Ms. Shannon was phenomenal and took care of me from paperwork, check-in and even gave me tips and information about the Macon area! I really appreciate her professionalism and positivity. She made my storage experience feel super secure and trust worthy! Please dont go anywhere but here if you can! You will have peace of mind!

I’ve had the worst experience with this place. I was expecting a level of professionalism and cleanliness. Unfortunately this was not the case. The first month had a problem with debris getting into the unit from it not being sealed. Spoke with Shannon and was not very helpful. Thought it was fixed but go and check on it again and the condition has gotten worse! More debris has gotten in and there is an infestation of ants and rats with droppings all over my belongings. Talked to the front desk and they can’t seem to offer any help. Worst storage unit I’ve ever rented. Units are terrible would not recommend

The storage unit rental was very easy, and the process / procedures were thoroughly explained by the property manager, Shannon.

I have been a customer for years and I am fed up with the conditions of this location. One door has been inoperable for months and is boarded up due to an ongoing argument about who is going to pay for it. The other door, although I was told it had been fixed, never works. Therefore, if the office is not open, you cannot access your unit(s). The manager is always sympathizing but nothing ever gets done! Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I dont even give it 1 Star! It would not let me post unless I did so
