Picking up girl Scout cookies we had ordered. Of the 41 cases we ordered, they only had 12 of one flavor. I could see cases of the other cookies we ordered, but they would not give them to me. Poor planning if they gave our order to other people.

My move was great from start to finish. George was great with the estimate and binder. Tina was extremely helpful getting things moving. Demetrius was great with pickup (to include packing and disassembly) and delivery and setup. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great experience and a fair price. Thanks again !!

Awsome service, very friendly and helpful! My favorite part is the Labyrinth inside, I think I got lost in there for a couple of days once. Ohh and Im pretty sure thats where they keep the Lost Ark at, reason I believe is I think I saw Indiana Jones creeping around in there. Anyways I didnt have enough time to find out but Ill definitely be back! Definitely deserves 5 stars though

Good friendly people very helpful

After receiving two other quotes, we decided to hire this moving company (we liked John Galloway). Were off to a rotten start:Day One: EIGHT minutes before the packers were to arrive, I received a call from Tara coldly informing me that the packers were not going to come today. Note, this was to be a two day pack and we arranged our lives around this today. Tara was completely unapologetic about this major change of plans and when I pushed her, she finally said I apologize for the driver (the customer views this as one company!). Will continue to chronicle my experience, but so far it looks like I should have paid more attention to some of the reviews below.Day Two: Two different companies called to set up appointments to crate. One thought 5 items were to be crated, including washer and dryer (they are not even going). The other company was surprised to hear another company had already been contracted to crate. After calling AC White, they called me back to apologize. They were very nice and professional. It wasnt even their double booking error! Didnt hear a thing from AC White. And certainly not an apology.More Day Two: Packers finally arrived. The first thing they said was they thought it was a two day pack. They didnt even know it was a one day pack. They had no idea what happened to delay our pack yesterday and claim a driver delay shouldnt have anything to do with when/how long they pack. The communication on this so far is atrocious.More Day Two: ?

Excellent job. Very accommodating to our requests. A full load, two days to load and one to unload. Workers and driver were very professional, would definitely use them again.
