No one wants to find themselves needing a collision center but when you do it helps when the service is great! Like many of the places we called, this center was experiencing a labor shortage. It took over a month to get my vehicle repaired. However, even with a shorter staff Joe Hudson made sure the quality of the repair in the end was stellar. There are a few things that stood out with this company, First, I must mention the online feature that allows you to track the status of your repair as it goes through the process. They guarantee their work. Oh, and the customer service is great! I appreciated the staff keeping me informed and promptly answering any question I had. Thank you JD and staff for all of your help.So far, I’ll give the quality of my service a five star. I only gave 4 stars because of the length of time it took to get the vehicle back and how long it will take to get scheduled for an additional touch up. If you can wait it seems to be well worth it.

These folks are great and do very good work. I hate to admit, but they have repaired my cars 7 times (folks love to rear end my car at red lights) and I have been 100% happy every time.

Got rear ended a few weeks ago. They took great car of my car and were quick. When I got my car back they even cleaned the outside an some on the inside. Highly recommend

I visited this location last year and had my wifes car repaired after an accident. They did a fantastic job on the car and the service advisor I had was very professional and provided great customer service. My only complaint was the front office lady came across as rude. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she was having a bad day.Fast forward to August 2020. I was in an accident and had Progressive book me an appointment at this location because they had done such a great job before. I arrived at the location and the same front office lady greeted me with the same brash, unfriendly manner that she had the first time. I decided to leave immediately and have my insurance provider book an appointment at another body shop. It is not hard to be kind to someone for 30 seconds while they check in. It rubbed me the wrong way and I wasnt willing to give this location business when this was my first impression not once, but twice now. Their work is fantastic, it is just a shame it is shrouded by the first impression at the door.

Customer service went above and beyond to make sure I spent minimal time without a vehicle. I had brought my car in for a hit and run dent, along with a windsheild replacement. When the windsheild service they usually use was not available in time, they helped me find a differant service. Made the whole process easy, quick response time, and excellent work.

My mother and I have both experienced poor service at this particular location. Patronizing attitudes and slow service from the employees here are what give this location a one-star rating from me (and, by extension, my mother), but at least the actual work was good (when it was FINALLY finished...).

From the moment I made the initial call to schedule the inspection until I received the call to pick up my car once the repairs were done, everything was conducted professionally, timely and always with the customers best interest in mind. My car looked better than it did coming off the showroom floor! The premises were immaculate! Misty was very gracious and Nick was the best! Great service!

Took my car here for repair after being rear-ended. Light bump, should have been a very easy repair.First attempt to get me to accept my vehicle, they had installed a bumper cover that didnt fit. (See pics) I called them out on this and they kept my car an additional week.Next attempt to get me to accept my vehicle, the bumper cover fit better but wasnt attached to the car behind the wheels and the corner pieces were flopping around and in no way attached to the cover. They managed to fix that the same day and I accepted the car.Now, upon further inspection, I have discovered that the bumper mounts they replaced have not been painted to match. While this is not readily visible, it is still a sign of shoddy workmanship.I cannot advise anyone take their car here for repair.The photographs truly speak for themselves.

I had a great experience working with Joe Hudsons. They were very understanding of my situation after my car accident, and fit me in as quickly as possible (same day!) into their schedule for an insurance inspection. They went above and beyond in terms of communication and professionalism, ensuring that I knew everything that was going on. I never felt the least bit rushed or hurried whether in person or on the phone. I felt like they truly wanted to make the process as seamless as possible for me. Outstanding Body Shop. Keep you up-to-date on the progress of your vehicle. You know exactly when your vehicle will be done. Very professional work. My truck was in an accident they not only repaired that but touched up some spots that were there before the accident. Overall I was staying in service and friendly personnel thank you.

So happy with the service at Joe Hudson Collision Center in Madison. They repaired my vehicle quickly and kept me informed of their progress through text messages. At no time, did I wonder what was happening with my vehicle. They are friendly and professional and did an awesome job!

They repaired my complete front bumper in one day which was great for not having to pay for a car rental service for very long. Their work was superb, looked brand new again!

After having my new Sequoia for only a month, I had a little incident wt my lift gate and the garage door got a little tangled up. It wasn’t major damage, but it sure felt like it!!I dropped my car off and three days later I got it back good as new!!!..AND it was spotless!!!Everyone there was super helpful, very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car everyday!!I will definitely use them again...although I hope I don’t need too :)

Very good service.

They were very easy to work with and accommodating. They made sure my rental schedule was synced with their work schedule. They send you email updates on the progress of your car and answered any questions I had. I was given a lifetime warranty (non-transferable) on their work. I like that I can trust the paint job and other work will hold up or be fixed.

I brought my A4 in for repairs since the dealership doesnt have a body shop. Mark and Brandon provided a fantastic customer service experience and I couldnt be more pleased with the process and end product. They took the time to order the correct color and shade of paint for my car instead of throwing some red paint on the car. The manager also remembered us talking weeks in advance about minor details in my car. All the employees were kind and they all took the time to make sure everything met my needs. My car came out looking basically brand new. Thanks to them. And if I ever have any car issues I plan to go to them again!

Each experience is different. I hope yours is better than mine. I chose them based on the reviews but after I had my car worked on, I spoke with others that had similar experiences. It began unprofessionally. They had my car for 3 or 4 days and did not call. However, when I called them, they said they didnt know they had the work order from insurance but it was in my car. I didnt find them to be nice until I told them about their attitudes which did get better. On to the actual work, it took them 2 weeks on a 4 day job (according to insurance). This caused confusion with insurance. When I finally got my car back, it wasnt fixed. I was told by them to take it to a mechanic by one of the employees because JH is a body shop. I took it to a dealership which advised me JH did not properly attach hoses. They admitted fault and fixed the problem. However, other things that were not wrong, are now wrong. Insurance wouldnt cover it because the adjuster said it wasnt likely to happen in the accident, which only leaves me to believe it happened at JH. This has been going on since February and I finally finished in May. I had to spend additional time and money on something that was not my fault. This is the same thing I was told from others after leaving them. Before going there, get another opinion from a certified professional. I will say, at least they tried to fix the problems. I just think they may have cost me more than I should have paid. Also, they have lifetime warranties on their work.

Had to bring my car back for leaking caused by the wreak. Took forever to get it all fixed. Disappointed.

Took my car to get my car looked at. The guy was nice and friendly. However, the next day after receiving the estimate in an email, my husband called to ask questions about the estimate and the guy was extremely rude and said if we didnt like the estimate we could take our business else where! Excuse us for asking questions about what is going to be done to OUR CAR that WE PAY FOR!!! So we WILL be taking our business else where!!

It appears that my original review has been repressed.See silver car in photos, they speak for themselves.Owners response is inaccurate, Ive never filed a claim nor had insurance with Geico. Nor was my vehicle involved in more than one accident. He obviously has me confused with another unhappy client.

UPDATE: since posting the stuff below, we’ve been told it would be ready twice and guess what? Not ready and no return calls or notifications this time. Just awful.So far we are not very impressed. Our daughter was in a fender bender in our Fision. They told us it would be a month before they could get to our car and that it would be a five day repair. We were ok with that. Everyone was helpful and nice and communication was good. Once we took the car in and paid the $500 deductible, it all changed. The five day repair turned into a two week repair. Then two weeks turned to 2 1/2. The 2 1/2 has now turned to 3 1/2. They have not communicated at all. We had to call and wait for a call back that was never same day. We are so over this. I understand back orders and such but this is getting ridiculous. They said the original delay was a backordere part. Now they aren’t saying why.
