Staff was great, the place was clean, and the selection was above average. I had a single pecan wedding cookie and a cappuccino. The cookie was amazing and the coffee hit the spot.Definitely a place to stop by if youre downtown. Remember, on those hot days, they have ice cream as well.

Ive only tried this places macarons but between the calm ambience and the friendly wait staff, this bakery is a nice place to meet with friends or get some work done. According to my companions their gelato is also the best theyve ever tasted!

This is our go-to place for dessert and coffee. The best coffee in Macon! Hands down. The desserts are ALL good. We try different ones when we go. The macaroons are our favorite. Never been disappointed. They also have tasty doggy treats...my dog has never had a complaint either.

First time back since the pandemic. There is free parking directly in front for up to 1 hr. The Irish Cream cold brew & breakfast croissant were delish. Super friendly staff. I thought it was funny that they have a sign outside written in cursive. For a place that attracts mainly millennials & younger, it might as well have been written in Chinese! 😅

It was my best friends 49th birthday and I was very pleased to see how well they treated us as guests of a small party of eight. I appreciate it the customer service from the ladies there and my best friend enjoyed herself tremendously. And my Waffle was delicious and so was her cake. Cute place and a big variety of pastries. Coffee was disappointing though; my decaf latte tasted like watery milk and almost no coffee. Lemon bar was tough to cut through. Cannoli was good, and the service is sweet. I miss Taste and See’s coffee and atmosphere next door!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. So far everything weve tried has been absolutely delicious, but our favorite, by far, is the coffee. This quickly became our favorite spot for coffee from the first sip. We love it here and will probably stop by today as soon as theyre open!

I almost walked out except I know its good coffee! Customer service this visit was horrible. Employees stood around taking to themselves, no acknowledgement. Had to jump up and wave my arms to get their attention to which their response was what.

Good place for coffee and desserts (of which there is a large selection). I had a latte and creme brulee on this visit and was very happy with both. Theres also free WiFi if you want to get some work done while you are there.

$5.09 for a cold cup of coffee (I didn’t even order a cold brew) all because you add 2 “shots” of espresso…overpriced and overrated.

I like the place itself. Its very nice inside and cool for an afternoon date of 1-2 people.Now, I ordered the red velvet Gelato and a slice of red velvet cake.It was a bit pricey. I could understand if the quality of ingredients were topnotch, but the Gelato and cake didnt taste like it to me.The red velvet icecream tasted like hot coco or boxed brownie mix with color added.The red velvet cake was a good size and the cake was moist;however, it didnt have any umph. The frosting had too much confection sugar with no vanilla flavoring and the cake itself had a weird after taste. The food coloring may be the culprit. It may be an oiled based cake, meaning no butter was used.My favorite cake is red velvet, so thats why I reviewed it so strongly.

Love this place! It has a nice quiet atmosphere during the day perfect for studying or bringing a friend to hang out. You cant go wrong with anything you order here. My favorite dessert is the chocolate cake but for lunch the chicken salad is off the charts and Im picky about chicken salad. I recommend this place.

While the atmosphere and customer service is top notch, the baked goods are the best that Ive ever had! This is the only place that I order cakes for birthdays and special occasions along with just stopping in regularly for a tasty treat or to curb my sweet tooth. The Cookies & Cream cake is hands down my favorite!!

Good coffee, decadent desserts. I tried the turtle cheesecake and the pecan roll. Both were absolutely delicious. Its not cheap, but it sure is good.

Fantastic experience. Best coffee Ive had in a long time. I came in for breakfast first and the young lady behind the counter convinced me to come back for the turtle cheesecake. Came back and was treated by the owner...super nice women and her husband is very funny. Love this place!

Coming from another city out of town expecting an experience that met the standards of their Google reviews was severely disappointed substandard desserts but most of all the quality of service was the biggest disappointment of all wishing people could treat others with respect regardless of their nationality and race or where theyre from or what their accent sounds like.

The name Decadent is appropriate. The food was sinfully good. The place was clean, nicely decorated and gave a welcoming feeling when you walked in. The staff is very friendly and helped us make an appropriate selection. We had the chocolate chip cookie in a skillet with ice cream. It was outstanding and enough for two people. We had a cup of their regular coffee which had a good flavor. The restrooms were clean We will be back.

Was my first time in, and all I can say is wow. So many desserts to choose from. I had the donut hole skillet and the wedding cake latte which both were amazing. Best latte ever!! The owner even came by our table to check on us and thanked us for coming in. Would highly recommend!

I have never wrote a review before however I felt I needed to after I went to this place. It was delicious! I got their cheesecake and being from New York I set some high standards for a good piece of cheesecake. It was excellent! The staff were nice and friendly which is a plus for me. Will def come back when I am in the area again.

Great location to meet with friends. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. It has a great atmosphere. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

Fantastic dessert bar! The creme Brulee is beyond good and you have to try a slice of their cake! Ive been in for breakfast unbeatable. Chatted with the owner while they made my coffee and he is extremely kind. All the staff is on point and keeps me laughing when I go in.

Came here one morning for breakfast before heading to work and I will definitely be back! I had a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and it was soo good! Nice place, cool furniture. Deserts look great but I was in for a coffee. Most expensive Americano I have ever ordered, and on the lower side of quality. Think this is more of a sugary syrup latte place. So if that is your thing probably a good spot, but I won’t be coming back for espresso again.

While they do have a variety of desserts, you never know if theyll have what you want when you go (because they cycle though/switch out there desserts very frequently). The beverage I got wasnt that great, tasted like something I could get from McDonalds and everything was very expensive. BUT, I will say the employees were friendly and helpful.

Decadent Dessert Bar is a wonderful place to swing by to indulge your sweet tooth. This small cafe style business serves a wide variety of items ranging from Gelato, cookies, cinnamon rolls, coffee, and so many other options for everyone’s sweet side. A cozy interior decor provides a fine environment for the enjoyment of all Decadent has to offer. All around great place to grab dessert after lunch or that kickstart morning coffee.

This is such a nice place to have in Macon. You pay a premium price but everything there, including the Gelato, is made on sight. You get what you pay for. And you can get a nice sweet for just a couple of dollars. Yeah a slice of cake is $8 but it is a HUGE slice of cake that two hungry people could easily share and be satisfied. I have to admit the first time I went in I was taken aback by the prices but if you really look around you will see that you can get a smaller item for $2-$3, a medium item you can share for $4-6, and yes a huge piece of cake for $8 that you could really split three ways. And its all delicious. If you want a cheap mass produced desert go to dunkin donuts or dairy queen. You get what you pay for.

Just moved to Macon a few months ago and was looking for a new coffee spot so I decided to give Decadent a try. I soon discovered they go way beyond just coffee and pastries. They have a huge selection of coffees, pastries, cakes, cookies and gelato. My pumpkin spice latte was strong and delicious. My wife and I ordered a slice of the wedding cake and almost couldnt finish it, it was enormous (we still did....it was too good). Came back again on another occasion and tried the cookie skillet...blown away. They even had a treat for our dog! Proud to say Im now a regular at Decadent.

Really good coffee, fresh pastries/baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. They have great service and theyre the only coffee shop open in downtown Macon on Sundays.

Everything we had here was delicious and not too sweet - the pumpkin spice latte was made with real spice, not sugary syrup, and the hot chocolate was a real dark Italian-style hot chocolate. The gelato scoop was so perfectly scooped and pretty and the service was so lovely.

This is the perfect shop for an expanding downtown Macon! Desserts are well worth the price.
