Very well organized and clear about cart sanitation. Friendly staff. Always great prices. Also, they almost always have a great gluten free section full of freezer meals, comes in very handy for last minute lunch or dinner in a pinch.Besides Costco, Grocery Outlet is my go to for groceries.

I like this store it’s also great if your on a budget! But the selections are not to big they might also have something one week but then the next it’s gone the staff is friendly the lines go pretty fast and it’s fairly clean for as busy as it gets they have good prices on the pack of chicken legs and the juices are reasonably priced just sometimes like I said they will be out of certain things which is ok if your looking for affordable this is the spot especially if you got kids and gotta keep snack around for them

Had an issue with buying a broken pizza stone. At first the woman who helped me over the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone. I left feedback on grocery outlets website and within one day I received a response! The owner of the location personally reached out to me. She was incredibly helpful and looked up my order information. She verified the purchase, talked to the person who I spoke with over the phone and let her know how to better assist the next guest, and told me I could exchange the broken pizza stone the very next day. I went in today and spoke with the owner who personally handed me the new pizza stone and a voucher for $3 of my next purchase. She thanked me for being a returning guest and was so nice!! Definitely an awesome experience and I appreciate how she went above and beyond to help me!

Not only are prices very manageable for families on a tight budget, they are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. If its not on the shelf they will check the back to see if its come in on the last shipment. The staff are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend it.

I honestly love this store. It has great if not the same price as any other premium good store in town. During the holidays the deals are amazing and fit perfectly into my strict budget. Stuffing turkey cranberry sauce.and easy snacks for myself and the kids for low prices. The owner is a genuinely great guy. You wont regret going to this grocery outlet. I promise.

Its like a bargain basement Tahoe Joes. Lots of organic products at a decent price. Considering what Grocery Outlet is, they have a very extensive selection of bacon--at great prices--and cheese, also at great prices. I was really surprised. They also have a great selection of produce, which also surprised me. Overall, I think its a great little grocery store.

Love this store. They have a lot of specialty products at great prices. Come here to stock up on quality snacks and cereals for the pantry. They have a lot of the limited edition and specialty products that come out seasonally or as part of promotions so you have to grab them when you see them otherwise they will be gone the next time you are there.

The variety of foods is great, you can try foods you have wanted to try but couldnt afford. Here you can afford them

The store Ive been shopping at twice is nice. The staff is courteous and very helpful. You dont need a discount card. It seems reasonably priced compared to other stores.Its a clean store. Shelves are a little crowded, but clean. Its fairly well organized. But remember whats on the shelf is whats in the store.

I want to thank the employees of Grocery Outlet for their excellent customer service. Our cell phone was lost and they found it and called me. Thumbs up!! Their quick response was appreciated.

Prices are inflated and they sell products that are past their sell by date. Some items are a savings but most are just as high as regular supermarketSome items are HIGHER at this store than regular grocery store. Need to be an informed shopper or else you will be paying higher prices here

The employees more than helpful...............produce section costs = highway robbery. Nothing sold by the pound, sold individually...........example....1 nite there started to buy 2 tomatoes, no way would I, purchase 2 for a dollar (werent very big nor ripe). Have found some good bargains on wines in particular, when on sale, but as a whole, I will continue MAJOR SHOPPING at a GROCERY MARKET - FAR GREATER SELECTION ON FOOD, ETC.,.

Easy to find what I wanted. First cashier not friendly and quite abrupt. Second ended up friendly enough over the course of checkout. I would still, however, go back for the wine selection.

I usually find more than enough stuff to take home. Heads up on the sale prices and expiration dates. Sometimes they dont have enough cashiers or the cashiers are very slow.
