Salesperson was more interested in being on her phone than helping me. When I asked about a specific item she blew me off and told me to go to the other Sephora in the mall.

Sephora, inside Penney, is smallish but I get much better service here than in the much larger Sephora elsewhere in the mall. They have a full range of cosmetics and skin care, too.

Do your own research on product and policy, the associate that I experienced there told me information that is wrong because she doesn’t want to work. I had better experience at the main store and the one on the east townie mall. I will get her name next time. My impression is that they tell you whatever to get them minimum work... bad services

Great location. The Sephora specialist was wonderful and so informative was looking for a specific lipstick and color and she was so helpful and able to find exactly what I was looking for in minutes. She also was able to help me with some other cosmetics. Thanks so much!!!

Great little pit stop and JC Penney. They dont have the same size or selection as the sephora at the beginning of them all. What they do have is good and the layout is really nice. The staff there has always been really helpful and kind

The ladies who attend there are very nice yesterday to try a fragrance they gave me a free sample!
