Save Mart closes at 10 pm. Nope this Save Mart closes early if they want to. I come here pretty much every night, however that will change. I came here for 1 thing, was here before 10 & was told, no we are closed. What great customer service Save Mart. Now im going across town cause you closed early

Clean and good fresh produce. I always get my meats there especially when they have the 5 for $25

My local market is in my neighborhood and a big factor in my shopping trips. Store is clean! Staff courteous and helpful. I appreciate the healthy food choices available. Always a pleasure to shop there.

They make yummy Chester Chicken and potato logs here. My late Father loved it so much hed make the long trip to Maderas second Save Mart on Country Club Drive. I called the Howard Ave. location first and their chicken fryer was broken. I think this store barely started making fried chicken. But anyway the second store had freshly made chicken. Got call the deli first to check for availability.

Madera Savemart is great. It is clean, the employees are always willing to help and they always have good product selection. Im always able to find product here, that I cant find at other grocers in town. During the pandemic they have been one step ahead of their competitors in handling business and Im sure they will be after. I recommend this place even if people say its a bit more pricey. Its worth the extra pay for a better shopping environment!

The store is clean and the clerks are always friendly. The prices are a bit steep. But the sales are priced to where I can afford it. Ive also seen products that are not offered anywhere else. The overall rating is a great place to shop.

Usually just go for the fresh vegetables they have but ended up going with a couple two litters and chips as well today.

They have most everything you need. (Unless you cook traditional German food).Always polite and friendly staff to help.

Shelves were poorly stocked. The SaveMart on Cleveland is much better stocked

Employees are not wearing masks. Bathroom has broken paper towel dispenser, just a roll of uncovered paper towels. When theres a virus with fecal-oral transmission and a toilet without a lid, the paper towels become a disease vector. This store needs to do a better job of protecting employees and by extension customers

The lady given out the wings in the back got upset because I wanted fresh wings in the back where she is working and getting paid to do. Throwing her gloves down and slamming things around. Very disrespectful.Her co-worker Lisa came over and she was very nice and professional. I will try the one on Howard road moving forward.No one deserves to be treated like this. I almost lost it

Not every item available in store those are on sale specially. On asking several employees, I had to hear that they have not seen the item on sale for last couple of months.

I have asked numerous times for a certain flavor of Kombucha and they never order it for me. Sometimes their prices are decent. I really only come here to see Keith. Hes amazing.

Jusr recently started buying stuff from there and the quality of the meats and such is pretty good. The cashier with the beard is a good dude! Guys working in the meat dept. are very helpful.

They need to work on the smell. It hits you right in the face when you walk in the store. It smells like sour meat thats gone bad. The service is great. Everyting else is pretty good except the floors and inside walls need a overhaul.

Great customer service... But the store is a bit warm!? A/C not working properly? It is usually very nice in there, but the last two times I have shopped, it has been pretty uncomfortable!???

Keith is the most disrespectful employee there! He is not SaveMart worthy and is very rude. I don’t understand why SaveMart keeps him around.

They really try to know their customers and remember current events in their live.

Excessive in cost but convenience and quality is good, for a local smile. I would shop here if i did not care about spending money wastefully. Yet they say time is money and they are everywhere you go at least in Fresno Madera and Clovis.

Checker was very polite, slightly overwhelmed because other employees were screwing around instead of working. We bagged our own groceries. So much rotten produce. Empty shelves. Store looks/feels/smells neglected.

Good selection and clean isles.Cashiers and staff are friendly. I wish theyd do away with their stamp and coupon programs. It just slows the checkout line down.Parking area is very busy on the weekends and after 4pm.

Customer service is not what it use to be I just experienced an unusual situation after I shopped for some milk for my daughter pancake mix bag of salad I proceeded to the cashier to find him talking excessively with one of the other customers he was ringing up then he begins to rind up 4 ears of corn for 1$ the customer walks out and the cashier hands me the receipt like I brought the corn needless to say he proceeded to ring up my order and put it in one bag and said be careful the bag may be heavy I kindly ask can you double the back and the cashier put my purchase In two separate bags so I took my purchase out I doubled the bags and place my purchase in the doubles bags I said maybe they should of left you as a bagger cause its not that freaking hard and then he kicked me out the store my or none of my family friends will ever shop here again thinking about protesting out front of the store once the heat dies down!!!!!!

Went to the Deli for a sandwich and it was delicious! A very nice lady prepared it.

The staff at this store on Country Club are the most friendly, helpful employees I have encountered in quite a while.I have been to other Save Marts and they dont come close to the customer service at this location.

I avoid this store if I can. A few of the staff are friendly, but overall there are too many negatives. Lines are always too long, and a lot of customers use Wic which makes the waiting even longer. The store is not clean and its very difficult to get help. If I want to go to Save Mart I go to the one at Howard Road.

The store was ok but when I went outside a homeless man was taken a shower with just shorts on with his hands in his pants

Pretty good, I gave 5 since the manager fixed an issue. I went for Moneygram Savemart closed an hour early although I was there 10 min before they shouldve closed. 😡 upset I called Savemart telling them they closed moneygram too early she said she was unaware they were supposed to keep it open till that time asked me to come back in and she would do the moneygram right then and did. Grateful because I really needed my money that night... I needed to pay rent, but more importantly, I needed my fountain soda cigarettes and icecrean mmm lol
