They literally told us to go to Dairy Queen. If you can’t handle a little bit of stress you shouldn’t work here. They were freaking out because they weren’t stocked up on things they needed and complaining about being there

Im a regular here and its my favorite Starbucks (although technically its Kroger, not Starbucks). The staff are always welcoming, friendly, hard-working, and have great customer service skills. They make it a point to get to know you and try to remember your name and your drink. The coffee is always top quality and they are always happily willing to make it right if there was a mistake made (which rarely happens). Their manager is also friendly, hard-working, and is great at customer service. She expects it done right, but leads with a positive attitude. I highly recommend this location and will continue to be a regular for a while!

This location never has any food! I come by every morning for an iced coffee and they never have anything to eat. Kroger/Starbucks needs to do better.

Having a Starbucks inside of a Kroger is so convenient! Its nice that your purchases go towards your Kroger Plus card points. I pay with my phone and use Starbucks cards. Prior to COVID I liked to land here sometimes while kids were at practice to work or read. Nice staff.

Phenomenal staff and worth the trip. This location is located inside of a Krogers but it is very clean and well kept. If youre in the area, give this Starbucks a shot!

This is the most terrible service at any Starbucks I have ever seen. The young lady who took my order was great and had good customer. However the one who maid the order complete my Iced latte incorrectly then when I ask can you please add the whipped cream she literally sprayed a dot of it in my cup. I was literally and so to “Keep my composure” I walked away and gave my husband the cup to ask her and have him handle. To my surprise this women literally put the whipped cream in a tiny cup!! Instead of just offering to remake it or or spray on top. Do to Covid I would think just remaking the item correctly, in my opinion I just paid $7 for a drink that is not to my liking. Yet now I have to drive 5 more hours to Orlando with this terrible excuse for a Starbucks drink!!! Here’s my suggestion that customer service needs to be address for those making the drinks or a redo of training.

This Starbucks sucks.. not worth the time nor money as an actual Starbucks store.. the staff is rude, and all my drinks where wrongly made.. if they don’t have everything they should let the customer know before the purchase.

Worst location. Been here a few times and always had a bad experience. First time I went I ordered a caramel Frappuccino no whip cream and the girl who took my order was the same person that made my drink. While I was waiting for my drink I seen that she was about to add whip so I had to tell her I said no whip and she claims that I didnt tell her even though the person I went with heard me say it.The last time I went I ordered the same thing and they still put whip again and the guy behind me got his drink before me and I finally see them start making mine after he already got his. And also I used my stars to get a free drink and the lady took my stars for the free drink plus the remaining balance I had on my Starbucks card.

I stopped in on my way from Tennessee to Florida. My barista was very welcoming and friendly. He crafted my drink exactly the way I requested it. Also, the display of mugs, tumblers and coffees were well put together. I highly recommend this Starbucks inside of Kroger.

It is not convenient for travelers, there is no drive through. It is not a Starbucks. The location is a Kroger that sells Starbucks products from a kiosk. Do not come here expecting to find a Starbucks cafe.

I love the convenience of a Kroger Starbucks! The staff is incredible they are very nice and so helpful!! They answer any question and tell me about some drinks that I might like and would want to maybe try!!

Terrible service came in for a Large Salted Carmel Mocha Frappuccino, not a half of cup of Mocha with whipped cream on top. And when I questioned one of the employees about how dark it was his response was sir I didnt make it waste of time and money. Never again.

The staff is friendly, but half the time they are out of the ingredients for a pink drink. Monday they were out of coconut milk and the strawberry refresher. Wednesday they had everything. Thursday they were out of strawberry refresher.

Slowest service I’ve ever had and it’s always the same guy. I don’t understand why this location would continually put their slowest employee on the line instead of someone who actually knows the recipes and can make orders in a timely fashion.
