This place and these people are amazing! I went in out of semi emergency because my tire kept running flat in a matter of days. These guys help fix a flat tire FREE of charge?! And no appointment, just walked in, received help and education and a fix within an hour. They are honest and sincere too! Special shout out to Jason and Isaac for starting the experience out right and providing service well beyond expectation. Appreciate you guys and your business model! A start to the road back to going to this group all the time, and reason to support a certain business.

Came in during a busy shift today, and I was impressed at how well the crew was handling things. They were quick, polite and proactive communicators. Even during the rush, there was a woman who was having serious tire problems and was about to leave town, and they squeezed her in to make sure she got taken care of.

I stopped in on a Friday afternoon regarding a TPMS issue. I did not have an appointment and it was somewhat busy. I was surprised to find that two employee helped me out right away to solve the issue, as the issue did require some expertise. I have a vehicle that burns through tires much faster than other vehicles. I will continue to use this location and company due to this type of service.

It was a pleasant and successful visit. An hour estimate turned into an hour and 20 minutes for a free tire rotation, but they squeezed me in without an appointment. Fortunately it was a great weather day to wait outside on a park bench in the shade of a tree on their front lawn.

They are friendly and do good work. I feel like they have always provided me the information that I needed to know and took care of what needed to be taken care of. It sometimes takes a bit longer than I would like to get in and out but I always have something that I bring along to help pass the time. Their lobby is still open and is rather large so social distancing is quite easy. I carried wipes to wipe down the surface I used as a desk because let’s face it, it’s a garage with a bunch of guys working there. They don’t always wipe down all the surfaces.Overall, keep up the good work! I have had some great experiences with this location in the past with them even staying open late to help me out in an emergency situation!

Great selection of wheels and tires. My car spent while day there just to figure out that wheels that were listed compatible dont clear the brakes. I had to order wheels with another store and Discount Tire agreed to mount the tires and wheels.

Excellent service - had a leak and didn’t have time to schedule an appointment. Came in and they were able to have me in and out within an hour to check out the tire and fix it free of charge. Never had to leave my car and everyone was masked the entire time. It was a rainy day and they were working hard to quickly bring folks into bays and get work done. Took my car to fix flat tire. The mechanic removed the nail, applied the patch, removed and replaced my space tire with the fixed original tire, all for free of cost. Not only this, the mechanic also removed items that I had in my trunk and placed the spare and all my items back in its place before handing over to me.

I lost the review paper they gave me. I had such amazing service and customer care, that I felt I needed to come on google and say my two cents. I had two different guys named Jake that did amazing job, along with the guy up front that sold me my tire protection, I believe His name was niko. All around great experience and awesome employees. When I need tires again I know where I’ll be going!

Great service!! my family has been coming here for years. Jake, Stephen, Niko, Dominic and all the staff are excellent and so nice. They ordered the tire I needed and had it within a day, they got me in right at my appointment time and I was out within ten minutes. They also price matched my tire so I got it cheaper. The story is I was dumb and bought some metal valve caps and they wont come off, I was almost desperate before someone in the Tesla group refers me to try discount tires, I was told my sensors were separate pieces and the rebuild was free! You might need new tires when the tow truck pulls you out of a parking spot you are stuck in which 3 inches of snow. I was recommended discount tire and I was very happy with them. My appointment was at 4:00 pm and wouldnt you know it? A dead battery. I was feeling sad with my bald tires and dead battery. I called them and they said if I made it by 5:59 before they closed, theyd still take me. How wonderful. I made it by 5:00 I believe. They had me ready to go in under an hour. They also offer financing so I can pay these tires off every month. Yes! Im super grateful. I used to kinda hate my car, thinking it was a horrible winter car and that I should get a new one, turns out, I needed new tires. MY CAR IS GREAT IN THE SNOW NOW!!!!! Thank you so much discount tire, I couldnt be more grateful.

I have been using Discount Tire for years, always had great service. With my most recent purchase a mistake was made and they did not have my tires on hand. Neko and Scott were both very helpful and apologetic for the mistake. We all make mistakes and they showed excellent customer service by taking care of my needs and by making it right.

Wow! Back to my house in less than an hour for winter tire change! 2 pm appointment (made online), waited about 10 minutes, pulled van in, 16 minutes to swap tires, and pulled back out. Fast and polite service. Will be back tomorrow with second vehicle. Best tire experience out of many shops I have been to.

Today I left my office and my tire pressure was low. I drove straight to Discount Tire and they not only filled it back up but we found the nail that was sticking out of it. They repaired it for free and I havent shopped there in years. Great customer service, everyone was friendly even during these strange times with covid-19. I recommend this place to everyone. Beyond excellent customer service. They even do free repairs. Dont be that cheap customer who takes advantage of this. Give the person fixing YOUR ISSUES a minimum $10 tip for fixing your problems. Sure seems to be a lot of rich people in this area that dont k ow how to tip.

Great service! I used their website on my phone to schedule a tire inspection service. I showed up on time and my vehicle was quickly inspected. They found a small nail in the rear tire and patched/plugged/balanced for free - all under an hour. It was my first time using Discount Tire and I’ll certainly be back!

I walked in to Discount Tire for a new tire because mine was leaking air. Niko and Stephen were super polite and gave me really great and prompt customer service. They patched up my tire for free and replaced another tire in an hour. They really cared about my safety and I had a really great experience at this location.

I have never had a bad experience at any discount tires store. I moved from Illinois to Wisconsin and was thrilled to see they had a discount tires. I never feel condescended to or as though they are forcing unnecessary repairs. They are truly knowledgeable and really do find the best solution for the customer. Plus with an appointment, I was in and out in under an hour. If you are looking for great service at incredibly reasonable prices, this is the place for you.

Great place to go!! I just bought a truck that had spline drive lug nuts and this place had the socket to take them off!! I was looking for the key for weeks! They were able to get me in right away to switch out my lug nuts and install new ones for me! Customer service was excellent definitely will be coming back and referring people to this place!!

Recommend making an appointment, they will have you ready in about an hour or less. Walk ins can take a while depending on how busy they are. I overheard one employee being a little rude to a customer who asked a simple question. My experience has been pretty good

In case you didnt know, you can take leaky lawn mower tires at least to this Discount Tire (Junction Road, Madison, WI) and theyll do their best to fix them. They werent able to fix the one I took in today, but Im just glad they were able to look at it so I can figure out the next course of action.

Recently had a flat tire and went into Discount Tires to replace it. I dropped off my car and they fixed the old tire for free that same day. They even took off my spare tire and put the newly repaired tire on and placed the spare back in my trunk. Service there was also great, the individual who helped me (I believe his name is Jon) was super helpful and friendly. I will be going to this location for any tire related needs in the future.

If I could give this place a negative star rating, I certainly would. After purchasing 4 new Cooper Ultra tires on 2/12/19 via the website, with it clearly stating Order now, available tomorrow & setting up an appointment for 11:30am 2/14/19 - I made the 45 minute drive to the store only to learn, once I was there, the tires were not (no phone call to me prior to arriving for my scheduled appointment from anyone). After a call to find where the truck was and if the tires were on it, which the representative stated usually doesnt come until early afternoon (even knowing this on top of the fact that the tires were not there, no phone call to me prior to arriving for my scheduled appointment from anyone), the representative confirmed the tires should arrive around 1pm...letting me know all of this with little more than a oh well, it is what it is...sucks to be you shrug (no apologies at all to this point) as he waited to see what I wanted to do. The representative was nice enough to offer me a set of tires by a company Ive never heard of (with no customer ratings for the tires on their site) that they did have at the time of my appointment at essentially the same price - which, all things considered, felt very bait-and-switch like & it certainly explained why they would not call to postpone/re-schedule my appointment prior to my arrival - knowing the tires ordered were not there & knowing a customer who ordered 4 new tires likely has 4 worn & potentially dangerous tires on their car upon arrival. Aggravated & short with my responses to the well, what are you gonna do stare - I cancelled the order completely. It was then, and only then, I received my one and only apology in the form of a sorry about that. When I said I just wish you guys wouldve called before driving 45 minutes here & now 45 minutes home on bad tires...I received that same oh well shrug. If youre reading this, understand the savings they offer are not that substantial compared to other shops & dont believe for a minute an appointment is anything but a lure to get you in the door. I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Literally...ever. Absolutely the worst company I was about to give $700 to that I have ever dealt with. Ironically, that is the silver lining...they didnt get a dime of it and will never see a dime from me or anyone I know if I have anything to say about it. Hopefully they dont get a dime from you either, but hey, thats up to you..I will just close this review with the fact that describing this experience as horrible would actually be a compliment with regards to how they conduct business in my opinion. You want to roll the dice, thats up to you.

People were nice. But the rebates are miss leading. Read the fine print should have stuck to Costco.Prices for the TPMS are 60$ each the website doesnt even list them. Also they tell you it is required by law so you cant buy the tires without them. The website gives you different prices if you use incognito mode.

The folks at this Discount Tire location have always been really efficient and friendly when Ive stopped in to switch between my winter tires and my all-seasons. Theyve always been able to get me in and out in about an hour with an appointment. I highly recommend scheduling ahead of time if youre switching tires for the winter; theyre typically really busy that time of year and you may need to wait several hours if you just walk in.

Daughter unexpectedly required tire service after getting a flat in construction zone near Madison. Called and spoke to Nico, who assured me he would take care of the issue and get her back on the road. Work completed and service was great...so grateful for the help as my daughter was traveling through Wisconsin from Chicago!

This is my first negative review ever, my service has just been so consistently poor that I thought I should give others fair warning. Sadly I have never had a good experience here. I purchased my winter tires here and the tires are fine but the experience of getting my tires changed form winter tires to my regular tires twice yearly is awful. Its seriously something I dread. Last time I had a bad experience I emailed the manager and explained that my simple tire change took over an hour despite having an appointment (my car sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes while I sat, stranded in their shop without a car waiting for them to get around to changing my tires) and they didnt fill the tires they put on my car with air. To his credit, the manager responded and promised things would be better next time. This time was the exact same thing. My visit started by waiting in line for 15 minutes as other employees ran around the store ignoring the growing line of customers. Over an hour later, my tires were finally changed. Again, they didnt fill my tires with air. Its really frustrating to drive away from a tire shop and then realize my tires are flat. In addition, I asked them to look into a problem I was having with the tire and they apparently did not. The salesperson said there were no notes on it so wed just have to deal with it later when I put my winter tires back on. This doesnt make me feel confident about their attention to detail and their customer service is quite awful. I have not tried another Discount Tire location but if you are able, I recommend you avoid this location.

I went to this location because of the great reviews, and after my visit today, Ill add another. I came in having drove over a nail and needing new tires. Customer service was excellent — Juan helped me out and was very knowledgeable, personable, and to the point. While I sat, I overheard the rest of the team being extremely professional and polite to all clients, both on the phone and in person. It made me smile. They were able to fit me in right away and all in all, I walked out in about an hour. 10/10 would get new tires here again.

The team at this Discount Tire did awesome work. I got a set of snow tires for my BMW a few months ago and have never been so long happy with how quick and easy they got me In and out of there. There prices were amazing as well. Second, I just brought my wifes vehicle in because it needed a Tire pressure sensor replaced. The gentleman came out to my car was very personable and very knowledgable. Measured all my tread depths and also recommended a tire rotation because on our vehicle a tire with more tread was in the wrong position. I was very pleased with there prices as it only cost my like $80.00 to replace the sensor. The dealer wanted way more than that. He even didnt charge me for the rotation even though we did not purchase the tires from them. I will always go back to hem for any of my tire needs due to how quickly and how well they perform at this store. I was very impressed! Thanks for doing an awesome job. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to them In the future.

Ordered rims for my car and scheduled an appointment. Received a call stating that despite the rims I ordered being available they were actually not available but I agreed to switching to a completely different style. I was told that this would not affect my appointment. I took the day off and pulled my car out of storage and drove the 25+ miles to get my new wheels installed. Showed up 10 minutes early and stood around 15 minutes only to hear that the truck broke down and itd be 3.5 more hours until my wheels showed up. I was heading out of town for the weekend so I figured Id wait to hear from them when they came in. I received a call the following Monday and was promised that they would make it right. I made an appointment and they were amazing. Quickly had them on and they were very friendly. They turned me from very unhappy to very happy

Service was prompt, efficient and courteous. My only complaint is that the room in which we were waiting was ice-cold, which is much cooler than I prefer. Other than that, our experience was better than satisfactory!

Went on Friday before predicted snow. Took a long time, but I was OK with that because I had no appointment and they guarantee walk-in customers. I used to go there if I needed new tires back in Amarillo, Texas. I loved it! Oh, but I went there today, 2 /21 / 20 & ask for a oil change & a lube job...the man says, Oh no, we dont do that!

Im a big fan of Discount Tire. Im a car guy perfectly capable of finding out what I want, so any time Ive bought tires from them they havent really had the opportunity to up-sell me. Theyve special-ordered two different sets of high performance tires for me at prices that were competitive with online stores. They throw in stuff like free tire rotations if you buy their not-very-expensive road hazard warranty. They also will definitely switch your summer & winter tires for free, which theyve done for both myself and friends. The big IF here being that you need to have the two sets of tires mounted on two sets of wheels. Another reviewer complained about having to pay for switching two sets of tires amongst one set of wheels. Mounting tires on wheels takes a lot more time & effort than just popping wheels on & off the car, hence why they dont do that for free.Some of the chain tire store pitfalls still apply. But unlike pretty much every other chain tire store which are universally horrible (expensive + staffed by idiots), I actually get what I want at Discount Tire.Heres an example: Last fall I helped my girlfriend pick out a set of snow tires & wheels. When we showed up to buy them, the tires I had talked with them on the phone were out of stock, so they gave us a different make & model of tire that was about $40 more for each tire, at the price of the out-of-stock tire. They offered this right away, before we even got the chance to ask them to accommodate us. Thats the kind of service that keeps me coming back, and any time friends ask me where to get tires, I send them to Discount. Ive yet to have someone come back to me with a negative experience.

I made an appointment so I would not have to leave my car all day. I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment. I was told when making the appointment the work would take 45 minutes to one hour. It has been an hour and fifteen minutes and my car has not even been started on yet.. leaving an extra star because of the friendly staff.

They are knowledge about the tires they sell and will give you suggestions based on your driving habits. The service is really fast compared to most shops and they get you out the door in about an hour for 4 new tires.

Disappointed with the service after being a customer here quite a few years. 1 year ago noticed a leak in my tire- took it in, they filled it up and said it was good to go. days later same thing- take it in, the technician finds a massive dent in the rim (not sure how this was missed the first time, it was very obvious). Ended up ordering 4 new rims for about $530 with a 1 year warranty. The mechanic said they would be easily replaced as well. Fast forward to 10 months later one of the rims is found to be misformed (and I had been dealing with it for months trying to figure out what it was and finally took it to another mechanic to get it looked at). I went in yesterday with my warranty for it and 1) the rims are discontinued 2) they did not honor the warranty. They are also on and off with the quality of tire rotation and balancing when you purchase tires there. Ive had it before where they have done this and taken my car to another mechanic days later only to find out they needed to be balanced again. Will not be coming back here unfortunately. Just cant trust the consistency of service and cant trust they will give you good advice. Some of these aspects were out of their control but the fact they did not honor a warranty for a misformed wheel turned me off to them for good.
