When I first met Agnes, I was just doing a trim. It was not long before she sold me on a color and highlights. I’ve been going back to her ever since. She is a marvel in her profession and she has many talents. I will not go to anyone else. What an asset to this salon!

Ive been coming here for a few months now and Agnes cuts my hair every time. She is extremely professional, and cuts my hair just how I like it. I cant recommend her enough, and I hope you can book an appointment with her soon to see how great she is!

I orginally made my appointment for just a trim but I wanted to do more with my hair. I have not had my hair dyed for a few years and Agnes did absolutely fantastic work!!! I am beyond happy with the results.

Went to the Saloon inside Jcpenny. Had my hair cut and colored for the first time ever. I wanted a combination of red and violet. couldnt even show any example to my stylist. But still she was really friendly and professional. The final result was just wow. I loved the way I looked.I highly recommend it.

The stylist did not listen to what we wanted done. Moved extremely slow. They wanted to charged an additional $10 to blow dry hair. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Polly B is the best hair stylist Ive ever had. When she colors hair, she take extra steps to ensure that you dont have to go in every 4-6 weeks, you can wait up until 8 weeks. Shes both professional and friendly and takes a real interest in her clients. Shes absolutely the best!

I had a girls day with my friend and we decided to get our hair cut. I hadnt cut my hair in years and thought it would be a nice treat for myself (Im a stay a home mom, so a day away from the kids, doing what I want is a big deal). My friend got hers cut first: stylist was friendly and did a wonderful job. I came back a couple hours later and my experience was not so great. What I hoped would be a nice and relaxing time for me to do something for myself was actually a pretty horrible experience. The quick version; the stylist was very rough physically (pulling my hair, combing over my ears, pushing my head where she wanted it). She didnt want to cut my hair the way I wanted it and didnt want to blow dry/style it even though thats what I scheduled the appointment for. I really didnt want to walk out of the salon looking like I just walked out of the shower, but she had to tell me about the price difference before she would do it (maybe she thought because I was a young SAHM I couldnt afford it?). But the worst part was probably the cleanliness of her station. The brush she used on my hair was covered in other peoples hair. She had a bunch of rollers in her drawers that were COVERED in hair. I contacted customer service and they said that its best if its handled by the manager/owner of the salon. Havent received a response yet. Please know that everything else I personally witnessed there was great, but my experience was unacceptable. Haircut is ok, but could have gotten the same somewhere else for less money and probably had a better experience.

When Artie finished cutting my nine year old granddaughters hair, she looked in the mirror and said, perfect. And it was. And so was the entire experience.

Messed up my Wife’s hair twice. The manager Sue was condescending and rude. She talked down to my wife as if she was a child. By the way Sue, my wife has a masters in clinical psychology. She may be from India but she is not illiterate. The salon should be closed down and the manager taught how to deal with customers.
