When I pulled up into the Penske today I didnt know what I was going to expect but, as the day rolled on I, must say that I was very impressed with the staff especially the Technician named Maurice. He took his time, & troubleshoot everything, & fixed what need to be done. He even stayed after his shift was up to make sure that he could get me rolling as fast as he could, & he saw to just that. I must say you dont find many people anymore that takes pride in their job as this young man displayed in front of me today. So in my own words I recommend him for head Technician with a large pay increase. With that all said & done may God continue to bless you.

If I could give no stars I would. I never made it to the pricing Mike was so rude over the phone I hung up and will never do business with this company. Learn some basic manners.I read some more reviews...it seems Mike has a long history of being rude and unpleasant to customers. I rarely remember names, but this one sticks because of just how shocked I was at the way he spoke to a potential customer.

At first I really liked them, we based our whole business model around working with them. Everything was great until the day came to put the deposit down on the tractor and trailer. The original deposit they quoted us was apparently no longer valid even though I had made sure over and over and over again that that was going to be the amount. I was then told I needed an additional $2,500 on top of an additional $400 per week for the rental. Using those numbers we would have been bankrupt within three months. I get that prices change, but if you tell a customer that theyre going to pay a certain amount, you better be willing to back it up. As far as the actual workers go, theyre great and I wish the rest of the company reflected that.

Fuel island is fast here. I pulled in & the were on it before I could read my mileage to give them. Very friendly staff. It is a challenge to get back out of with a big rig. Traffic is bad & people wont let you out. But its just because of where it sits.

Mike and the customer service he showed, has won my moving and logistics business. Ill always contact Penske..

Our first truck broke down, but penske made it right. They gave us a free day pulse hired a moving company to move out belongings. The customer service was outstanding, from the people doing the phones, the mechanic, the movers and the guys at the truck yard everyone went above and beyond! The new truck is running great, I will definitely use them again!

Very poor service for this being my first time trying too rent from this location with front desk representative Micheal. Michael is very unprofessional and does not take his time with customers over the phone. He’s very rude, dishonest, and shouts out at you with a unprofessional tone of voice. I felt very verbal abuse by him over the phone without an explanation! I will not be doing business with this location and if I was you I would run like hell from this location!!!!

I just spoke with the Penske representative, Michael Richardson. He gave me OUTSTANDING customer service. He was extremely professional and he offered me the best value possible. Mr. Richardson didnt hurry me along to get to another call. He spent the right amount of time listening to me and my travel plans. I really feel that he gave me the best possible price he could offer. He assured me that I would have a great riding truck and I would make it to my destination. Thanks for the GREAT customer service. I am looking forward to meeting Michael Richardson in person.

Have to stand in the fuel island the whole time they are repairing the truck. Drivers are treated like plague rats.

The Pio Nono Penske was one of the best experiences Ive had. I renting a truck back in Pennsylvania to move my family to Georgia. The original experience wasnt pleasant but Michael at Pio Nono Penske made everything better. He told me he would make everything right and that he did. I walked away knowing Ill rent from them again.

Ill never use Uhaul again! The very best truck service for moving. Clean, undamaged truck. Very competent Staff. Great rates! No more Uhaul! Recommend Penske!

After driving about 4hrs into my 17 1/2 hr drive my AC compressor blew. I had to drive about 80 miles with no ac and the heat outside in the high 90s. By the time I got to them I was a sweaty mess and my dog was over heating. They were all so amazing once I got there. They let me use the locker room to tidy myself up and got my dog and I water. They didnt have the part on site so one of the guys rushed out before another placed closed to get it. They brought me to a nearby hotel and continued to work for 4 hours and after closing they called to tell me they fixed it and brought me the truck. Wow such amazing service here I wish more places were like these guys. A++ They rocked and made a bad experience extremely smooth. Thank you to everyone who was so nice!

These folks were very Professional. From the lady at the front desk to the service dept to the Tech that did the work. Great job.

Terrible customer service. Didnt have my rental ready until an hour and a half after reservation time. The rep was extremely rude, made inappropriate comments, and she gave me a non-working number when I asked for a district manager to contact. Her name was Sydney, and youll find that she gave this location a 5 star review. Sydney told me that she had her guys leaving right this moment to get it. 30 minutes later, two guys drive off in an SUV. An hour later, those two guys return with the trucks and that SUV in tow. If they werent leaving for 30 minutes, then just tell the truth! After the truck finally arrives, they forgot to give me the furniture pads that I had requested. When it was all said and done, I lost more money on having my movers sit around than Penske offered to compensate me.Edit 8-20-16: After reaching out to Penske via social media, they have made significant efforts to correct the customer service issues. I wont change my review score, but I would like any readers to know that Penske listens.

Everyone that works here is incredibly professional and helpful. Would recommend.

My company has brought our Penske lease trucks to this location to get repaired and ever since taking them to them they can’t get the problems fixed all they now how to do is clear a DTC and kick the truck back to the guy who brought it in hoping it will make it far enough up the road to be the next Penske locations problem !Bye the way the service manager Mike at Macon ga Pio Nono locates is a good helpfull guy! But the fat lard ass that talks down to people like they are complete and utter morons bye the name of Dennis which I assume he’s a shop super visor or service manager need to has his ass reamed bye upper management, he wears a light blue shirt and sits at the check in computer! All Dennis seems to worry about is what is the next food item he can stuff in his mouth and how many cigarettes he can smoke, while brushing you off with I don’t know nothing! Same thing with the other mechanics no one knows what repairs were done to what truck and can’t ever give you a answer to what was the issue in the first place!Your check in computer idea is great if they would actually read the god damn complaints but they don’t! You people need to worry less about the way the exterior of your shop looks and focus on getting the damn trucks fixed! End of my rant! Pissed off comercial trucker!
