Needed an oil change on short notice and saw they had an opening. Hadnt booked with them before, but figured it would get the job done and nothing more. However, the service there was exceptional; Darius did a great job communicating any issues he ran into during the service and he performed the oil change as expected. I also swear that my car drives better than normal after visiting - the steering wheel motion feels smoother now. In addition, Ken on the sales floor was great to talk with, helped pass the time. Really couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I worked with Mikaila, service advisor, several times and have been very impressed with her service. She goes above and beyond to make sure I completely understand what the technicians are doing to my car. She ensures I am comfortable and makes the process easy.

I scheduled an appointment to have splash guards applied on my new Honda. Your staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the coffee was excellent. I also felt very safe inside as everyone was masked and seated several feet apart in the waiting area. Wilde has become my new Honda home. :-)

My wife and I were towing a trailer with our 2019 Honda Pilot from the Upper Pennensula back to Ohio. The transmission began to overheat in the hills of southern Wisconsin. I called the service department late in the afternoon. Once they understood my situation they told me to come in at &AM when they opened.I was greated by my service advisor Darius and found him to be efficient and courteus. They quickly evaluated my vehicle and determined there was no damage. I did have them change the oil and rotate the tires. The work was completed in less than 2 hours!I would not hesitate to recommend this service department.

Visited Service Dept to replace recalled airbag problem. Very impressed. They checked wheel alignment and front brakes free along with free car wash. Prices for tire rotation - $20, and Oil change $37 quite competitive. It seems those free extras are done for ever customer.
