The staff at Madison Motor Werks are very helpful, knowledgeable and fair. The last time I was in, I was quoted one price when I brought my car in, and I got a call later that day saying it was $500 less! Being a single mom, that is greatly appreciated. In my experience with auto repair it usually cost more than expected. Bonus benefit when you choose this shop, they also have loaner cars!

I was given an appointment within 24 hours- it took about 2-3 weeks to get one at my previous repair shop. I was given a clear explanation of the problem and what needed to be fixed. A thorough evaluation of the car (Lexus 460 LS) was done prior to this, and I was informed about upcoming repairs I would need. The staff were all very cordial and professional. The waiting area was clean. I was provided a ride back to my home and was picked up after the service was completed- about 6 hours later . The manager gave me a discount even though I forgot to bring my discount flyer. My car has been running smoothly since then. Above all, I felt that the manager did not try to fix or sell me something that was not “broken”. I highly recommend this place.

Madison Motorwerks replaced the adaptive headlight assembly in my Audi A6. Although this was an expensive part, Brent and Steven worked with me in finding the best price on the part. They quickly repaired my car and had it back to me as scheduled. I highly recommend Madison Motorweks for any vehicle maintenance or repair. They communicate clearly the issues, what the repair will be, and accurately quote the total price so you are not blindsided with an unexpected higher bill.

I used the local Land Rover dealer for several years and once discovering this wonderful place, I will never go back! Their work is excellent on Land Rovers and other foreign vehicles. The team is honest and has your best interest. I am so much more confident driving my vehicle knowing service and repairs were done right!

Once again, the guys at MMW have taken excellent care of our X3. We had an emergency cooling system issue on July 2, and had it towed to the shop. I took my Mercedes to Madison Werks to get the oil changed. I was also having some terrible knocking noises coming from the moon roof that was beginning to be very annoying. I asked them if they could take a look and see if they could remedy the problem. They kept the car for about half the day and was able to determine and fix the problem at a reasonable price. I am now a loyal customer.

Whenever I call with an issue with my Range Rover, they welcome me on in and research my issue. The customer service is awesome! Highly recommend..

I had an old Mercedes that needed a new drive belt and there were some oil leaks. They fixed the drive belt and told me that we needed to fix two bad oil leaks. They also told me there was another minor oil leak but it wasnt major and not to worry about it at the moment. They fixed the two major oil leaks. I paid them around $1700 for everything, which is pretty high according to another shop that recently looked at the car afterwards. Two hours after they supposedly FIXED the oil leaks, the car had leaked every bit of oil out of the car and completely blew the engine. I called and spoke with them and they said they guarantee their work. Hahaha, I told them the engine was blown due to the oil completely leaking out after they fixed it and nothing.....BEWARE......Stay away from this shop!

This is a top notch team of folks!My MINI Cooper broke down in Jackson, MS, on may across country. Seeing as the nearest MINI dealer is hundreds of miles away, I found this shop using Google Maps. Boy, Im lucky I found them. They run an outstanding shop.Normally, they take most customers by appointment, but they had a cancellation and fit me in on short notice. A quick diagnosis found that one of the points had failed. I had them replace both the points and plugs and they finished the job up rather quickly.I would go well out of my way to use this shop again... though maybe 9 hours is a bit too far to drive one-way to get my car serviced. That said, Id only use them if I lived anywhere near Jackson.A quality product through and through. Not only was the service of high quality, the staff was friendly and helpful too!

This is the only place I would trust to work on my Volvo. Very knowledgeable staff and very affordable! They are also quick to diagnose and treat any problems.

These guys do a great job taking care of your car. They’ve got good equipment, and friendly staff. They performed an oil change and tire rotation on my 2004 Infiniti FX35, and the prices are pretty competitive with the area.

Wells was amazing but when he left the service went down. The service is rude and honestly I am concerned about the quality which was NEVER an issue with Wells. This past summer I took my car for an oil change. As soon as I left the place my check engine light came on. I took it back there immdeiately and explained that this is not ok and they were very ugly, rude and abrupt. They made me sign a paper saying they were charging me a ridiculous amount to check why the light came on when I literally just left the place not 20 minutes prior. They came back within minutes and had a while different attitude. They did not charge me but never explained the problem which made me believe that it was a mistake on their part. I went back because of the price and convenience but this last time my car came back with a noise. A new noise. A noise that was not there when I went for the routine oil change. Again this time they were rude to my husband.

One of the best shops I’ve seen in a while.i work close by this shop and they were easy to work with and I understood everything they did. I will go there from now on.

Worse thing I could have ever done was come to Madison motor works. They charged me a diagnostic fee once then called me back another day to tell me they needed almost 300 more dollar for diagnostics that would not go toward the repair cost. Do yourself a favor and take it to the Mercedes dealer where they only took 3hrs to get me diag and my fee went toward my repair.

Great shop for all vehicles European. I was impressed with their knowledge of my gti and what needed to be serviced. They will do work that should be done and recommend what can wait. Timely service. I tried the DIY route on my BMW 325i route. I ended up spending more on time and tools trying to save a few bucks. Take it to Madison Motor Werks instead. I highly recommend them.

After paying over $1,200 for repairs on my Audi TT (replacing 2 axles, among other things), I picked up the car and immediately noticed on the drive home that the steering wheel was about 20 degrees out of alignment. When I called them about it, the manager/owner was defensive and rude. He said there was no way they did anything to cause that problem, then he said they “hear this kind of stuff all the time,” and then he compared me to someone who complains the radio is not working after fixing a flat tire. First of all, if they are having customers call back to complain “all the time” that’s a pretty big red flag. Secondly, he somehow assumes I would pay over $1,200 for repairs and then try to scam him out of a $75 tire alignment! That’s either incompetent management or dishonest – either way, I’ll be advising my friends to avoid them.

I took my mini to Madison Motor Werks, via CarMax, MaxCare and at first, was having major issues with it leaking oil. After speaking directly to Wells and clearing up any issues I had, the service was outstanding and the care they took to follow up was beyond exceptional.
