Rated low because we didnt get a chance to go in the store to shop. We didnt realize that they were only letting 8 people in at a time. There was 3 people outside on the sidewalk but I didnt know that they were waiting to go in because there wasnt a line formed. Young guy came to the door when I opened it and quickly told me the lady on the side walk was waiting and they were only allowing 8 people in at a time. Funny thing is I dont remember seeing anyone leave the store when he let her in. I responded ok thank you and left. So if you go you may want to be prepared to wait and just know that customers arent required to wear a mask. If your limiting the number of people in the store you should also require a mask. Just my opinion.

Great experience as always except for the checkout process, the computer shutdown, probably from overheating or no regular maintenance, had to join the other line which was long and they let us jump in front of everyone who was waiting only for the computer to cycle back on and they started using it again for everyone behind us. Palmetto moon maintain your system or upgrade it. Definitely worth it.

Staff kind of rude when my mom brought a hat back because they forgot to take the security tag off which was their fault. Other than that I love the items they sell!

Bought a hat yesterday. Josiah didnt take off the security tag. I had to drive 1.5 hour round trip from where I live to come back the next day to get it removed told the girl what occurred she didnt care was not so nice but removed it. Wont be shopping here again.

Nice clean environment everything well organized, staff is freindly and greets upon entrance and exiting of the store. About the best local store to find my favorite brands in one location.

I have been in Pooler and Bluffton palmetto moon. Macon needs to be retrained.The manager needs customer service training.They over charged several people on the Black Friday pricing while I was in line and caught major attitude with the customers when they said something. When I went to check out my register I was at stopped working by that point they had me swipe my card twice. I was like forget it and left.Get this store together!
