Very good service. They were able to put me in their very busy schedule right away. Their shuttle service is also very good and convenient. Everyone from the service agent to the reception person and shuttle driver made the experience very positive. And, of course, my car was well taken care of and I got the problem solved efficiently and effectively.

I had an 8 AM appointment for oil change, checking filters, tires, and was out by 8:30. Having to make an appointment works much better for me than the first come first serve. Hope this continues.

I was very impressed with my experience at East Madison Toyota. They performed by 20K mile check in under a half hour and I was able to schedule the appointment with only a week wait (as opposed to 3-4 weeks at other locations I have used). The staff was very friendly and helpful to me and other customers!

Arrived for a tire rotation and checked in. Once we pulled into the bay, a mgr came to us to say we have 2 weeks left on our Toyota care prepaid maintenance and would we like to add the oil change since it was prepaid? Yes, please, very grateful for them to let us know!

They rotated the tires! When I was going to leave the low tire pressure was on so I went back to have it checked! They added air and the alert sign went off! I told him this was the third time it has happened!!!He told me to keep an eye on the tire!We went to Oklahoma on a long weekend trip! While we were in the wild prairie area the tire went and we had to change the tire!!! Oh what a deal in 100 degree weather! When we got back to town we had to find a tire dealership! We had to drive another 20 minutes to the town of Bartlesville for a tire then actually put two rear tires on!I think when they rotated the tires they should have noticed if there was anything wrong ! Even when he put air in the tire it should have made him look further!!!Well The tire dealership was one of the nicest and I will buy the other two through them!!!

Service Tech, Isiah, assisted me with obtaining a loaner vehicle during the time my vehicle was serviced and new tires were installed, and he kept me updated with progress of the service. He was personable and professional. Although the service took longer than expected, due to human error, Isiah was upfront about what had happened and I was not inconvenienced as I was able to keep the loaner until all was complete. I immediately noticed a smoother and quieter ride in my vehicle and am happy to continue receiving service from East Madison Toyota Service Department.

I made an appointment online for brake service knowing Id be passing through on a road trip. However, I made the appointment for the WRONG WEEK! Fortunately, Isaiah was able to squeeze me in and I was back on the road in 2 hours! I pass through Madison on a regular basis, and though I live 2 hours away, I will make sure I use East Madison Toyota for as much service as possible!

No complaints here. I hit a deer and did a good amout to my front end. They where very nice and kept me updated and informed through the whole processed. Even returned my rental for me and left the inside of the car super clean. Definitely top their service!

I had an appt to have an oil change and tire rotation. Was satisfied on there recommendations, decided no tire rotation was needed. The problem I had is I had an appt for 12:20 pm and didn’t get out of there til 1:15. It shouldn’t take that long to do an oil change. I also feel it’s pretty expensive. The service tech was very nice.

From the time I called to make the appointment, driving in the service dept, explaining what I needed, to my transmission fluid change, everything was smooth! They even recalibrated my TPMS at no extra charge. No more blinking light from that! Got estimates, which were reasonable, for future various fluid changes and a new battery. It took much longer than expected to get work done. I had to go across the street to see new cars to ah bemused. That was fun.Better to know at time of making appointment that it will take 3 hours. No mention of long wait during call when making appointment. The express service workers estimated 1.5 hours to complete work. The Express Service was very busy at the time I arrived and continued to stay busy till my car was done. Seems making an appointment did not matter much.Otherwise great service and the service workers checked on some extra issues, too, such as parking brake wear and general conditions of a car with 260 000.Thanks for good job.

Isiah was really helpful in explaining what my car needed. He also reminded me I had one more oil change left for free from when I bought my car 4 yrs ago! So I spent zero dollars there yesterday, yay!!

My last oil change was done at a non-Toyota service center. They replaced the oil drain plug with one too large, which resulted in Toyota not being to remove oil. Manager Salvador and Service Advisor Nathan Goranson worked with me and attempted to have the other oil change service pay for/assist with repair costs. While not successful, the fact that Salvador and Nathan took time to speak to the other lube places manager speaks volumes to me of how dedicated the East Madison Toyota employees are to their customers. Im so grateful for all of their help, friendliness, and knowledge. Kudos to them!!

The service dept was friendly and efficient and the repair was done 4hrs before it was even scheduled to begin! The after phone calls, emails and texting to take their surveys were annoying and I’m only doing this so they will (hopefully) stop!Toyota on the other hand has managed to tick off a person that likes to work on minor stuff like brakes by requiring a rediculously expensive program to check and remove engine codes rendering my handy OBD code scanner useless. All I needed was a code cancelled which i could normally do myself but instead had to waste my time and $74 for the shop to do. Bravo Toyota!

I drive from the west side of Madison to get my car serviced at Eastside Toyota. I find the workmanship is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. Everyone I interact with is friendly and helpful.

We brought our Toyota Prius in for routine 75,000 mile check to the Madison East service center. Because of the pandemic, we hadnt brought it in in 1-1/2 years so it needed more work than expected. Christian went above and beyond what anyone would expect. My husband was in a wheelchair and he graciously offered to shuttle us to Costco and bring us back. Christian and another gentleman from service doted on us......helping my husband in and out of the shuttle, running carts, taking care of purchases etc. They hurried with our car so it was done ahead of schedule! In fact, they did everything for us except pay the bill-----which was considerably less than expected! They alone are reason enough to consider a Toyota for your next purchase...and Id recommend the Prius!

My 2012 Toyota Prius has had numerous lights burn out from low beam, high beam, parking, side, rear, etc. Ive never had to replace light bulbs on any vehicle Ive owned compared to the Toyota Prius. The cost of changing many light bulbs has added up to a ridiculous amount over the years!

I made my appointment for 11:00 and when I arrived, they told me they did not have me down for an appointment. I was told to go to the service counter across the street. The gentleman said there was an appointment for me. However, 2 hours later they were not done with my car yet!! It should NEVER take 2 hours for an oil change.... they must have overbooked themselves. Needless to say, I missed my appointment set for 1:00 due to their lack of getting the oil change done in a timely manner. No compensation or money off my bill due to the inconvenience either. I wont bring my car back again.

The guy who cashed me out, (not the advisor on the ticket), needs work. Didnt know what he was trying to explain. Also stood at the counter for a solid 3-4 mins with no one checking to see if i had been helped yet. My keys were in plain sight. I could have just grabbed them off the desk and took off.
