Update your hours on Google! I live a little far away from this location but go out of my way to drive to it. And the door was locked as I was walking to it today. Which I understand is nobodies fault? But still slightly frustrating when I can make it here and your google page still says you are open until 8, but youre not. I guess I couldve called but I assume businesses would update these resources for customers. Sad day! I was looking forward to dying my hair before vacation.

Love Sally’s!! They have a great 4 for $20 deal on product often, awesome make up sales and it’s great to have such helpful staff for all of my coloring questions! I probably would have had some hair disasters if it wasn’t for their guidance!

The lady working was extremely helpful willing to help and knowledgeable in the products clearly you can tell they were dealing with staff shortage which is understandable and acceptable with the worlds status now, the lady whos working goes above and beyond I had no idea what I was getting into or what I was looking for and she helped so much even while working alone! *************

Unfortunately, I forgot name of the lady. But it was Asian lady with blue hair who was so polite and very helpful! She was kind and explained everything what could help me to achieve wanted color of the hair. Will definitely come back.

Super disappointed. I rushed over after work today and they had closed early at 4pm!! It was a long, rough week working at the hospital and I wanted to treat myself to some hair dye and new nails. Tough luck, I guess.

The staff at this Sally Beauty Supply were so helpful! I needed haircutting scissors, and dye and accessories, with very little knowledge. The staff member was so kind, patient with my noob questions, and honest about my choices and the price differences. Super good experience! I didnt feel rushed, I felt well cared for. Thanks!!

Sally beauty itself is great, no issues about that. I have always gone to sallys for hair dye, since middle school and the staff used to be amazing! Props to them. The staff now is just not how it should be, if you’re going to work in customer service at least pretend to be nice? Every time I go in I am very nice and respectful and friendly YET the lady (who I think could be the manager? She works there the most) is so rude, every time.

Magnetic Eye liner does not work. Cheap product. Very gooey when putting on. Truly dont reccomend buying it.

Not coming back here ever. Thanks to the employees knowledge, my girlfriends hair was completely fried and we had to make an emergency trip to the hair stylist after hours after the products the employees recommended and pointed out to us destroyed her hair to the point of breaking off.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly! We were able to find just what we wanted for at least half the price wed pay anywhere else (generic Paul Mitchell is exactly the same!)...

Best place in town to get hair and nail supplies. You dont need to be a beautician but you should get a membership.

I was surprised at previous review. My most recent experience was over the phone, and I received excellent service from Jennifer. I’ve been at the store several times and have always received knowledgable help & suggestions. It was busy at times, but the salespeople endeavored to help eveyone as quickly as possible while still being pleasant & efficient.

I found my hair color and recieved helpful service when needed.

I would give negative stars if I could - I went in on Friday to buy hair dye so I could go from blonde to ash blonde. I HAD BEAUTIFUL AND HEALTHY HAIR when I walked in....Got recommendations from the employee on what to get. She stated that the intensifier is a MUST. So Saturday I dyed my hair and it turned blue. I currently look like an Avatar with very damaged hair! I went in and discussed this with them. They informed me that I was given bad advice, should have never used an intensifier and also how to correct it. However, I have so much damage and breakage that I am scare to correct the color issue. They credited me back for the first visit, so $60.00 later I walk out with more products that I am nervous to use! The last thing I want to use on my hair is a bleaching agent with all the damage done by the previous attempt. This should have been a very simple process as I was blonde going to ash blonde. Not at all happy that my hair is so damaged and blue! When there is a new employee, this should be made known to the customer so we can avoid situations like this. This should have been about $10.00 and about an hour of my time.
