communication. I called the store and was told it was delayed by a very snotty and rude employee who yelled at me and threatened me. I called and spoke with the general manager who apologized and promised they would communicate with us with updates on when we would get out furniture. I was also promised free delivery and setup as soon as it arrived. Several more weeks of no communication ensued. When I did call them they were beyond rude and inappropriate. Our furniture finally arrives and...shocker...we are going to have to wait at least 3-5 more days for delivery and setup because they did not plan on it arriving so they had no one to deliver it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They are the shining example of how NOT to run a business! I have kept all the FB messages I sent them and received from them because this is the only way I could get them to communicate with me. I asked multiple times for the GM to call me but to date that has not happened.

What a great staff at both locations. Patty at Old Railroad and LeAnn at Greenbriar. Both ladies help me and my family find a great selection of furniture. I look forward to shopping here again.

I ordered some furniture from their online store. The delivery was supposed to take a while, but the day before delivery I was told some pieces were being delayed until February (almost 2 and half months after already waiting a month and a half). This was not the issue. I informed them I would like a refund for my order since I couldn’t wait that long. It’s been over two weeks and still no notice of when I’ll be getting my refund. Definitely do not shop their online store if you want your furniture anytime soon or if you want the chance of getting a refund for your purchase. Will definitely be consulting in a lawyer.

I purchased a bedroom suite and living room furniture from this store at the beginning of may. Absolutely beautiful sets for each room and very well priced. The only issue I have had with this store is lack of communication. My bed rails came in broken, and I was told that they’d have to order more. No one communicated with me how long or called to update me despite me paying a delivery and set up fee. I am still awaiting the bed rails and it is almost July. I was told I may not even receive them until August.

Angela helped us pick out the perfect adjustable base for our mattress. Explained all features well and made for a pleasant buying experience. Will do business here again.

I have never been to this store but had seen a flyer somewhere before. I went to look to see if they had anything I liked. I had visited the Ashley furniture store previously and they had a table that was very nice but price was more then $600. I had seen it before a lower price but they no longer had it that price nor would come down to a reasonable price. So I came to this location they had the same table by Ashley not only for a Great price of $488 plus tax which was the price I wanted to pay. I bought it and they said it would come in one week. I got it yesterday and we put it together because I did not want to have a delivery charge. It was brand new like promised and no damage from the packaging. I was very happy because it is the same product for the price I wanted. The lady that helped me greeted me and I walked around without being hounded. Some people like someone to follow them but I do not. When I went to ask about a item she was very helpful. If I had read the views before coming her I would probably had not come but would of missed out on a good deal.
