I saved about $900 by coming here to fix my rear brakes instead of going with my original quote from a national chain! I dropped off my car around 8am and it was done by the end of the same day around 5pm.

One of the best shops around. Came in for a timing job on my truck. When I left the truck had an issue. Without hesitation they helped me out and fix the problem that came up. Todd and his son always try to make things right.

I came here not knowing what was wrong with my car. He chose to fix whatever he wanted to fix instead of the actual issue I came there for. I didnt know I had to be a mechanic and know exactly what is wrong with my car to get good and honest service but Im not so Im screwed out of almost 500 because I trusted this man to properly diagnose and fix my car. Dont go here unless you already have a relationship with the shop or you could end up like me. Go to WI automotive on Cottage Grove. At least they have good customer service.

I took my car in for a diagnostic test when the check Engine light went on. It took less then an hour and cost $94. The price is okay because that’s just the cost of those tests these days but it seemed like they did everything to the lowest amount of customer service possible. The issue I had was something that I was told could be ignored but they did not help me reset or turn off the check engine light which is what I wanted because I won’t know if another issue arises. Also I had mentioned that it might be an issue with a serpentine belt and when I asked a about it he said that he didn’t really look under the car. It’s enough that customers have to pay ridiculous diagnostic test prices at any shop they go but at least check everything out and make it a point to look at the issue I asked about.

We find this place to be very reasonable and we appreciate the service provided. They have serviced all 4 vehicles thus far and we were always happy! Thumbs UP!

Todd is honest and saves me money! My car has a quirky startup process, and Todd told me he could replace the part to fix it--but that it was an expensive part to replace and was unnecessary. He cared more about me saving money than trying to make a buck--sincere, great guy who does a good job on my car!!

_No surprises, no gimmicks, just excellent work for reasonable prices._ This small family owned operation may not have a big advertising budget or flashy sign but their work speaks for itself. Todd the owner/operator doesnt try to sell you unnecessary repairs or push any upgrades to increase your bill. They fix what needs repair and keep you informed of work your vehicle may need down the road. Staff maintains up-to-date training and can work on any make/model, foreign or domestic, large or small. They are located on South Stoughton Rd (the access road parallel to Stoughton Road/Hwy 51) just north of intersection at Pflaum Road. They are little tricky to find at first but are just behind Habanero Mexican restaurant, across the highway from Farm and Fleet. Premier is a RARE find--a consistent, honest, well-trained and reasonably priced auto repair shop.

No heat in my car Todd got it in right away found a leak in my antifreeze and fixed in 2 hours. He is good and reasonable.
