I brought my car in for an issue I am having with it. I am a mechanic and had brought it into another mechanic previously to give me an estimate. I was told it was a completely different issue which has nothing to do with the reason I brought it in. I just paid only the diagnostic fee and will take it elsewhere. The employee I was dealing with on the phone was named Edwin. He was very polite and helpful but the tech who I didnt speak to personally did not seem to want to fix the part I wanted fixed but instead an unrelated to the problem part which was at least double the money.

This place was quick inexpensive and worthwhile! The customer service was outstanding and the individuals doing the job go the extra mile for you to be satisfied with their services. I shopped around not only in Madera but everywhere around the Central valley these guys beat everybody by 40 bucks and had my tires on in 30 minutes the lady that answers the phone supposedly is the inventory/appointment department and set you up the appointments they said they had tires in stock when I went down there they didnt so their inventory is all jacked up they really need to fix it since my tires werent there the guy ordered them from Fresno I believe they were there in a few hours got put on even upgraded me to better tires for the same price way to go Bud

I went here for tire replacement. Conveniently for them, my TPMS was broken on the same day and I still have the tire warning light on to this day. Thats why 2 out of 3 automotive services customers dont trust you because of this. You fix something and then you break something so that we will keep spending.At the same branch on the same day I also had an alignment done and they couldnt produce that sheet showing the result of the alignment. Do you know what it means to a customer? That NOTHING was done! So they had to make an excuse to drive it to another branch and have the alignment done there with the report sheet.

I had heard good things about American Tire Depot and originally I had went to the store on south D. But for some reason they skipped me in line to wait on someone else so I left there and went to the one on Cleveland Ave. The customer service was excellent. The prices were good and the service was quick.

USED TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER BUT NOT ANYMORE.I walked in for an appt to get tires and was given a firm quote. When I left to say I would think about it, I called over the telephone later the same day to get a quote . And they gave me a very high quote than originally quoted, then was given an apology because they didn’t know it was me over the phone and thought it was a different customer. That is not right. All customers should be treated equal. One customer shouldn’t get better prices over others! My sister went there twice to get her struts and shocks checked and they quoted her a hug amount. She went to West Coast tire and they told her nothing was wrong with her struts!!! No longer a loyal customer to American tire depot. I’m appalled

Terrible organization. I have been trying to get my tires rotated for about one month now. Everytime I go in they say give us some time. Today I got there at 4:30, they close up at 6. I told the guy I would wait. Then he began making excuses about an appointment he had with another customer. I made it in way before closing, there is no excuse to tell a customer you cannot rotate tires, which doesnt take but less than 15 minutes. Will no longer purchase any tires from this organization.

The manager deserves a raise.***updateJust when I thought that this place had great customer service, I find out that they filled my tires with regular air when I was charged for nitrogen. My tire pressure indicator keeps telling me that I need to add air to my tires when the temperature drops.

I had made an appointment at discount tire in Fresno and when the time came they called and said my tires didn’t come in so I called American tire depot who also didn’t have my tires but the person I spoke with Edwin said that they could go get them so I could have them that day needless to say a few hours later I had all 4 new tires and they even put tire shine and cleaned my rims which was a small but noticeable gesture which I appreciated and now they have all my tire business

Went in asked for quote on an alignment for my 2017 Accord, the gentleman in the front desk was very knowledgeable and quoted me a great price compared to other big name wheel/tire shops, I told him about my concerns, he checked them out and assured me he would take care of it. He asked me to allow him and his staff an hr or so. Long story short, i came back alignment was done concerns addressed and he even reset my tire pressure light and showed me how to do it. Service was friendly and courteous. Had a TPMS replaced. Not too long of a wait. I had bought four tires in March. Service was good at that time so I decided to return for above service.

I love this place. Their prices are always good and fair. I check what parts cost on Rock Auto. So I asked whether we could come close to or better on parts. Labor is always fair. I once went to a Pep boys to get an alternator and have it installed. They tried to tell me it took two hours labor. This was on a Honda Civic hatchback. The alternator is right on top. I am no mechanic and it took me 15 minutes. So I knew they were trying to cheat me.American Tire Depot had to do the alternator on my Ford Escape 2005. I couldnt even find it. They put the vehicle up on the lift and showed me where it was. It was on the passenger side under the exhaust manifold and between the axle. So they did have to remove both to do the job. But they were honest unlike Los Chicos De Pep.They just did my brakes and the price was very fair. They have put my Hankook tires on and had matched the price Americas tire had. I have had great friendly service here and I highly recommend this location. I did go to the Fresno location on Shaw. All I needed was air in my tires. I had to wait to be told where to put the car. Then no one came out. After a while I left. So go to the Madera American tires on Cleveland. They are excellent. Avoid the Fresno branch. They were rude.
