I just got the interior of my SUV detailed by Omar at 608motorsports in Sun Prairie. Omar did a phenomenal job!!! My car was covered in dog hair, dirt, dog snot marks all over the windows, muddy paw prints on my leather seats and console, mulch, grass clippings, food particles, and the occasional coffee or soda spills. It was a dirty, gross, smelly mess!!!608motorsports provided excellent customer service, they were friendly, fast and very thorough. I have very high standards from being a health inspector and they far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right! I feel like i have a brand NEW vehicle! 608 Motorsports motto, (Car enthusiasts for the car enthusiast) cannot ring any more truer. I have had several custom requests for service and Omar and his crew has exceeded my expectations to the point that as a perfectionist who would rather do the work myself has no reservations making an appointment or just stopping by and leaving my vehicle there. They did some minor body work from a hit and run, detailed 2 step paint protection and I couldnt have been more pleased, installed a front and rear dash cam, and for Christmas I got a stainless steel gas cap and bug shield. I drove right there and asked them to install it. They took their time and made sure the cap aligned just perfectly. I had trouble with my tailgate latch and stopped there on my day off. I offered to leave my truck there and p/u around 6pm. Omar got his staff on it while I was waiting to be picked up by my wife. All of a sudden they came in and said I was good to go. They cleaned and greased the cables but I will need to buy new at some point. I called my wife and cancelled the ride I needed. Just incredible what these guys can and do what they do. They are more than fair and 608 gained a customer for life! I have more work coming their way thats for sure! BTW: I have never done a review before, thats how much I trust 608 Motorsports. I cant say enough about the service and the sales!

Had a very bad experience at this dealership...worst Ive had in my many years of buying (many) cars. If you seek a snobby boutique atmosphere and want to be treated like YOU ARE LUCKY to be there...then, maybe this place is for you.Asked to see one of their cars that I had been researching the previous week. The salesman did not want me to open it myself and pulled the keys away from me as I reached for them. I then asked if I could start it, to cool it down (It was a sunny 90 degree day and the black interior precluded comfortable inspection of the interior of the car). When I reached for the keys, he actually pulled them away, AGAIN, and started the car himself! (BTW this was not an exotic vehicle... it was a $16K car! ).Furthermore, salesman seemed far more interested in talking than listening.I suspect he judged me either as not being able to afford the vehicle...or not being a worthy prospective member of the performance car club. I assure you that I am a very well qualified buyer...and was prepared to drive that car away, same day, if it had checked out.They likely dont care that they lost my sale. The car will sell. There will be someone who WILL feel fortunate to be allowed to purchase their vehicle.

I have never been to a dealer like this. They were more than happy to help me with every obstacle and question I had. I ended spending over 5 hours there but they never stop helping. These are not your typical used car salesman. They love their company and they love their cars. Scott helped me and made the experience really smooth. I love my new jeep and I am forever a client.

Sort of skeptical because of the percent of 5 start reviews on here which seem fake, but I went into the store a few times. I agree with Marks review; the employees seemed judgmental and a bit annoyed I was there. They were all sitting at desks doing other things, so they may be nice to do online work with (because they might be focused on that), but they definitely did not seem friendly or willing to let me inspect the vehicles thoroughly myself.

Also, during my visual inspection of the car I noticed that it had summer tires on it, so 608Motorsports called up Discount Tire and ordered me new snow tires so I could make it home safely 2 hours north in the snow storm. Ill admit that I was skeptical selling a car out of state, especially since the communication came through Craiglist, but Bobbe made the process quick and easy. We first spoke on Tuesday, had the funds transferred on Wednesday, and the car was picked up Thursday. Bobbe was very reachable and helped me through the process, and everything worked out great.

I traded my 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8 to 608 Motorsports and they helped me source a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that wasnt in their inventory at the time. Communication was excellent with everyone there, and it seemed as if they were working as a team to get all of the moving parts to fit together smoothly. They provided a CarFax for the car I traded and the Jeep I bought without charge, and without me asking for it.
